THIS PLACE TAKES YOUR MONEY DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! read more

Going here was the worst experience of my life. I would not reccomend anyone going here even if you are desperate because they are scammers who just want to get money out of you. They also are not upfront about alot of information. Please stay away from this place. read more

Well let's start by saying we know what we are getting into before we sign, When no one else really want to help you jd Buyrider will yea we pay a lot more for these vehicles but we are driving This was right on time And put your trust in the man up above I just pray I can continue to pay my Jeep note And shoutout to one very professional worker Josh And the lady too back there in service But the mechanics did give me a wrong diagnosis but I'm smart enough to know better But it has changed from years ago when I brought my first vehicle But so had a lot of stuff read more

I bought a 2011 Cheverolet Equinox from them. Salesman was great, no problems with him, other than he failed to submit my insurance documents along with my paperwork to CNAC, the financing arm of JD Byrider. As a result; CNAC put insurance on my Equinox and is expecting me to pay the $91 per month for said insurance, despite me having had full coverage on the vehicle from the day I took delivery of it. Additionally; my vehicle has been in the shop since last Wednesday. They called me at 4:02 pm on Friday, but left no messages. I called back at 5:09 pm on Friday, they were supposed to be there until 6 pm. I left a message on their answering machine with my phone number and letting them know I was returning their call; however, they never called me back. So understand that if the shop calls you; they will not leave a message. read more

they never awnser the phone specially when your car is in the shop they also fuck up your car. When you take your car in for one thing, they fuck up other things and you have to go back. The mechanics can't do their job as this is my second car from them and after paying two grand for my car to be fixed, the AC was running before I gave the car to them, and now I have to pay out-of-pocket because they will not fix it. It's their problem as it was working before hand the first car I had the mechanics decided when they did the transmission they weren't going to tighten everything up so when my husband was at work one night who delivers medication to elderly the whole engine fell out of the car please please please please find somewhere else to go. Besides, Byrider it is not worth it. Please I am telling you find somewhere else. This place will cost you hundreds if not, thousands to fix your car read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. First of all, they are the biggest predatory lender I've ever seen. I do NOT know how they are still even in business or haven't gotten in trouble. When it's all said and done, I will end up paying 20k for a 5k car. A 2009 Chevrolet Impala!!!!! Because I was a dumb teenager and didn't understand what credit was. Now, that I'm trying to rebuild, nobody wants to help or give you a chance so you have to be subject to these types of businesses. They take advantage of your situation and vulnerability to make money off of you. And the WORST PART is now there's nothing I can do to get rid of this car without worsening my credit score even more. My credit union won't help me refinance because I'm paying more than triple what the car is worth and they obviously aren't going to take that kind of loss. So, the only thing I can do is pay it off and the thing isn't worth a piece of crap. Haven't had it for even a year and the AC is already broken. I have ZERO power steering so I'm struggling to drive anywhere with my 7 month old daughter in the backseat. There's a knocking in my dashboard on the passenger side EVERY TIME a door is opened. And, do they care? Absolutely not! don't even get me started on their financing company, CNAC. I've asked them MULTIPLE times to set up my payments to come out of my checks automatically. If I see that I have money in my account, I use it. I'm a single mom, every dollar counts. They tell me they have EVERY TIME and when it comes time to take it out, they don't and I spend the money thinking that I've already paid it and then they're calling and harassing me at my job 2 DAYS later during a meeting for their payment. When I asked her can she please call me back in about 20-30 minutes because I was currently in a meeting (obviously why I didn't answer my cell when she called) she was extremely rude. So I hung up on her. I am so over dealing with this company I could scream!!! But, now I'm stuck. $474/month for a death trap and I couldn't be more fuming at this point. DO NOT GO HERE EVEN AS A LAST RESORT. BELIEVE THE REVIEWS AND RUN AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE. read more

I saw a ad on Facebook was interested told me to come in but to see the car but they never had it so they wasted my time and ran my credit for nothing all they got are bad American cars the worst dealership experience all I Wanted to do is look at the car but never even had it to being with there literally scammers trying to get you with 21% interest for overpriced crap read more

They told me they would work with all credit type and they could definitely get me approved I let them know I had no credit and was trying to build and I also let them know I had anywhere from 400-700$ down they insured me that could work with that and get me a car that day I explained to them how important it was that I had gotten a car as soon as possible because I had just start a job and was in a probation period and could not miss work and I did not want to waste my time coming in if they were not able to help me and I could spend my time finding someone who could because it was crucial for me to get to work that night I spent 3 hours up there to be told that my credit wasn't enough my co-signer wasn't good enough my down payment wasn't enough they were not willing to work with me after they told me they would I got on Facebook to look online to see if there was any places that were able to work with me and that we're still open I found a car on there for $500 down which was in my limit with no major credit criteria they were able to work with any kind of credit so I messaged the guy to only find out that it was byrider where I had just left so I was again being told boss information they wasted valuable time they screwed me out of being able to go to another car company and getting a car that day so now I am stuck Monday morning still searching for a car after paying $100 to Uber to work and then $100 to Uber back home they cost me time and money and we're no help read more

I bought my 2011 Ford Ranger in 2018 from the West Broad street location. Recently my front end started to shake very badly and steering was hard to hold. I took it in to have it checked out and the out come was not good. All 4 ball joints were out which was the major cause, they found that wheel seals and bearings needed replaced. They even found a transmition seal that was leaking and needed replaced. Thinking I would go broke paying for repairs I didn't know what to do. After having it checked I received a call from the service department that everything was covered under warranty and all I had to pay was $53 dollars and some cents. I got my truck back and it drives like brand new. All the people at West Broad are great and the have the best service department. read more

