I financed a car with this company put 4000 down and 3mo later I've put another 3400 dollars in repairs and have been witout a car for 5 weeks. I've been calling asking to speak to a manager to see what could be done (possibly a loaner car) but I always get the manger is not in but they will call you back THEY NEVER DO! The sad part is during this time my husband had to have opened heart surgery and I've had to spend extra money on renting a car or ubering just to be with my husband in the hospital. I called practically begging them to help me and they couldn't even call me back. If you want to buy from a company that is fair, compassionate and cares about the community they serve DO NOT buy here, they can't even keep the promise to call someone back so I wouldn't expect them to keep a promise that they are selling reliable cars. read more

i got a truck from there early may, engine light came on 3 days later. brakes went completly bad a week later so i called iin for service. I missed my initial appointment because i didn't know i would need to drp the vehicle off for something minor so they give me an appointment 2 months out. cool. fast forward to this month They are the rudest people ever over the phone. I called in because my alternator is gone completely out on my truck and all she had to say was your account is at risk because i was 10 days past due on my car payment. i told her i already called in prior to that to get a grace period extension or whatever and they let me know that was ok but this finance manager is really rude and disrespectful. she hung up on me. owner is never around to take calls or complaint. i regret iving them my money read more

we bought a car for our son they up charged us for it and when we got it I had multiple problems which to the point the car was on its last legs and when we scheduled an appointment a month ago today they told us we didn't have one and was the lady in the front was very rude to us and refused us an op to speak with anyone else worst service ever you'd be better off going to a normal dealership read more

The Good: There seems to be plenty of vehicles to shop for. The sales team is friendly and the office is comfortable when discussing numbers. They do not run credit checks and so there is no loan through a bank. The Bad: No pricing is listed so you cannot window shop. You need to speak to someone which (as expected) takes time. The payment plan is a little odd. Large down payment and then the first 2 months the car payment is doubled (to pay tax and title). Then, you need to make bi-weekly payments to pay off the vehicle in 2 - 2.5 years. This arrangement is not terrible if the price of the vehicles were fair. On the cars I was looking at the prices were WAY high. I was looking at a 2011 Charger R/T with 125,000 miles. Their price was $16,500. Kelly Blue Book was $10,997. Another vehicle was a 2011 Dodge Durango with 150,000 miles . Their price was $16,900. Kelly's Blue Book was $12,000. The vehicle mark-up is insane. I would not waste your time. There are too many other car dealerships near by that offer fair vehicle pricing. read more

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! Do not buy from them!!!!! They sell lemon cars and don't tell you really what the issue is with the car. I bought a. I will be reporting them to BBB DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AT ALL!!!!!! read more

I wish I could post 0 stars. DO NOT FREAKING GO HERE!!!! My grandma bought a vehicle here in February and they seriously seriously took advantage of her. She didn't even have the car for 3 day's and things were messing up. She went back to the dealership, and they charged her an extra $1000 to fix the vehicle, the SAME vehicle that she bought from them a week ago. And they wouldn't let her return the vehicle either, she tried. This place is an absolute joke, the employees don't care, the managers are corrupt. If you or your family members are looking to get screwed over, this is your place. For everyone else, the dealership that you want to visit is down the road from this one. read more

The staff and establishment are really nice and all but the 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo I bought on 12/02/17 from them didn't even make it to the highway 3 miles away before the transmission downshifted into 2nd gear and wouldn't shift back into 3rd gear until the Jeep was shut off and cooled down. We turned around immediately and took it back to the lot so the manager could test drive it himself only to have our salesman Kal tell us that all sales are final when a vehicle leaves the lot. read more

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!! THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF. They are knowingly selling junk. The cars look good on the surface but they need major repairs that Kellies is covering up with "band aids" so they can move them off the lot. Than shortly afterwards it WILL beak down. They are knowingly selling junk. DO NOT GIVE THIS LOT YOUR BUSINESS. It makes me give a star...i wish i could give zero stars. read more

DO NOT buy a vehicle from this company. They sold us a truck that was declared unsafe to drive by a mechanic. The entire underneath was rusted out. It was so rusted out that parts, radiator, drive shaft etc. were close to falling out. If it had it could have caused a huge accident. Perhaps hurting a lot of people or killing them. We contacted the manager of Kellie Auto, Chris Bowman. We called three times and left a detailed message with no call back. We took the truck back to the dealer. When we finally spoke to Mr. Bowman he said its your truck. Its sold "AS IS" Fortunately, we got our money back from the bank. Its against the law for a dealer to sell a vehicle unsafe to drive. Chris Bowman did not care that he sold us an unsafe vehicle. These people are crooks. DONT trust them. DONT buy from them. I am rating this a ----1. read more

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM IF YOU WANT ANY SORT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE- They very rude and not willing to help. Every person I spoke to which the exception of operator was very rude and not willing to help. I have work in the customer service field for over 16 years and I've never had an interaction go so poorly. read more

Love, this place was great treated good, they took their time with what I needed and could afford. Would tell anyone about them!!

