This Wendy's location was renovated not too long ago, so the vibes are fresh and clean here. They have those soda machines outside for you to get whatever soft drink you want. The staff are mostly/sometimes friendly here, but they get orders wrong all of the time! Sometimes they will insist they don't have Hi-C Fruit Punch but we get it ALL THE TIME here. The drive through line moves slow. One time the drive through screen was not on/working so I drove up and they yelled at me for it. Food quality is consistent...if they can just get my orders right more often than not, we are good. Stop yelling at my wife about not having Hi C fruit punch. read more

Today the wait was so long in the drive thru that of the two cars in front of me the passenger of the car at the window got out and tried get in but nope, door locked. Service was on point this time didn't have to wait long for our food. Ordered the new southwest chicken sandwich. Pretty tasty. Place was clean and being kept clean so that's a plus better then before. Hope it stays like this. I have not eaten any fast food in quite a while. Wendy's had a promotion on for a double stacker which got me to come in. The place was clean and the staff very friendly. When it comes down to it the ultimate test is the food. I have always enjoyed Wendy's but after today probably my last visit unless I grab a Frosty in the summer. I know that food stylists are used for photographing ads ... that being said there was so a difference between the photo in the advertisement and the actual sandwich ... it was like expecting to pickup a Corvette and getting a Yugo. read more

This place is just gross. I've driven here (18 min from my house) with my daughter before and the food is always wrong and always cold. I got home late from work and didn't want to cook so I ordered Wendy's delivery. They got every order wrong. The burgers had been sitting so long the tomatoes were literally melting into the buns. I couldn't even peel them off they had already liquified and turned the bun into mush. The Patties are cold. Not lukewarm not room temperature they're COLD. I've gotten a lot of bad delivery but I've never had blatantly old, crusty, stale, freezing cold food. This isn't just unappetizing it's dangerous. There's no way any of this food was made in the last two hours. They need to shut this place down for good. read more

Nice reliable place, they are quick although it can get busy on occasion. If it's lunch-rush expect you might have to wait in line a few minutes. Consistently clean and comfortable place to be. Let me preface this review by saying that this is not your run-of-the-mill, one-time, mean, scathing review based on one isolated experience that so many people post online out of spite. This review is based on my numerous experiences over the past 10+ years of being a regular customer at this Wendy's location and seeing absolutely no signs of improvement. This Wendy's location is by far the worst-managed fast food restaurant that I've ever visited, and if you're a regular fast food patron like I am, you know that's saying a lot. For starters, the drive-thru at this location is painfully slow. There have been instances where I've sat in the drive-thru line for 20 or more minutes. I'm sure that anyone who has ever visited their drive-thru, particularly in the evening hours, knows what I am referring to. On more than one occasion, I've seen the line extending out into the street, and it's because it takes five minutes for them to fulfill an order and take the next one. On top of that, there have been so many times where I have placed a drive-thru order using the Wendy's mobile app, and when I arrived to pick it up, I was told that my order was not ready yet and to park my car and come inside to wait. Years ago, if this happened, they offered to bring the order out to me, but they stopped doing that, and now when I ask them to bring it out to me, they give me grief. After dealing with that too many times, I decided to start using their curbside pickup option instead. I figured if I have to park and wait for my order anyway, I might as well just order it that way to begin with. Unfortunately, I regret to say that their curbside pickup option is not any better than their drive-thru. Today, after waiting 20 minutes and still not receiving my order, I pulled up to the drive-thru window to ask where my order is. They said that they did not see my car outside so they did not bring it out. I'm not sure how they did not see my car as I was parked directly across from the drive-thru window, so I was in plain sight. Regardless, if I check-in my order by marking the "I'm here" option in the mobile app, that means I am there and they should keep looking until they locate me. On another occasion, after not receiving my curbside pickup order after waiting 20 minutes, I went inside to ask why nobody brought my order out to me. The person behind the counter flat out told me that she was on break when my order came in, and that when she returned from her break, she did not notice that my order was waiting on their pick-up shelf -- as if this is an acceptable reason. This means that not only are they not checking for orders, but that nobody is covering for the person who is regularly in charge of the orders when that person goes on break. And on yet another occasion, I pulled up to the drive-thru to pick up my mobile order. I was told that my order wasn't ready yet and to come inside to wait for it. After I convinced them to let me park and have them bring them the order out to me, they told me that the reason why my order was not ready yet was because they had given my order to someone else. These are just some of the many poor experiences I've endured at this Wendy's location and after today, I've reached my limit. I will no longer be giving my business to this Wendy's location, and will instead be taking all of my business to the McDonald's that is located directly across the street from this Wendy's. McDonald's may have higher prices, but at least they have their act together and provide good service, things that Wendy's clearly does not care about. read more

Nobody knows how to take an order....also, they ask you what kind of sauce you want and then forget to put it in the bag. Every single time I order from here, I order ahead to pick up through the drive thru, and every single time they make me come inside and stand there for 20-45 minutes before they even begin my order. Meanwhile they are making the next 10-20 car's in the drive thru orders, yet are not able to make mine in the drive thru? In addition, people will be ordering at the register and receive their food long before me. This has happened at least 10 times to me. They need to stop offering pick up in the drive thru if they are going to make me go inside and wait for 20-45 minutes before even starting my food. I will be going across the street from now on to McDonald's, where at least they have my food ready through the drive thru every single time! Tonight I waited inside for 35 minutes before someone finally acknowledged me and even made eye contact with me while I kept trying to ask the cashier about my order and he blatantly ignored me to take more orders. From experience, I work at an actual restaurant, with a chef and servers, so I understand the food industry and am patient and empathetic but this is just so outrageous and is not a one time thing I don't know why people still go here I will never again. I don't eat fast food often, but I figure Wendy's is as good as any other place. Maybe other Wendy's restaurants are, but not this Wendy's. The first time I visited in July, I ordered the new pretzel bread burger because I LOVE pretzel bread, so how could this be bad? Well, it was bad because I took two bites and tossed it. The pretzel bread was hard and very, very tough to chew. I guess they kept the buns in a warmer too long or not enough. And WTH did they do to their fries???!!!! The fries at this location are lukewarm and limp as wilted lettuce. However, I believe in giving places a second chance, especially big chains that maybe have workers who are not as diligent about changing out bread and making fresh french fries. So at visit number two, I got a single with cheese combo remembering how bad the pretzel burger was. And again, the bread was hard and tough to chew. And they still serve limp french fries. Apparently this location has trouble with its bread machine and its french frying machine. If you're determined to have fast food, go to the McDonald's across the street instead. read more

I've had Wendy's on two occasions, months apart, and the burgers are completely raw and undercooked. Completely red and raw meat. Something has to be done at this point- It is a common occurrence and not safe. Not to mention I was pregnant the first time biting into a raw burger. Very gross. read more
