So let's begin with their promise of zero down payment on their website and in emails and messages that were exchanged. Once on the "lot", they immediately had to have not just a little cash down but demanding 1/5th of the vehicle's asking price.
Now, here's another sticking point, we were there for a large vehicle as was made clear in emails and messages but the service people " helping " us were pushing a Nissan which did not fit our needs, nor did they even allow us to look at vans or SUVs.
Then they began telling us the payment terms as being $500 every two weeks for a $2,500 that we didn't want.
The staff of this business across all its locations are inept, dishonest and obviously crooked to the point of criminality.
