The pipes in the building are old and very corroded and he had to use two different machines to rooter it and he made 4 attempts to get it unclogged before ahievieving success, he kept at it where other people might have given up. We were both thinking that the pipes would have to be replaced and I would be stuck for who knows how long with the clogged drain He replaced the pipes that come from the sink and cleaned up a really ugly mess from the sludge in the pipes he rootered. We live in Arcadia and in 2021 we had a horrible problem. The mainline was backed up and we were desperate. That is how we met Homar. He and Pablo stayed after it got dark to assess the issue and installed a main sewer line clean out access. You feel so helpless when you cannot use your toilet. They rescued us. Had a leak issue so I called Western Rooter and Charlie and his son came by to check it out. They found the issue quickly and we were able to fix the problem. I also had them check a toilet that was giving us problems. I had ordered a new toilet but they discovered that it was just that the installers had put the wax seal too low and so it wasn't sealing properly. This was our second time getting services from Western rooter. John helped coordinate another team and problem-solved our septic tank issue, we have gained trust to their quality of services. This time, we realized our water heater is 12 years old, and we are interested in tankless water heater option. We called Western and John came out to our house. John was very professional and he told me that the gas company will give $1000 rebate for the heater. He then asked his crew to send me the job description and the breakdown of the project, and allowed us time to respond. It's not an easy decision and we spent a week to think through pros and cons. We never get pushed and therefore we opt to go ahead and have their team install the tankless heater for us. On the day, it was Daniel and Justin who serviced us. They are super professional, polite, and patient with us. They figured out out gas pipe is old style and the size didn't match what they have. They made judgment accordingly and went out and get the pipe in right size. They spent 10 HOURS on the project. Throughout, they maintained their work professionally, and answered every question we had. Daniel realized my wife mopped the floor after they hauled the old water heater out of our house, when he came back in he took off his shoes without us asking! We called Western Rooter to fix our kitchen faucet and install a whole house water filtration system. Richie, Scott, and Josue were all top of the line professionals. They were extremely professional and responsive throughout the entire process. The faucet works like it was brand new. The water filtration system was a difficult project which a few other plumbers said they would not be able to do without invasive measures. Richie told us he could take care of it and cause very little disruption if at all. They delivered on this promise. They found a way to install the tank in a discreet location in the foliage next to our front walkway, and they ran high quality copper pipes under our walkway to the water main, and put all of our concrete pavers back like they were good as new. The job took one day and honestly I was surprised they could do it that fast. Most of all they were extremely trustworthy and pleasant to work with. They did the whole job while I was at work and my wife was taking care of our newborn. They seemed genuinely happy for us that we now have this peace of mind that our drinking/bath water is clean and filtered. The price was extremely reasonable, too.
