Great service! Thorough and attentive to details, making sure all ports of possible entry are covered. The exterminator was nice and professional. My questions and concerns were answered to my satisfaction. Way to go, West Coast!! Until next time again read more

We needed to find an exterminator so we decided to give west coast pest control a try. Initially we had the whole house and yard sprayed. Wes stayed and explained everything he was very thorough. About 30 days later we started to see little bugs around the doors. We called again and Wes was very helpful and he came out same day. We would recommend this company to any one who needs an exterminator. read more

Great Service. I called West Coast Pest Control back in August 2017 for our new rental. The guy on the phone was very informative and had someone dispatched to our place the same day. I haven't seen any little critters since then. I'll be calling them again in the future. read more

I recently changed to West Coast Pest Control from a company I had been with for many years. I find Wes (the owner) and Jason (my service tech) to be so nice and accommodating its a pleasure working with them. It's obvious they are customer oriented. I would much rather work with a company who cares about their customers and goes out of their way to help them particularly when there is a "bug" emergency. read more

Wes came and inspected our home and was thorough on what we had to do to take care of the problem. We decided to get the issue fixed and it's been over a week and we feel bug free.. definitely recommend his services. read more

Had a huge Bee swarm of the killer bee variety. Extermination was quick and professional. Everything was explained about the process and had a 2 week warauntee. A chemical was also sprayed in the crack in case they were nesting in between the wall. Highly recommended!! read more

Wes gave me a reasonable quote range over the phone and we set up an appointment to rid me of my aggressive bees for the next morning. He called 15 minutes prior to arrival, which was appreciated. He is very professional, honest, and does a great job. He even guaranteed my bees would gone within a couple days or he would return. read more

So impressed with West Coast Pest Control! The other day I was faced with a huge dilemma and their ability to help me same day was amazing. Between their great customer service, reasonable rates, and no contract requirement West Coast Pest Control is definitely my new go to when dealing with pests! read more

They did a great job getting my aphids under control! They got me in soon and were timely and professional! I will for sure use them again.

My company has been using WCPC for years now, and for good reason! Wes does a great job on his normal scheduled maintenance (courteous, polite, all-around nice guy!) but will also respond fairly quickly in case of an emergency. You would have to pull me kicking and screaming to get me to use anyone besides West Coast Pest Control. read more

Call these guys for all of your pest problems. Gophers appeared in my backyard out of nowhere and started eating and killing my plants in a matter of a few days. West coast was able to come out and I haven't seen any gophers since (it's been 1 week). read more

I found Wes on yelp, I liked the reviews and when I called he was knowledgable and he wasn't trying to lock us into a contract. Which was a big plus for us. We have used many exterminators over the years and they are always requiring contracts & are super expensive. The rates are reasonable and he even went to our rental (scorpion issues) and sprayed today on a national holiday. He knew we needed it done quickly and was able to fit us in. He gave a courtesy call on his way and was there on time and did his job quickly. My tenant said he sprayed all the places I was expecting, (what he said he would do when he quoted me over the phone and explained how it worked). But honestly I found the price to be pretty inexpensive for treating the house 2100sqft, plus the yard and garage. Very cool. He was able to take payment over the phone and email me a receipt and I scheduled him to come to my house to do a routine extermination in two days. Again, price is inexpensive and we have a larger lot, house and garage, (which I explained). I find the value to be good and he is friendly. I think we found our to go exterminator and if any of our friends are looking, I'll be sure to recommend. Thanks! read more

Knowledgable, honest and friendly service. Quick to get me scheduled and helpful with all my concerns.

I can not give Wes enough praise! He is one of the most professional people I have ever met. He provides service that is beyond excellent. He cares about his customers and the work that he does. I never felt like he was trying to upsell me or take advantage. I have recommended him to several friends and will continue to do so. I know I have a pest control company for life. read more

I found west coast pest control online because i had a scorpion problem. Wes was very helpful and informative about my scorpion problem he came out and sprayed all the outside and inside of my home. I havent seen any scorpions in long time thanks to wes. read more

Friendly and affordable service! I have used them 3 times now and have nothing but good things to say about West Coast Pest- they quickly got rid of the cockroaches in our new house 2 years ago and we've just had them do general sprays since then- no other bug issues! Definitely would recommend to friends and family! read more

I had some holes and small piles of dirt in my yard. I called Wes because of his 5 star rating. He did not disappoint. Arrived right on time. Knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it. All in about 20 minutes! Super clean trucks and a great logo! read more

