What could improve, yelp asks, LOL? EVERYTHING, it was terrible. The bathroom was disgusting, the food was sub-par at best. Wendy's restaurants in whole are among the worst ran/managed fast food joints in the biz. I'll never go back to another Wendy's. I enjoy fast food, McDonald's, Chik-fil-A (the best) and others, but Wendy's just need to go away. They are all extremely poorly managed, and it starts from the Manager and all runs down hill from there. Truthfully, it is a Wendy's so there is not much to elaborate on here...this particular Wendy's is located near the South Cobb Drive and Windy Hill intersection. You can enter via South Cobb or Old Concord. I have visited this location a few times over the years, all of which have been drive thru and each time I visit, I set myself up to get played every time! As most folks, the 4-for-4 is where it's at with Wendy's, so naturally that is my go-to. Junior Bacon (no tomato), fries and those tasty nuggets with ranch for dipping. If I was a math fella, I would say that only 25% of the time my 4-for-4 is the way I ordered. If it's not the Jr Bacon having tomato left on it or the wrong dipping sauce, then it is them being out of sweet tea ALL THE TIME. But when they do get things right, I happen to enjoy myself quite a bit! Service is what is expected at Wendy's. It is never terrible, but it is also never "friendly" or good honestly. It is transactional and I get it...I want a burger and you need me to pay for it, let's make things happen and keep it moving. Overall, not my favorite Wendy's location. I have actually stopped going to this location due to the constant errors with my order and the wait times in the drive thru, which were noted pre-pandemic as well! read more

I'd pass this Wendy's if I were you. The drive thru was service was bad, it took 20 minutes for myself and another car to get serviced and I could see why, they were fully staffed on the inside but everyone inside were cracking jokes and talking. I always understand the wait when places are understaffed but when everyone is at the drive thru window cracking jokes, I can't deal with that. Please don't ever go here unless you enjoy waiting 10 minutes for them to take your order and then have them just turn their headset off while you're trying to finish your order. Food was terrible. Ordered through drive-thu food was handed to me cold. Told the lady to give me fresh fries. She asked for the cold fries back and had me pull forward. Was sitting there for 6 minutes. Went back to the window and told her my other food had gotten cold because they are taking so long. She took the food back and said they would remake and to pull forward. Sat there another 8 minutes with no order. Pulled back to the window and I am assuming the manager (male guy with glasses) said it takes 7 minutes to cook. Remind you I have been waiting 15 minutes already. He had me pull forward again and finally brought food in 2 minutes. He had a salty attitude and no one even apologized. By the time I got home (literally a couple minutes away), the food was cold again. I don't know if this was their weekend help or after Helena helper's, because during the weekday...generally service is much better. Visited Wendy's last week because someone referred to do so lol. I really wanted to see what the hype was about with the #7 Baconnator breakfast sandwich. I didn't want the whole meal so I just got the sandwich. It was actually really tasteful in my opinion. U do think just for a breakfast sandwich the price is too pricey ($4.23). Both windows :-) I've never had anyone ask me if I wanted any into my chili and so I really appreciated that twist and I do like onions so I had it onions to make chili and put it over a garden salad for a nice healthy lunch. While trying to place my order the woman that was taking it cut me off and told me to pull forward but I wasn't done. I felt rushed. Visited this location to place my order. Paid then waited 20 minutes behind the person in front of me while the manager counted drawers next to me at the pay window. Gave the customer in front of me the incorrect order. I watched them hand it back. Then I get to the window hand was handed cold food. The only reason I did not turn around is it was pouring down raining once I noticed. Will definitely not be visiting this location any time soon. read more

Went back a few weeks later. Not sure why. Stupid genes were in overdrive I guessed. Had some left on a gift card and wanted to test them - just to see if they had found their lost brain cells. Nope. No brains here. Gift card had $6.82 balance. Manager couldn't figure it out. He actually said he didn't know how to process the 82 cents?? Really? I shouldn't be surprised that people are that clueless but come on. That's like saying "I work at Wendy's and can't make hamburgers." So I come here just about every Monday. I work a route that has to pass by this location. Every time I come to this location the people here are beyond friendly and beyond courteous! They are very quick about getting your food to you HOT. By far, this is the best Wendy's I've ever been too. The manager runs a tight ship, and everything else falls into place! There's a lady who does the cooking, 90% of the time the foods ready before I can put my wallet away from paying! If you're in need of a quick bite to eat, this Wendy's location is your go to. After a year and half of visiting this location 2 to 3 times a week the customer service has dropped significantly in the last week. Today was the final trip I will make here, time to find a new chain for salads. I received no reciept, salad dressingor straw. Luckily, i truned around and went back tot hw window. Dave's Hot and Juicy? More like Dave's warm and dried out. Fries were great but it doesn't take a high school grad to drop fries and pull them out when the fryer beeps at you, but it apparently does take one to cook a premade patty correctly. Imagine working 12 hours a day taking care of COVID 19 patients and you finally get a 1 hour break. It should be golden, right ? WRONG. I arrived at this Wendy's at 12:54 pm and stood in line with a cluster of people because know one seem to know what was going on and no one from the store gave any direction. Waited in line for 8 minutes with only two people in front of me. When I got to the front the woman took my order and walked away. The person behind me was like "okay". Another employee came up to the register about 2 minutes later and asked if the customer at the register had been helped. I waited for 28 minutes total! At 18 min point another worker told me that they were waiting on the grilled sandwich but I could tell from standing around that it had not been started. At this point the 2 people before me are long gone and 4 people behind me have gotten their food. At the 28 min mark, I asked for a refund. The woman at the register got the manager and he never made eye contact with me, never said hi, never said what's wrong or what they could have done differently instead he said "can I have your card" walked away for 2 min with my card and came back with the receipt and said "here you are mam" . This Wendy's is a joke. DO NOT GO HERE especially if you work hard for your money! The icing on top is as I was walking out the man that ordered first came back in because he requested two PLAIN burgers and it had everything on it. My husband and I had seen the commercials for the new pulled pork sandwiches a few times and decided to try them. They look great on TV and on the photos of the sandwiches on Wendy's web site - pulled pork piled high on a soft bun with cold slaw, and 3 choices of sauce. I really looked forward to trying something different, but I'm sorry to say the two sandwiches we got looked nothing at all like the commercials or the online photos! The first thing I noticed was the sandwiches were swimming in bbq sauce and the bottom of the container was covered in it. The buns were literally burned to a crisp with the outside edges of them being jet black. There was far more sauce on the bun than meat because there was very little pork on the buns! There was maybe half a tablespoon full of cold slaw on one sandwich, the second sandwich didn't have any on it at all.To further ruin this meal, the two orders of french fries we got were cold! It was amazing to me that anyone would package and sell something that was as lacking in appeal as those two sandwiches and orders of fries were! We also ordered 2 cups of chili for other family members and one order of chicken nuggets. Those three items were "alright". This fast food meal costs $22.19 and four items we paid for weren't fit to eat! To add insult to injury, the phone number for this Wendy's is apparently a private cell phone # which I tried four times to call so I could speak to a manager about the terrible food we got - i received the message "This mailbox is full and cannot accept messages"! I definitely don't recommend the new Pulled Pork sandwich or the fries at this particular Wendy's. If you go there, make sure you look at your take out food to see if you got ripped off before you leave the parking lot! read more
