I highly recommend this company, and especially Francisco who provided a very skilled and professional job of fixing the leaks under the kitchen sink and clearing out the drain. He replaced old pipes and reconnected everything carefully, efficiently and in a timely manner. Its a triple sink that has connections for a garbage disposal and a reverse osmosis system underneath which made the job more complicated. We were having a issue with a rotten egg smell through out the house and it turned out that our kitchen drain line was cracked. I reached out through thumbtack and they responded right away and had a great availability. The first inspection did require a fee since they went into the crawlspace to take photos of the problem and gave me three estimates with various price ranges for me to select from. They were able to come out again right away after selecting one of the options and performed the work fairly quick without me having to go with the water turned off for long. We had a concerning smell going around the home due to what we thought was a leak. Adrian came after I called another plumber to investigate and the previous company did not even do a complete visual inspection and stated we needed remediation services. Adrian looked at what was happening and even helped identify where the leak was coming from. Turns out, the sewage line for the laundry room was not connected. They remedied the pooled water underneath the home, replaced the pipes, and fixed the laundry room ventilation. He even found out a section of the home was not receiving hot water due to a switch that was never turned on in the first place. He gave 3 quotes and explained the outcome for each one. Because of him going the extra mile with diagnosing our issue and being patient with the payment timeline, we went with the highest priced proposal to prevent any future issues.
