I've been calling asking to speak to a manager to see what could be done (possibly a loaner car) but I always get the manger is not in but they will call you back THEY NEVER DO! The sad part is during this time my husband had to have opened heart surgery and I've had to spend extra money on renting a car or ubering just to be with my husband in the hospital. I missed my initial appointment because i didn't know i would need to drp the vehicle off for something minor so they give me an appointment 2 months out. cool. fast forward to this month They are the rudest people ever over the phone. The Good: There seems to be plenty of vehicles to shop for. The sales team is friendly and the office is comfortable when discussing numbers. They do not run credit checks and so there is no loan through a bank. The Bad: No pricing is listed so you cannot window shop. You need to speak to someone which (as expected) takes time. The payment plan is a little odd. Large down payment and then the first 2 months the car payment is doubled (to pay tax and title). Then, you need to make bi-weekly payments to pay off the vehicle in 2 - 2.5 years. This arrangement is not terrible if the price of the vehicles were fair. On the cars I was looking at the prices were WAY high. I was looking at a 2011 Charger R/T with 125,000 miles. Their price was $16,500. Kelly Blue Book was $10,997. Another vehicle was a 2011 Dodge Durango with 150,000 miles . Their price was $16,900. Kelly's Blue Book was $12,000. The vehicle mark-up is insane. I would not waste your time. There are too many other car dealerships near by that offer fair vehicle pricing. read more

The staff and establishment are really nice and all but the 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo I bought on 12/02/17 from them didn't even make it to the highway 3 miles away before the transmission downshifted into 2nd gear and wouldn't shift back into 3rd gear until the Jeep was shut off and cooled down. It was so rusted out that parts, radiator, drive shaft etc. were close to falling out. If it had it could have caused a huge accident. Perhaps hurting a lot of people or killing them. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!! Bought a vehicle, took it to the mechanic and had to sign a waiver to drive it out of mechanic garage due to it being unsafe/undriveable (yellow hummer)! Guess what....its currently back on the Kellies lot for sale. The dealership let us pick another car, wouldn't give a refund, took two more cars to the same mechanic. A blue ford edge, still on the lot, was once a total loss and needed many repairs. Mechanic told us to pass as well. Test drove many other vehicles that were lemons. We provided the sales manager, Raymond, the papers from the mechanic to show what was wrong...and nothing was done, just put them back on the lot. The car we are stuck with (the best out of all of them) has a back door that wont open at times and needs a new transmission. The salesmen we dealt with are complete liars and will tell you whatever you want to hear to make a sale. Financial department is also a joke. Bought a vehicle here few months ago, have been calling to talk to my salesman since then to let him know what is wrong with the car and everyone continues to tell me he's not currently working here and they don't know when he's going to be back. So I called yesterday to find out who I can talk to about trading out of the vehicle trading up or doing something about the situation and they tell me to come in today and talk to their sales manager Raymond. So I came in this morning to talk to Raymond and of course he wasn't here and no one chose to tell me that he doesn't come in until after 5 p.m. I call back after 5 p.m. to speak to him and they tell me he's still not here but he'll be here by 5:30 and they also tell me that I need to come down here to talk about trading out of the car. So I drive down here at 5 at night to talk to Raymond about trading out of this car only to find rude females at the front desk that have 15000 questions even though I've already talked to them and explained my situation four times today. I drove over here just for Raymond to finally come out and tell me that I have to have the car for 8 months before I can trade out of it which could have clearly been told to me over the phone. These people in this office are intentionally wasting people's time, they could have clearly told me that over the phone knowing that I haven't been in the vehicle 8 months or they could have let me speak to Raymond on the phone instead of having me drive here three times in two days. Very poor customer service! They offer me an appointment so that their mechanic can look at the car when I had to go back and speak to the woman at the front desk she tells me they'll call you with a time to come in and have it looked at. When I asked Raymond how much it was going to cost me to have the car worked on considering I've been telling them it has problems since day one he tells me it won't cost anything to get it looked at and then they'll tell you the fix cost from there! I have bought cars from kellie auto since 2001 - 2011. This is a very unprofessional sales company!!!!! They make your payments to the wrong accounts and then harass you via phone for a payment you have already made!!!!! And no ones says sorry for your troubles!!!!!