Can't say enough about Wes. Great honest hardworking company. Always on time, clean cut and professional. Thy really care about your issues and solving them. I would recommend to everyone! read more

Professional, friendly, prompt, thorough, and.....NO CONTRACTS! I called several reputable places to get some quotes for scorpion infestation, and they pretty much all wanted to lock me into a contract, in addition to charging a high initial fee. I called West Coast and spoke with Wes who was friendly and extremely professional. He quoted me a VERY reasonable rate (much lower than the other quotes), and he did not require any contracts. He scheduled me for the very same day, and showed up on time. He took the time to explain the process, and spent alot of time spraying the outside of our home, swept the walls, windows, garage, and the interior. He was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I would HIGHLY recommend Wes and West Coast Pest Control!! read more

I use to use another company and got very upset when things changed after ownership changed, so I didn't have a company for about a year. I was driving and saw the name on a truck and I said ok I'll try. Let me just say Wes is truly AMAZING! He came out and sprayed my house and all was great! My husband came home from work one day and saw a bunch of bees. He called Wes and within less than 45 minutes he was at our house taking care of them. And from what I understand he lives about 30 minutes from me so that was AWESOME timing. I will continue to use and recommend this company. read more

great service. guys are on time, knowledgable and their service is reseasonable. highly recommend.

Wes did a great job getting rid of pesky ants!! He took the time to make sure he was doing everything right to get rid of them. Most pest control places will try to upsell you or do services that aren't necessarily needed but cost more money. Not Wes, he actually suggested a less expensive service than I had originally booked. Super happy with the service provided! read more

Wesley came to my house early in the morning after messaging him the night before. He was prompt and professional. He checked for tell tale signs of infestation. Now in a cynical world, you'd be thinking oh this person just wants my money, not this guy!!! He said, nope you have no bugs. He didn't try to sell his services, he was honest like that. Local business like his should always be supported. Do not hesitate to call West Coast PC. Aside from being knowledgeable, he is also compassionate, kind and customer-oriented. Thank you so much!!! read more

Called Wes up after my old company wanted to charge me an outrages amount for standard pest control. Wes was courteous, prompt and had great pricing. Thanks Wes I will certainly call you in the future. read more

Best Pest Control and most importantly best Customer Service ever! Great with scheduling, punctual, responsive, effective, and so friendly! Highly Recommend!!! read more

Very nice guy, responds to texts quickly, easy to schedule, effective service, will use again.

About three months ago several pigeons decided to hang out on my roof line and enter a little nook on the second story. After about two and a half weeks I knew I could not tackle these on my own so I reached out and got a quick response from Wes. He agreed to come out and do an estimate and time permitting the work the same day. I always like to have a courtesy call 1 hours in advance because there's been too many times somebody doesn't show and you waste your whole day but in my case I have a gated entry and prefer to give the code during the call. He called prior to his arrival estimated the work and the materials that would be used. I live in an HOA community we're certain colors and things exposed on your house come with restrictions, he was happy to paint the material to match the color of the house so it would not be a issue. read more

I cannot give this company enough stars! Wes has been very professional and excellent at helping us with our pest control needs. When we moved into this rental house we immediately noticed a cockroach infestation in the kitchen and bathrooms. My husband found Wes online and gave him a call. He came out and dusted, laid down bait and sprayed. After the first treatment the roach population went down considerably. It has been one to two treatments since then and we are roach free! The pricing has been very reasonable when compared to other pest control companies in the area. Wes's professionalism is outstanding. He always calls 15-20 minutes prior to showing up, promptly responds to texts and thoroughly answers all questions and concerns. I highly recommend going with West Coast Pest Control. You will not be disappointed! read more

Hey Neighbors! I searched for a reputable pest control company that provided quality work at comparable prices and I found Westcoast Pest Control. Wes is the owner and both he and his crew were very professional, provided thorough services, genuine care for the quality of their work, and they were all reliable. At many pest companies you get basic inspection services during the inspection. However, Wes not only inspected our entire house top to bottom, including the attic, but he also sprayed inside and outside of the house, and set up several pest catching traps as a preventative measure all at the same prices you'd pay elsewhere! The best part is Wes saved us hundreds of dollars and a lot of hassle due to his persistence in identify the exact pest problem we were having which given our circumstance, was a bit challenging. I can't say enough about having our issues being handled so adequately and promptly with Westcoast Pest Control. Check them out and let them save you time and money; West Coast Pest Control (623) 243-7522. read more
