We love west side! The addition of catch a fire pizza is welcome and delicious! I've helped coordinate several staff Christmas parties at this location and it's a great spot to hangout in Westwood - even if you're not a drinker! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and merch is super cool! I've been many times and never had a bad experience here!!

This is a cool brewery to visit if you are in the Cincinnati area. We really liked the space and there is a lot of different rooms and areas of seating. We ordered a small Cornerstone pizza at Catch-a-Fire Pizza inside the brewery then went over to the bar to see what beer we wanted with it. I ordered the Hefeweizen and my husband opted for the Octoberfest. We also split a Festbier, which was excellent. The pizza only took about 10 minutes or so and was delicious. The small was the perfect size for the two of us. The service was quick and friendly. We will definitely be back when we are in the area again.

This is a great brew house. Great place to catch Bengals, FC and those Reds games. Love the Double IPA and the Strong Scottish Ale. They have a fine selection of ciders as well. Check the photos to see the beer/cider selections. Street parking with an app or .... Parking in the neighborhood behind the brewery. Don't whine....It's a short walk...

Favorite west side brewery on Harrison ave near Montana. Always a friendly crowd and lots of fun activities. Trivia nights and music, even a church group or two calling it home so always a blessing in store with a brew too! Food trucks and treats often as well. Check it out!!

I haven't visited many local breweries since they started popping up about 10yrs ago. Now I can't even keep track of all of them, and what's good and what's average. I tried most of the brews packaged from any store that stocked the local beers. West Side Brewery is not one of my favorites, but they are still really good, just personal preference. This brewery is cool with great ambiance inside. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. My only reservations about my experience is that the beers were served not so cold. It almost needed an ice cube to satisfy my needs. Other than difficulty parking during peak times, West Side is still a shining star in an up and coming community.

Rotating menu of events visitors may happen upon yoga, trivia, calligraphy or a comedy show, just to name a few. The taproom is a decent-sized building with private seating in the back for parties. One fun feature is the large windows with bar-height stools along the outside, perfect for people watching - on both sides. The brewery doesn't offer food trucks anymore, but they do have pizza! Soon you will people watch from above, when the rooftop bar is open. Enjoy your ale, IPA, mixed drink, wine or soda. Partake of cider or get your growler fills on here. Parking is behind the brewery, on the street, or the lot at Harrison & Urwiler is $2, but the parking receipt earns you $2 off a beer (cha-ching!). Like many breweries today, expect to see families and children. From 9:30-11 (12 Friday and Saturday) the brewery is adult only. I expect the rooftop will remain 21+ at all times. During busy hours, the line at the bar can get fairly long, but staff is efficient and the crowd is pretty laid back.

Great open space where you can bring your own food and board games. All the beers are top tier and delicious. If you want a good comfort beer I'd recommend the amber lager. Want something more adventurous that will go well with a burger or wings? Get the rauchbier, tastes like ham. bartender is real nice too and there's no problem sampling before you buy

Really good brews, great space and super nice staff. We live pretty close so we'll be back for sure!

TONS of options to choose from.

Only ONE con to this place, you can't reserve a table in advance. However, the GOOD NEWS is that the tables turn over pretty well so you'll get in AND you can grab a drink and hang on the sidewalk while you wait. I just love this place. I've been here for fundraisers, a pilates mat class, to watch games, and to just meet friends for drinks. It's a large space with an opening atmosphere and most importantly, they have terrific beers. There are tons of breweries in town, but West Side Brewing actually brews outstanding beers - and has an incredible variety - usually 20 taps running at any given time. Not into beer? Grab a glass of wine instead. They have a few available. Food is via a food truck or you can order carry out from Nation Westwood or the fancier Ivory House - both within a quick walk. Parking is VERY limited, so you will likely find yourself parking on the street, but they do have a small lot behind the funeral home next door. They used to have larger communal tables, but in a COVID world, they limit a table to 10 people and inside, you must be seated at a table to drink, thus keeping the numbers manageable and safe for customers and employees. They clean the tables well between people too and enforce the table list so you can't steal a table from someone else waiting. We were here a few weeks ago on a Friday night. St Catharine of Sienna was doing their fish fry (which many parishes have struggled with in COVIDworld, so it was a nice change. They had fried fish, but also fish tacos, which made me super happy since I'm not into fish sandwiches. Again though, the food is always different since they have food trucks. The schedule is usually on their website. In the summer, they have "annexed" a patio in the courtyard across the street at the Westwood Town Hall. So you can order drinks out there too - which is amazing. I look forward to many more nights (and afternoons) at West Side Brewing.

