We had a great experience with Adrian! Our water heater started leaking, and of course it happened at the worst possible time. Adrian made the entire process so easy. He was very helpful, professional, and honest. He explained everything to us, answered all of our questions, and got our new water heater installed quickly. read more

Nolasco Plumbing - New water heater - Plumbing Near Me - Baldwin Park, California

Nolasco ecommended & Installed a Bradford White waterheater with a 4 year extended warranty. Required smoke detectors/carbon monoxide units were installed on ceilings in required rooms. The first female Arcadia City inspector complemented the quality of Nolasco's work. This is a family business since 2008 with efficient technical work by Aidan, Juan, Francisco & Luigi. The use of a pressure regulator Francisco discovered a low reading that was corrected by replacing the old one...to protect pipes at risk. I would highly recommend Nolasco for other single family homes in need of repair and maintenance. They also applied for the permits required and patiently answered my questions. The old waterheater was removed and discarded too. It is a big relief to have this work done well with strong customer service. I would recommend Nolasco to other Seniors who might struggle with experience in plumbing. read more

Francisco came out to help me. Very knowledgeable without the upselling. Experienced. Very clean and respectful -- always wore his booties inside the house, which is not true for previous plumbers we've worked with. Was always on time, and arrived early. Always replied and communicated right away. Took care of little leaks here and there without trying to upcharge. Brought him in to change my shower cartridge, and ended up having him also change my main water valve and water pressure regulator, after he figured out why my cartridge broke in the first place -- then he also found a leaking water meter, and waited until the water company came out to fix it! Price is definitely on the higher side, but I never had to worry about anything or point out anything with Francisco's work. Peace of mind. read more

Adrian did an amazing job! Same day service, installed our new refrigerator and replaced the nozzle for our water hose outside, and everything was finished in under two hours. He was friendly, professional, and worked quickly while still paying attention to all the details. What I appreciated most was that he went above and beyond by taking the time to show us where and how to shut off both the gas and water to the house. That kind of extra care and willingness to educate us really stood out. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish and the service was reasonably priced. If you need a plumber who's knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely cares about doing quality work, I highly recommend Adrian. Thanks again! read more

Had an error code appear on our rheem tankless water heater and I reached out to Nolasco plumbing to help address the issue as I could not figure out what was going on. Called their phone number and they were able to send someone out later that day. Luis was an amazing technician and took time to explain the issue and to also identify the problems and go from there. Pricing was up front and transparent and they helped get the job done and get the water heater back up and running. I highly recommend reaching out to them if you are in the Baldwin Park area as they are local and got the job done quick. read more

I am very pleased with the work performed by Luigi of Nolasco Plumbing. He came out promptly and on time to repair my leaking water heater. He diagnosed a few issues related to improper installation by another contractor and repaired the issue at a very reasonable price. He also spent extra time to explain everything in detail so I could understand the issues. My impression was that he was very honest, knowledgeable and reliable and I am so glad I reached out to this company for help with my Rinnai tankless water heater. Nolasco Plumbing recently installed six tankless water heaters for us here at Milano Lofts apartments. This was done in a little less than a week with very little interruption to hot water service for the residents. Adrian was the lead on this project and he kept me constantly updated. He gave me his personal phone number and provided a level of customer service that is sadly rare these days. I highly recommend Nolasco Plumbing. Kudos to Adrian and his team. read more

I highly recommend this company, and especially Francisco who provided a very skilled and professional job of fixing the leaks under the kitchen sink and clearing out the drain. He replaced old pipes and reconnected everything carefully, efficiently and in a timely manner. Its a triple sink that has connections for a garbage disposal and a reverse osmosis system underneath which made the job more complicated. He left everything working perfectly and looking like new! read more

Adrian came out and give me a free estimate regarding several jobs I needed done in my home including installing an air gap in the kitchen sink area, fixing a couple leaks in my bathrooms, rearranging and fixing loose fitting pipes underneath the sink in one of my bathrooms, and fixing leaks in the pipes underneath our home. He went above and beyond in showing me with photos and videos that my original concern of leaky pipes, brought to my attention by other plumbers, was unwarranted, and that I would not have to pay money to fix pipes that were installed and running fine. He also took the time to show me how our regulator worked and that the water pressure inside our home was within an appropriate window. I would recommend Adrian and Nolasco Plumbing to anyone to take care of their plumbing needs. read more

Luigi from Nolasco Plumbing performed the annual service on our tankless water heater. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He is very familiar with Navien tankless water heaters and is certified by Navien to install and maintain their units. He pointed out that the gas connection used by the company that installed the unit (not Nolasco) was not to code. He replaced the connection as part of the service at no extra charge. He also suggested that we install a condensate neutralizer as our discharge pipe empties onto our concrete driveway - the acidic condensate released will erode the concrete over time. The company that installed the unit told us the water discharge would be acidic, but did not offer to install a neutralizer. We appreciate Luigi's thoroughness and would recommend him to anyone planning to install or service a tankless water heater. read more

I called Nolasco plumbing for a second opinion on a gas leak. I had at the connection between my home and the curb. They responded within a few hours and came out within a day. Once I got approval from my insurance company and I called Nolasco's Plumbing, they were here within 2-hours to start the work. We were having a issue with a rotten egg smell through out the house and it turned out that our kitchen drain line was cracked. I reached out through thumbtack and they responded right away and had a great availability. The first inspection did require a fee since they went into the crawlspace to take photos of the problem and gave me three estimates with various price ranges for me to select from. They were able to come out again right away after selecting one of the options and performed the work fairly quick without me having to go with the water turned off for long. I am happy with the service and would recommend them and would also reach out again for future plumbing issues. read more

We had a concerning smell going around the home due to what we thought was a leak. Adrian came after I called another plumber to investigate and the previous company did not even do a complete visual inspection and stated we needed remediation services. Adrian looked at what was happening and even helped identify where the leak was coming from. Turns out, the sewage line for the laundry room was not connected. They remedied the pooled water underneath the home, replaced the pipes, and fixed the laundry room ventilation. He even found out a section of the home was not receiving hot water due to a switch that was never turned on in the first place. He gave 3 quotes and explained the outcome for each one. Because of him going the extra mile with diagnosing our issue and being patient with the payment timeline, we went with the highest priced proposal to prevent any future issues. We will be going with Nolasco Plumbing Co. again for future related plumbing issues. Hoping to get a quote soon on adding/extending our bathrooms with them. read more
