Bought a car in November, it's end of February still didn't receive a title. Awful service, if you call often they ignore your calls.

I had bought said previous car from this same business and it lasted 7yrs, which is why I thought to buy a new car from this same business. When buying this new car it was fine at first, but within that same week the engine light turned on. I then repeatedly visited this business to get this problem fixed to no avail. Then the car had a broken brake sensor, coolant was leaking into the engine of the car. I would later take it to mechanics to see if I could get fixed, but now the car still needs a new engine and fix the leaking coolant. Most mechanic informed me that a likely possibility the codes were erased whenever I went back to where I bought it from to get fixed. contacted the old owners of this business to see if anything could be done, but no response. The car now sits in my drive as I cannot afford such part at this time. Now I am wondering, is this the luck of the draw? Has anyone else experienced this and is there anyway I can get suggested the cation in this manner.

They wanted to charge around $90 just to look at it. Really? After just selling it to her they wanted to charge $$ just to look at it. She couldn't get it back to the dealer for a few weeks. I took her to drop it off to have them look at it. They told ME to my face they wouldn't charge anything to look at it. They service guy at the desk said " we work with everyone" said they would call us and let us know what the issue was. Said they could add it to the payments if needed. We dropped it off yesterday 5/19/2021. They were to call yesterday or today. Today 5/20/2021 we contacted them and they said we weren't getting the car back because she was behind on her payment. She got behind because she couldn't drive the lemon to work. I said, what would we need to do to get the vehicle back. They refused. They sell lemons and won't fix them. Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealer. They LIED and do poor business. The people we both spoke to on the phone were rude and hug on on my daughter. An employee made a comment ( have a screen shot to prove it) telling me " what kind of father am I to let her get behind on her payments? Not very professional of them.

I paid their full advertised price with no haggling, trusting the vehicle matched the condition they represented online. I relied on their advertisement, FaceTime walk‑around, and their claim in the advertisement that they invest an average of $1,800 refurbishing their higher‑end used cars. After flying there from Florida and driving the vehicle home, I discovered numerous issues that clearly existed before the sale and were never disclosed. These included electrical problems with navigation, Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, and USB charging; missing advertised items such as the Trailer Hitch Close‑Out Cover and hardware; and a Keyless Entry Keypad that could not be used because the required factory master code was not provided. The vehicle was also delivered with Arroyo Grand Sport tires (the $85 Walmart‑type) on the front and very good quality OEM Hankook Kinergy GT tires on the rear. These two brands have different construction, quality levels, and published diameters, which do not meet AWD tire‑matching requirements and should never be installed together. Contrary to their claim in the advertisement, the condition of the vehicle I received did not reflect the level of inspection or refurbishing they said was performed on their higher‑end used cars -- especially disappointing after paying top dollar with no negotiation. To bring the vehicle up to the condition it was advertised in, I had to spend $1,227.34 out of pocket. I contacted the dealership with full documentation but received no response. I am sharing my experience so other seniors and out‑of‑state buyers can be aware and verify the true condition of a vehicle before purchasing.
