The previous owner had a 3rd party remote system installed but removed it so mobile locksmiths couldn't make new keys. This cost me nearly $500. VGS Forgot to give me back my $50 deposit so I had to go back for their "oversight." Never sent my title work out to me so on day 45 of the temporary tags I had to drive to them, 140 miles from Kent ohio, but while on the phone they said "some titles got lost in the mail." My credit union said the same thing for a different loan. Send these documents certified you greedy jerks. It will be the last time I ever buy a car here. Not sure what to tell you, big dealerships are just as bad, if not worse. There is more to the story but you get it. Good luck if you use them. Nice people but they don't really seem to care once they get their money.

I am an older senior in my 80s, and I purchased a 22K‑mile 2019 Chevrolet Equinox Premier AWD from…read moreLindsay Honda as an out‑of‑state buyer. I paid their full advertised price with no haggling, trusting the vehicle matched the condition they represented online. I relied on their advertisement, FaceTime walk‑around, and their claim in the advertisement that they invest an average of $1,800 refurbishing their higher‑end used cars. After flying there from Florida and driving the vehicle home, I discovered numerous issues that clearly existed before the sale and were never disclosed. These included electrical problems with navigation, Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, and USB charging; missing advertised items such as the Trailer Hitch Close‑Out Cover and hardware; and a Keyless Entry Keypad that could not be used because the required factory master code was not provided. The vehicle was also delivered with Arroyo Grand Sport tires (the $85 Walmart‑type) on the front and very good quality OEM Hankook Kinergy GT tires on the rear. These two brands have different construction, quality levels, and published diameters, which do not meet AWD tire‑matching requirements and should never be installed together. Contrary to their claim in the advertisement, the condition of the vehicle I received did not reflect the level of inspection or refurbishing they said was performed on their higher‑end used cars -- especially disappointing after paying top dollar with no negotiation. To bring the vehicle up to the condition it was advertised in, I had to spend $1,227.34 out of pocket. I contacted the dealership with full documentation but received no response. I am sharing my experience so other seniors and out‑of‑state buyers can be aware and verify the true condition of a vehicle before purchasing.

Hi I'm Lawrence.I purchased a 2014 Ford Escape in August 5,2025.Everything was great for 3 months…read morethen I started having coolant radiator problems.First I had to change a leaking host connected to the reservoir over tank.Cause it would run hot.I thought it fixed the problem, but it did not. About a month later I started noticing that the reservoir tank was starting to stay low. Can't tell where the antifreeze. In the engine or what part of the engine every time I drive it it'll start running hot. I'll have to put tons of antifreeze in it now it's just and I can't drive it and if I do drive it I only can drive it for a short period of time. I was on the highway. It broke down. I had to get it towed 43 miles and I had to pay $186 to get it home. I've only had this car nine months and I keep having this problem. I can't enjoy my vehicle at all. Low cost cars north not taking nothing away from them too much. They did help me get in a vehicle because my credit was bad so I appreciate that. but they sold me a with issues and problems that I should not be having. I really technically shouldn't be having any issues for at least another 3 to 4 years. Maybe I'm still paying on this car and of course through the paperwork they have a as is which means you're taking it as you're getting it and if it breaks, then it's on you so they make sure they get you to sign that right away. But I didn't think I would be having these problems in such short months. I haven't even had the car one year yet and I'm going through all these problems and when I first got the car, of course low cars asked me to fill out a good review on yelp. I had no problem doing it. I figured I was doing the right thing because they helped me get a car but you got me a car is having tons of problems now I got a scramble and I am on a fixed income and I have to find or borrow the money to try to get my car fixed and I know if I go back low cost north they're not gonna help me. They're not gonna take any gonna deal with the issues at so I'm gonna leave this true factual review about them. Beware of this dealership if you buy a car from there make sure you go get it checked out. So you don't have any issues, but that's what when you put your trust in people who you think may be honest, but really they're only trying to get a sale and the first Ford escape I chose had a problem and I asked well can y'all fix I really that color of and they told me no you just pick something else I should've known that was a red flag right there. I traded in a vehicle for it to intentionally not be paid off, until low cost cars had a chance to sell it. Emissions components were modified on the vehicle purchased by low cost cars -which violates several EPA laws as the emissions system was intentionally bypassed and disabled. Check engine light was also turned off by low cost cars in order to deceive the condition of the vehicle.
