After the job completion, we wrote a gloriously favorable review for the and office team who supported us throughout the process. Now nine months later, we noticed anomalies in the system's performance. The team immediately set up a service call. Aidan Divarco, their ace warranty technician, was dispatched. He was here months ago as as we have a zone system splitting the house. This adds some nuance to the overall system. And on que, Aiden came in with sleeves rolled up. He is well trained and very intuitive. That's a compelling combination. Most owners of companies would steal to find a talent like him. Without sharing all the details and many hours of discovery, he really did not find something obvious. On my second visit, I wasn't home yet but upon arriving, the technician had already begun inspection and work on my outdoor unit, telling me exactly what was wrong as I pulled up to my home. Within a short period of time, my A/C was back in service and the technician on his way out.
