Let me first say that my home warranty company has contracted ADG Air on my behalf. On two separate occasions, I have found myself submitting service requests to my home warranty provider for A/C service. Both times I have been connected with ADG Air and both times I have been satisfied with the service received. The first visit, I simply communicated what other companies told me were needed and the technician sent out was quick to address those matters and replace parts. On my second visit, I wasn't home yet but upon arriving, the technician had already begun inspection and work on my outdoor unit, telling me exactly what was wrong as I pulled up to my home. Within a short period of time, my A/C was back in service and the technician on his way out. I'm not sure what prices ADG Air has set but I can say that the price out of pocket for me to my warranty company is one I can't argue with. I'd likely give ADG Air a call even if I didn't have my warranty to fall back on. read more

Our home warranty company reached out to this place for our AC issue. We had a fumble in the beginning. We were told they would show up but that day came and we had not heard anything. So we called and were told they wouldn't be coming. Needless to say, we were let down but I will say that the woman we spoke to was very apologetic. She communicated the error happened due to a new employee. She assured us she spoke with Mgmt and promised they would show up next business day. Gave one star cause that's the lowest I could. Came out twice to fix my AC. Got it blowing, but wouldn't cool efficiently still. Said they would do what they could to get a resolve, instead was a BIG LIE. All they did was bill the insurance company for coming out with no resolve to me. Talked to the owner, with a promise at end of call he would get back to me by end of business day. Instead got a call from the home warranty company stating ADG Air didn't want to work with me anymore and don't know how to fix it. My AC wasn't working and it is starting to get hot. These guys were very responsive and professional. I called them at 6:00 PM on a Saturday and they immediately got me set up for first thing the next day. I was shocked as many tech's would simply blow me off until Monday. But they showed up first thing on Sunday morning were able to fix the issue in a short amount of time and now my unit is blowing cold again. I would use these guys again. Had ADG install a new ac on a home we bought. The air conditioner was 20 years old and needed to be replaced. They took care of us from start to finish and didn't try to oversell us. When we first reached out, they were quick to return the message and give a reasonable quote. Then, they came out to look at our house the next day and confirmed that their quote was accurate. He stated when they would be able to install and how long it would take. When they showed up for installation, they were professional and completed right on time with no problem. My home warranty service set up my service with ADG Air. I called them early and provided me with a time window from 10am - 2pm. My technician arrived at 10:30 am. The previous year the same issue happened but I got someone who I'm sure took an old capacitor from another job and swapped it with the one I had but hey my A/C worked after he left. Sure enough my capacitor had to get replaced again but this time the tech replaced it with one new in box. My tech also did other services to ensure I was in the best shape possible. I've never felt this A/C blow so cool in the house after 3 years of living here. I wish I had the techs name, he was awesome and professional and respectful to my home. Diana was very friendly and told me exactly when she would have the information to set up appointments, as this is a very busy time for A/C repairs. Appointment set-up for next day. Maurice was very professional and patient, as I had some issues at work. He was able to complete a full systems check, quickly diagnosis the issue, repair it, and report back to me the exact problem. I feel very confident in recommending ADG Air. Not only is the staff warm, welcoming, and professionally, but they are honest. My issue was only a blown fuse. I just had my Heating and Air conditioner replaced by ADG , let me start by saying that after getting serval estimates these guys were on point. Not only did they give me the best price in the valley they saved me Hundreds . They did an amazing job removing and installing both my AC and Furnace. Eric and Luis were both professional and courteous, they made sure to put everything back the way it was, they cleaned up after them self's and did an amazing job explaining to us our new system. I had a problem with the air for one of my rooftop units going out. I have had Old Republic for a year and never really used them. Decided to give the service a shot. ADG Air called me within 24 hours and came out an hour after calling me. They fixed the problem right away and restored cool air to half the house quickly. ADG Air responded the same day and within an hour and 15 mins from the time I called. The night before... I came home from work and my house was hot; A/C was blowing hot air. So, I called my home warranty company, Old Republic Home Protection, and they scheduled with Superstition Cooling. I called the next day (Saturday) at 8am and Superstition Cooling said they would service my A/C unit on Monday at 10am. Really?!! In 109 degree weather...NO!!!! Unacceptable!!!! So, I called and canceled their service ticket, and requested my home warranty to find another company which works on weekends (which the rep couldn't guarantee; so much for home warranty customer service). Being smarter this time, I asked the rep to give me names of companies in my area as I searched for them online to see if they were open on weekends. ADG Air was open; but only open until 4:30pm as of this review. Yes!!!! I immediately told my home warranty rep to schedule with them. I waited until I received the order notice via email and called them right away. If you get a voice mail, just wait and call back or leave a message. It was 9am when I called them, and they scheduled an arrival time for 10am-1pm. ADG Air called me back in an hour and asked if their rep could stop by at 10:15am. Yes!!! I was thrilled. I told them to come right on over. Thank God! They repaired my ground A/C unit in 15 mins...cool air started flowing and I was a happy camper and glad that I didn't have to wait 2 more days in a hot house!!! The service tech was very knowledgeable and took care of it expeditiously. ADG Air really stepped up in a big way to be readily available on weekends and help me. Thank you so much!!! My home warranty is contracted with ADG Air to fix my A/C unit. the unit went out yesterday morning (9/29), we submit a service request yesterday after work and was directed to this company. My husband called them that evening with no response. He called the following morning on 9/30 and spent a few hours reaching the voicemail during business hours. When I called and representative was very unprofessional placing me on an immediate hold. When rep got back on the line 6 minutes later, she took my street address not including my city zip or my phone number and stated a Tech would arrive between the hours of 1-4pm on Friday 9/30. The tech no showed. I spent the following hour calling the number provided and vfying the hours and phone numbers on the website. No answer just voicemail. I pay for my home warranty, I expect service. If I had the option to go elsewhere I would, but to take advantage of my warranty this is whom I stuck with. I find this to be very unprofessional and poor business practice. this first impression isn't off to a great start. I do NOT recomend this company and I have already complained to my home warranty company. read more

