Finally, I didn't try any food on my visit, but it was funny to see the interior get pretty smoky at times; maybe a new ventilation system is overdue.

Not a ton of seating and the layout is a little tight since the pick up counter for all the Uber eats people causes them to wait in the seating area and block the drink machines inadvertently. Not the end of the world. Not really any way to fix that without redesigning the whole place. Ample parking in the lot. I don't get the in-and-out fanatics who love a place with awful fries. Five Guys is my top fast food burger by a mile and the fries are at least in the top 2 or 3 of all fast food places.

We were seated in a high top across from the bar. Our server, Hannah, was pleasant and cordial. My wife ordered the southwestern salad and I ordered a burger with a $2 upgrade to make the tater tots "garlic". Her salad comes and is much smaller than expected for $18. My burger came and I ordered it medium rare and it was well done. I sent it back to be refired to the proper temp and while I waited I ate the tater tots. I expected a $2 upcharge to be at least fresh garlic but it was garlic powder. On top of that, when I finished the tots(before the second burger) there was a pool of oil at the bottom of the basket plus 2 pools that leaked onto the table. The refired burger came back via a food runner, not a manager, and this burger was also not medium rare but I was hungry so I ate it. When we let Hannah know about the out l oil she explained that they regularly are cleaning up oil and not to worry about it. I'll be going to the Muffin House down the road from now on. I didn't dine in so I can't speak to my experience eating inside, but I like how I'm able to order through the app on my way (almost always there's some deal on the app too!) and then pick them up seamlessly without interacting with anyone. Though, would definitely skip the iced coffee if you can make it at home or get it elsewhere. FYI - I was grossed out by the review about finding rat tail in their fries, but a reverse google image search shows that this was in a UK location from ages ago. Hopefully that puts you at ease if you did eat here before or are planning to visit Waltham's McDonalds in the near future.

As we waited to then select the tips and sign the tablet, they already MANUALLY SELECTED 25% TIPS WITHOUT TELLING US! I totally get it if their service was top notch to the point where they deserve a fourth of our dinner cost, BUT THIS WAS NOT THE CASE!! If we didn't ask for the receipt, we wouldn't even know that they frauded us! If you have enough money for them to select the tips for you, as you gamble on their service quality, then sure give it a try. I'd rather just have the crispy chicken and then dunk them individually in a bbq dip once I'm at home to preserve crispness. $20 for 20 pieces is decent, though. There is a small parking lot outside but maneuvering is a nightmare, especially when there are cars that are parked sideways across 3 spots...why!!! The inside is very small with just a few tables. Staff is okay in terms of friendliness. They are not the most efficient and attentive but once you get their attention, things move along quicker.