We had a blast hanging out inside West Side Brewing with our dog. The brewery is huge with ample seating for large to small groups. We were quick to snag the couch in the back of the brewery. They do not offer a full food menu however they do offer some snacks to enjoy with their delicious beer. They offer all styles of beer plus wine, liquor, cider and non alcoholic drinks for non beer lovers. We ordered a flight of beer each. We loved each beer! The staff was helpful and so knowledgeable. We purchased some beers to go. What a cool place. They even had a vendor selling dog treats. We will be back!

If you're leaving the…read morestadium area it's a 20 minute walk with some uphill, but well worth the trek to get ahead of the crowds. The bars near the stadium were mobbed. The seating is family style with long tables. You can order via QR codes (meh) or walk up to the side of the bar for food and drink. The manager came around and introduced himself to everyone and was all over the place. Helping in the kitchen, bar, cleaning up etc.. He's definitely an asset because he didn't disappear as the rush started coming in. The inside is nicely decorated and I was digging their Voodoo/skull theme. We settled in and watched the 4pm NFL game on one of the large TV's while chatting with some disappointed Bengals fans and locals. Beer wise they had a nice selection of classic Voodoo brews (we used to get them a lot in the Philly area several years ago), a balance of styles and some newer brews I'd never heard of. If you enjoy the dark side of beer the Where Our Secrets Go Imperial Stout was delicious and thankfully more along the lines of the traditional style Impy Stout. I had an IPA that I can't remember the name of, but it had a nice Belgian yeast/hop twist to it. My son enjoyed their root beer. Food wise the Jumbo Chicken Wings, roasted in house hit the spot, I highly recommend them. I added their Good Vibes BBQ "Sawce", but you can get them dry rubbed or chose from several other "Sawces". The wings were big with fresh meat and the sauce was great. The Pub pretzel we ordered was huge and the good vibes beer cheese complimented it well. The Mr. Pickles Fried Pickles were also a great choice for an app. They were a big portion. My friend had the Chili Mac and my son ordered the Lil Mashburgers - 2 little smashburgers oozing with cheddar & chippies off the kids menu. We ate, had a couple of beers and enjoyed our dinner at Voodoo before we explored more of downtown Cincy. I'll be honest I wanted to avoid BrewDog and Voodoo and experience home grown Cincinnati breweries, but we were really happy we stopped at Voodoo. Thanks guys you earned a fourth star for great friendly service from the manager and bartenders!!

We ordered extra hot wings, and the sauce was great but to make it "extra hot" they just added a metric ton of hot pepper or some hot seasoning, and it was nearly inedible. They brought our food all at once due to that, to include the appetizer. Service was quick but we only saw our "waiter" once to deliver our food. If we had needed refills, we wouldn't have gotten them. We didn't even get silverware and only got one appetizer plate. The ambiance was nice, it's a great looking facility. I probably won't be back though, unfortunately. Just not great enough to bother going again. We did have one beer off the draft list that was good. The dragons milk.

To start this place is a "sit down" but you have to order at the bar and they bring it to you. We were a tad thrown off with that since they literally had waiters and people roaming around, didn't make sense to me. But that was just the start! We decided to order nachos and a pretzel to start the meal. The pretzel was disgusting, hard and lacking flavor and the $14 nachos was a side plate with a small portion of nachos on it. I asked the server what was with the size of the nachos and he said he though they were normal. They aren't, you go to a normal bar and for $14 comes out a platter with nachos that are loaded. Then our mains came out, my wife's salad was gross, lacking flavor and with dry chicken and my burger was decent. For $90 this meal should have been WAYYY better. We left feeling very disappointed and will definitely not be coming back.

The layout was pretty typical for them albeit on a smaller scale than their locations in Las Vegas and Columbus. Several bar areas, a gaming mezzanine, couches, art on the walls and a roof deck (wasn't open when we visited). The large L shaped bar was clean and manned by a nice fellow. We headed up to the mezzanine and played some games while watching the 4pm game on their big screens. Food wise - we didn't eat here, but I can tell you from past BrewDog experiences their wings are always on point. Beer wise - They had a good mix on their 24 or so taps - IPA/Pale Ales (8 on tap), ciders (4), stouts & dark beers (3), lagers & pilsner (2), sour & fruit-based (2) and five beers for a community beer festival that was running that weekend. $1 of every pint poured went to charity. I had a Winter Staycation at 7.5% - our seasonal stout that brings rich pecan and sweet toffee flavors right to your glass. Every sip is a warming blend of nostalgia and bold flavors, crafted to remind you of the comforts of the season. If you loved last year's cozy winter release, this one's sure to feel right at home. It was average with sweet pecan flavors, caramel, vanilla, toffee and tasted malts. Drank like a porter. It was OK which is what most of their beers are. Just above average in my humble opinion. From my experiences between BrewDog and Voodoo, it seems the outsiders are better options than the local breweries (except Northern Row they were good) in Cincinnati.