Used them through my home warranty Old Republic, and they were awesome. I put in a request in the afternoon around 4pm and they came out the next day right at 7am to fix my unit. They told me they'd be here between 7-9. As soon as they got here, they went to work. Replaced the part that needed to be replaced. (My capacitor went out.) They were in and out within 30 minutes. We were terrified when our air conditioner started blowing warm air a few days ago, and when it was 105 degrees outside. We have a home warranty, whom we called at about 4:00 on a Tuesday. We were told they would contact a company, who would then call to schedule service. We didn't know how long we would have to wait because of the extreme weather...but we were contacted in just a couple of hours, and a service call was scheduled for the next day. The 2 repairmen came on time, and were extremely nice and polite. Our A/C unit is on the roof, but they worked quickly and efficiently. We didn't know what to expect, but after making the repairs and checking out the whole unit and making sure all was working from inside the house, "Luis" came in with his clipboard. Holding our breath, he said that they replaced both capacitors and checked everything out...and the cost to us was just the service call fee as dictated by our warranty company. $85! I believe they are a relatively new and smaller company...but I would not hesitate to use them again for any of the services they provide or recommend them to friends and family. ADG air has come to my home twice now for an AC water leak in my attic. Both times they said that the drain line was blocked. The second time, the technician told me that he didnt know why the secondary drain pan was dry and not working. Um, hello, isn't that your job? He had no desire to check it out or even bother to investigate. I am very dissapointed in ADG air. I called my home warranty again and asked to have another AC provider come out. Thankfully, my home warranty was great in transferring the service request. I would not recommend ADG air. read more

This is the second time I contact ADG and they did an awesome job. My AC was vibrating in the attic which was causing the wood beams to vibrate into the walls. Our AC went out last night (5/9/18) and I called Old Republic Home Warranty. They referred us to ADG Air. When I received the confirmation email that they commissioned ADG Air, both my husband and I called to confirm and they said they would be out between 8 - 10 a.m. on Thursday (5/10) and they were here before 9 a.m.!! Erick G was our tech and extremely knowledgable and my husband was impressed with him (and he does NOT impress easily!). He fixed several items and we now have cool air!