Major red flag when a used car shop doesn't list their for sale vehicles' pricing nor the mileage! No thanks.

DO NOT BUY HERE!!!! Bought a vehicle, took it to the mechanic and had to sign a waiver to drive it out of mechanic garage due to it being unsafe/undriveable (yellow hummer)! Guess what....its currently back on the Kellies lot for sale. The dealership let us pick another car, wouldn't give a refund, took two more cars to the same mechanic. A blue ford edge, still on the lot, was once a total loss and needed many repairs. Mechanic told us to pass as well. Test drove many other vehicles that were lemons. We provided the sales manager, Raymond, the papers from the mechanic to show what was wrong...and nothing was done, just put them back on the lot. The car we are stuck with (the best out of all of them) has a back door that wont open at times and needs a new transmission. The salesmen we dealt with are complete liars and will tell you whatever you want to hear to make a sale. Financial department is also a joke. Lesson learned! *Complaint made to OH Attorney General Office read more

Bought a vehicle here few months ago, have been calling to talk to my salesman since then to let him know what is wrong with the car and everyone continues to tell me he's not currently working here and they don't know when he's going to be back. So I called yesterday to find out who I can talk to about trading out of the vehicle trading up or doing something about the situation and they tell me to come in today and talk to their sales manager Raymond. So I came in this morning to talk to Raymond and of course he wasn't here and no one chose to tell me that he doesn't come in until after 5 p.m. I call back after 5 p.m. to speak to him and they tell me he's still not here but he'll be here by 5:30 and they also tell me that I need to come down here to talk about trading out of the car. So I drive down here at 5 at night to talk to Raymond about trading out of this car only to find rude females at the front desk that have 15000 questions even though I've already talked to them and explained my situation four times today. I drove over here just for Raymond to finally come out and tell me that I have to have the car for 8 months before I can trade out of it which could have clearly been told to me over the phone. These people in this office are intentionally wasting people's time, they could have clearly told me that over the phone knowing that I haven't been in the vehicle 8 months or they could have let me speak to Raymond on the phone instead of having me drive here three times in two days. Very poor customer service! They offer me an appointment so that their mechanic can look at the car when I had to go back and speak to the woman at the front desk she tells me they'll call you with a time to come in and have it looked at. When I asked Raymond how much it was going to cost me to have the car worked on considering I've been telling them it has problems since day one he tells me it won't cost anything to get it looked at and then they'll tell you the fix cost from there! This car is so bad off il have to look for another very soon. TRUST AND BELIEVE IT WONT BE BOUGHT FROM HERE! read more

This is the first time I've ever purchased a car through a buy here pay here. Not being in the best credit situation really stung my choices for getting a Jeep Wrangler. After test driving their smoking Yellow Wranglers, I knew I would drive out of Kellie's with one of them. I am so thankful for this place for making it insanely simple for getting approved and for providing drinks and food for the little ones while the paperwork was getting done. Definitely will come back for my next car!! read more

Excellent selection of cars that you usually don't see on a buy here pay here lot. Great service and very nice staff.

Bought a van from here. It broke down ON THE WAY HOME. Have since put in another 2000 in repairs. They did nothing to help... Could care less. read more

I have bought cars from kellie auto since 2001 - 2011. This is a very unprofessional sales company!!!!! They make your payments to the wrong accounts and then harass you via phone for a payment you have already made!!!!! And no ones says sorry for your troubles!!!!! A salesman tried to take my car from me in the parking lot said I did not make my payment 3 men tried to take my car from me ha ha not this girl!!! Had to fight for my life in their parking lot *I did make my payment they put it on the wrong car again and it was proven* then I have a heart attack in and out of hospital got backed up on my payments they repoed my car......and when I called CHRIS a credit person he would not give me a dollar amount to get my car back, I then called 20 more times to talk to Anna and Raymond the owner and still to this day have not heard back from this nightmare of a auto sales company!!!!! You would think that after 10yrs of putting up this is company I would have at least be given the chance to retrieve my car! They are over priced 300.00 to 400.00 a month for a used car?????? And you must speak spanish to call and make a payment or your payment will not go on the correct account no ones says SORRY!!!!! I would rather walk then ever buy another car from this poor excuse of a auto sales company!!!!! Buy from our american dealers they will treat you with the respect us american deserve when buying a car!!!! To kellie auto your are nothing more they a dollar sign to them! They will repo your car and not let you get it back, they resell your car with no chance to get it back!!!!!!! Dirty kellie auto very dirty!!!!!! After my experience with kellie auto****I'll never buy another car from a non-american company ever!!!!!! janie dennis read more

0 stars, if i could! be warned! my dad bought a used suv from here, when they delivered it to michigan a bunch of lights went on. not to mention they showed $2,000 less down (he paid all cash) on the title (bad business), said so he can pay less taxes in mi ... when really they just pocketed they money and put less on their books. the power steering went out before he got it ($2,000) and this dealer said it's not their problem, they don't care, nor do they care about their reputation. google them before you buy here, nothing good! wish my dad had let me know before he bough as i work for ford. read more