They got me into a great, affordable car! And absolutely love what I drive. A 2011 Chevy Malibu. Thank you guys so much. I recommend this place ! read more

Byrider Columbus - Auto Loan Providers Near Me - Columbus, Ohio

I just want to start off by saying dealing with this car dealership has been nothing but a headache and their financial company CNAC is a complete joke. First off the case managers are rude and disrespectful. Like how can you speak to customers the way they do. Definitely not a professional place I'd never recommend someone going here even having them as a last resort I wouldn't adverse you to go there. My first couple of months of having the car we had problems and nothing little, like transmission and power steering issues my first options was to drop it back to them like forget it but they are so rude and threatening your credit and it's just a mess. So once they repair it or claim to have we only found out they put a damn bandaid on it until the next thing breaks. So again beware if you want junk with a cute color and a rude financial company by all means come here. read more

J D Byrider it's a terrible company. The whole experience from going in to purchase the car having it serviced their warranty and paying it off was a nightmare. I am not sure how this company is not in trouble with the federal government for predatory lending. First of all they sell a $5,000 car for $15,000 and then they tack a large interest rate on top that. So you end up paying $25,000 for a $5,000 car. The customer service from beginning to end is horrible. From the salesman the service department and their financing Department they all have dropped the ball on several different occasions. The service department is not above putting junkyard parts in your car to repair it. Shortly after I purchased my automobile out the transmission went out, they informed me that they would install a transmission from a junkyard and not rebuild the one in my car. And when you pay it off it takes 6 weeks to get your title. I'm currently on week 10 since I have paid my car off and still haven't seen the title. I've called their finance department three separate times over the past couple weeks with Promises of we will email the proper people and call you back. I have yet to receive a call back and still have no title. So this is 10 weeks after I've paid the car off and don't have a title. I would not recommend anyone purchase a car from J D Byrider. The most unorganized unprofessional predatory lenders in the automobile sales industry. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! No matter how desperate you are it is NOT worth it!!! I recently bought a used car through this company. I went home that night after buying the car and dissected the financial contract with my mom and there are a ton of little tricks hidden throughout the entire thing in tiny print that I didn't realize I was agreeing to. They knew I was in a hurry and desperate and totally ripped me off. The sales man Antonio Moorer lied to me about multiple things, and unfortunately I was so rushed and flustered during the contract signing I didn't notice the differences from what he said to what was written. When I met with the financial advisor earlier, she very rudely hammered me with questions about every single late payment on my credit report, which is funny considering they advertise being lenient and understanding about credit history. When they finally approved me and after finding a car that didn't rattle or have sticky stuff around the windows, we began talking about money. He (Antonio) told me this great realistic deal and price for the car, which all turned out to be a TOTAL lie that I believed. And here's the kicker, I can't return it. That contract is air tight and there is nothing I can do to get out of it. They lied to me, took advantage of my vulnerability and tricked me into doing something that is irreversible and that is just slimy business practice. read more

Tone there was amazing , very kind and really helped try to get a car we liked. After he left we got stuck with a woman named Ray who was very rude and after she offered us cars we really didn't like . We told her we would think on it and come back . She had the nerve to say "why did you guys even come". I'll deal with drive times high apr to not have to deal with her again. read more

I honestly regret ever doing business with you guys. CNAC is a predatory lender who takes advantage of people who have credit issues. They jack the prices of the cars up to 3 to 5 times their blue book value. They sold me a $4,000.00 car for nearly 20 grand. That is price gouging to say the least. I would have been better off going to a buy here pay here type thing. Not to mention, the customer service is horrible. For crying out loud I would get calls at 8:00 am in the morning when the payment was due. I had until 11:59 pm that night to get it in before it was late. The constant calls, demeaning service reps, I mean the list goes on and on. It is sad that you can't train your people to be descent and professional. There wasn't much I could do because I was in a contract but I will never do business with you guys again. Oh and not to mention the letters too, that was absurd. They would be dated the day the payment was due or even the following Monday. Apparently all you guys are in for is the money. Apparently you see the people as nothing more than poor souls you can take advantage of. I cannot do anything about them, but I know my household will not do business again. So with that being said, please do not send any advertisements or other gimmicks to us. We are not interested read more

Jiesha T I'm going to start by saying this place is a complete rip off. I recently financed a used car with these guys they are so rude and disrespectful during the process we were rushed to make a decision on the car and the contract by Antonio. I went through two cars in three months and both times I tried to get out of business. I talk to everyone and I was also told by lorey the service rep that basically it was our fault. I was driving on the freeway both cars same situation the car stopped mid drive and locked up and I couldn't accelerate the gas to go or anything I just played my car note that Friday by that Saturday my car was towed to the dealership. I only had it for a month and a few days and it needed a whole new transmission. they don't help you at all and now Im doing everything I can do remove this contract poor customer service I would never recommend anyone to this dealership not to mention the first car I had only had for a month and it smoked on the freeway and started to leak antifreeze and i had to get out the car and it was towed and it wasn't able to be fixed the engine was blown out not to mention they threaten you with saying you car can be reposed but don't want to help BAD FOR BUISNESS IM CALLING SIX ON YOUR SIDE read more
