    In lieu of the ozone treatment we were promised

    Just not the experience I was expecting. It started during the test drive. We aren't smokers, so the smell of cigarette smoke was noticeable. When we mentioned it, Tivia told us they could put the car through an ozone machine. When we brought the car back so they could do it, we were instead provided with the packet pictured to do it ourselves. It takes 6+ hours to complete, and may not be successful. During our test drive, the TPMS went off. We asked that it also be checked and resolved. Tivia told us all was well as we walked into finance. All was not well. When we brought the car back a few days later for it going low again, she admitted they added air to the tire and reset the TPMS, but didn't actually check the tire. Turns out there was a puncture in the tire causing a slow leak. Finally, we traded in a car and asked to have the plates transferred. This was late Thursday, and she said the trade-in was already locked away. We were also told she could retrieve the plate in the morning and have it for us when we brought the car back for the ozone treatment (which turned out to be a DIY packet). I called and emailed Tivia on Friday morning to ensure she got the plate. She called me back on Saturday morning to tell me it had been destroyed. You may think we beat them up on price, so they slacked a bit. We accepted their first offer on the trade-in and paid the advertised price. They just completely missed on every promise.

    Pretty funny an average person heard the sound in two seconds on a test ride with me

    Purchased a 2019 Accord Sport here the other day and I reported a Saftey issue with the suspension. John Durbin sent the vehicle to be serviced over at the reconditioning Center, Long story short, they provided documentation that there was no issue. Fast forward to when I pick the vehicle up. 24 hours later it was still making noise of course because they didn't fix the actual issue because they did not look for it. I drove the car into the service drive and talk to a service advisor named Jake. It was his last day as an advisor., he was nice enough to get in my car and go for a ride and he immediately heard the noise and he documented it on an appointment that he set for me the next morning at 7 AM. Upon arrival, I met with a service writer, named Tim Smith, super cool guy. He also requested to go for a ride with me because Jake no longer worked for the company. Tim also heard the noise when we went for the same test ride that the other guy went on with me. A little bit of time went by and Tim put me in the car with his master technician, he also heard the noise. The other two guys have already heard. 10 minutes after he pulled the car into the shop, he had photo and video evidence of what was making noise, as expected, it was a safety concern. The tie rods were bad. I suspect the used car manager told the reconditioning center to put that they did not hear any issue to prevent any funds from being paid to Fix said issue. Sidenote, The extra key fob that was provided to me, is not programmed to the vehicle, and they attempted to charge me to program them. Also, the night that I purchased the vehicle they could not provide documentation of the CVT fluid being changed, when I drained it at my shop, it only had 2 quarts of fluid in it, so it had not been reconditioned properly before the vehicle was sold to me. The car will be OK. It just needed a couple things at the end of the day. It's about doing what's right and John Durbin was very rude and unprofessional and hung up the phone multiple times on me. My sales rep. Rachael Williams was also uninterested in helping me resolve my issues with the new vehicle. If you were going to buy here, make sure that you exercise, caution and have your ducks in a row, I'm just thankful that I have a very strong, mechanical background. John Durbin told me it's normal for vehicles of my year 2019 to make noise when it drives.... As a licensed ASE technician this infuriated me.

    Thought I'd be better off buying from an actual Honda dealership but I'm not so sure now. The salesman was nice, but I was there for almost 5 hours. That did include test driving two cars but I do think I waited a long time before I went it with financing. My car I purchased was detailed while I waited and when it came out of the detail shop the salesman said he'd like me to come back to get a full detail because he didn't like how it was detailed. Fast forward two weeks, I inconveniently drop my car off thinking they will have it for 2-3 hours. To my surprise, I get a text an hour later saying it's done. I go pick it up and drive it home. I check it out in the morning and I'm pretty sure they didn't even vacuum it out. There was still wax on the steering wheel, seat, and dash from the first detail. There's still wax all over the outside trim of the car. The whole entire dash was still dusty. I brought this to the salesman's attention, and I was told to drop it off for an entire morning. I told him that's not possible unless I get a loaner. He said I'll see what I can do and I haven't heard back from him in 2 weeks. Needless to say I won't be going back there and I won't recommended then to anyone either. Should of stuck with my gut and bought off of a friend that works at a different dealership.

    Murphy Mobile Mechanic Service is Excellent and a life saver…read more One day my girlfriend's car didnt start. I thought it was the starter based on what I was hearing. But I wasn't 100%. So my girlfriend was going to take it to a shop and was quoted over a grand. So Instead I looked on yelp and found Murphy's and requested a quote at about 10:50pm on a Friday night. I got a text to my cell phone at 11:02pm just minute's later!! He asked me what I heard and he agreed that it sounded like the starter. He got all the information about the car and said he would contact me in the morning. The very next morning he called me and got the part and was headed over to my apartment to help. He got here quickly and tested to make sure it was the starter before he installed it to save time and money. And got it installed and ready and working perfectly in about 30-40 minutes. He charged us for the part he brought for us and the labor and we ended up paying around 600 bucks when we would have been paying at LEAST twice that at a shop, and we didn't have to worry about towing the car to a shop or anything since he came to us. We were extremely happy and I'd recommend him to anyone. I believe his name was John, If I'm incorrect I'm sorry lol. But he was very good, quick, knowledgeable and convenient. I took his business card and will definitely give him a call for future issues.
