Killing what used to be a good brand. I was up late working and wanted to get a small order. I pull up to the drive through to order and it says it's closed when the hours for drive through posted till 2 am it was barely 11:40 pm . When I pull up to the window I see the employee hiding in the back because they don't wanna work. I had to get his attention just to order and they weren't very nice at all of course. Not a good experience. I hope Wendy's gets its employees in check! I know that they will understaff an overwork so I cannot blame him but I'm very sad we can't enjoy Wendy's anymore! read more

This traditional fast food chain is still one of my favorites. Flashbacks of high school days eating: fries and a shake come to mind...yum! They are known for their burgers and fries but everything on the menu is quite tasty. They have fantastic salads, my favorite being the Southwestern salad. On a cold day when you want to stay healthy but want something amazingly delicious is this masterpiece that I've never seen duplicate anywhere else is what I order every time, the Southwestern salad. I also order a fresh strawberry lemonade to go with it. Yum. So much flavor everywhere. If you haven't tried good Ole' Wendy's in a while, than say no more & swing by and order anything in the menu. Today my son and I stopped in at Wendy's for a quick lunch. Right now I'd like to focus more on the service than anything else. The person at the register is very rude and very unprofessional. Now it wasn't just me that she was rude to but to the other customers that were in front of me also. I ordered a bowl of chili and when I received it I didn't have any crackers nor did I have any chopped onions which I had asked for. When I asked for them I was greeted with it "what do you want now". I told her that I wanted some crackers and some chopped onion for my chili and I received a we're out of crackers without even looking and for the chopped onions she went back and got two onion rings of sliced onions put them in a bowl and handed them to me and then said is there anything else and then she disappeared. The food was the same as it's always been for Wendy's the chili was extremely hot but that's okay because it's chilly and it should be served hot as far as the ambiance it was fair I mean it was cables that needed to be wiped down but I assure that somebody back there might get around to it and in the near future or within the next couple hours but I just couldn't get past the person at the counter and her rudeness when I asked for the general manager she said oh she's not here right now so I just left it. I told my son that if this was the only restaurant that ever be open on any holiday or whatever it'll be the last restaurant I would ever go to again I'll just stick it out until the next day or whatever or to starve I will not go back to this place. read more

I don't leave reviews but I went to this location last night and the guy was rude from the point I was ordering on the intercom. I than pulled up to the windows and he had a swisher sweet pack in front his pocket apron so he was probably high as hell. Used to be my goto Wendy's but the last 4 times have been awful. The service is sooo slow and then the prices for the service. I was second in line and was there waiting for over 10 minutes. Then to get what they call always fresh Krispy fries?!? Yeah right! They are old oily and the sprite I ordered is all carbon water with a hint of sprite. We got Wendys Sunday afternoon. Food honestly didnt taste bad. But come Monday morning, I was throwing up and felt AWFUL. I went to the ER and they said I had food poisoning. Monday night, my 3 year old was throwing up. Then 3-4am Tuesday, my boyfriend was throwing up. So we for sure know that wendys gave us food poisoning. Cashier started off rude and just got more rude the more I interacted with her (receipt says "maryann"). Food was okay. French fries looked like they were cooked in old grease. Coca Cola machine was in need of cleaning and was out of Coca Cola. I mentioned it to the cashier. 10 minutes later it still wasn't refilled, so I returned to the counter to ask about progress. Cashier immediately went to grab syrup cartridge when she saw me, meaning either she forgot or was hoping i would. Floors look clean. Overall, restaurant is in need of better management who will coach employees on customer service and organization. read more

updating my review... only second time EVER for a fast food chain, and its for wendys AGAIN! stopped in to pick up a side salad to go with leftovers i had a home. hadnt thought to get one with a protein, but apple pecan salad sounded great and came with chicken. it was VERY good, everything was fresh! no brown lettuce, flavors all worked well together and pom dressing was very tasty with it. this is a better salad than i have had at several upscale restaurants. BUT... on my quest to eat healthier & shave carbs and calories where I can, I discovered some nice changes at Wendy's. Burgers have improved here in my opinion. buns are better and patty was tasty. but what has me picking Wendy's over other fast food burger joints is side options - FREE substitutions for fries: Chili, baked potato, garden or caesar side salad or sliced apples. side salad was a nice, large size with a mix of lettuces, chopped red peppers, cucumber slices and baby tomatoes as well as a pack of croutons and choice of several dressings (low cal options too). this was NOT your regular bagged toasted salad. it was also crispy FRESH! (3rd visit, fresh each and every time). much bigger and better than I expected for a free swap. (i was so impressed I took photos - check them out) If only they would add diet root beer or diet dr. Pepper (only diet option is Diet Coke - yuck) it would be perfect :) for now, unsweetened tea will have to surfice. Cost of single combo with cheese just under $7. Dieter's tips: 1) save about 20+ carbs by cutting burger in half, double stacking burger & toppings on 1/2 the bun and toss the rest of the bun. all the taste, but less cal & carb. 2) don't add dressing to salad. instead squeeze out dressing in lid and dab your salad in it. you'll save some calories that way! not tasty enough? add some salt & pepper to salad first. read more

It is 8:45pm and they are mopping the floor. Excuse me!where you work, Wendy's! it is open till Midnight. The guy at the register got mad because we walked on his wet floor. Tables are sticky and his attitude is bad, very rude and unprofessional. We ordered our food. The store looks like it has seen better days. I doubt a manager will see this or even care. Food tastes terrible and barely got any fries. The store needs real help the atmosphere is bad. Why is he mopping while it is busy? There were 3 more couples came in behind us. He grabbed their orders and then started mopping again. This is absolutely uncalled for. We got our food and left. Barely any fries and our hamburgers were terrible. Undoubtedly one of the slowest and least intelligent fast food joints anywhere. Every order I've made there---and there won't be any more--is incomplete or inaccurate. For example, today ordered one double meat hamburger....no cheese and mayo instead of mustard. Had to repeat order 3 times. Got home and had a double meat cheeseburger, no mayo. How can an order taker get this wrong???? Sad.....I must be a masochist to have gone back today after so many of their screwups in the past. Two words, Wendy's: QUALITY CONTROL! This is my favorite Wendy's location. I always come late at night and Alexander is almost always at the pickup window with a smile. We have small talk while I wait on my fresh food to cook. I always feel bad going to a restaurant less than an hour before they close, but he always assures me it's okay and they keep everything up and running until closing time. The fries are always hot and the burgers are always made fresh and to my specific directions. Wendy's is my favorite fast food chain and I love finding that one out of 100 others that I prefer based solely on customer service. They always ask if I need ketchup, salt, and pepper. I also love their green tea and the other fruity teas they offer. Yummy! Keep up the good work Wendy's! Love y'all!! read more

I don't even want to give this location even 1 star. By far the worst customer service ever. I placed a mobile order and asked my husband to pick up the order. He went in and waited 10 minutes before asking them when the order would be ready. When he asked the waiter seemed as if he had no idea of the order. He then handed my husband half the order. He had to tell them three times that they were missing things for the order and didnt even bother to check the order to verify if they had it right. After leaving the restaurant so irritated it was discovered that the order still was not right and items were missing. Never ever will we be going back to this location. read more

This Wendy's is always clean. If there is a long line; don't get worry. The line moves quickly. The food is god, and the employees are nice.

We stopped in for ice cream. We sat and then my 5 year old realized she dropped a small toy she had just bought at SeaWorld. She was so upset. We tracked our steps but could not find it. We asked Katheen, an employee of Wendy's if she had seen it as she had just swept the area. She checked inside her broom but it was not there. We went back to our seat and calmed our daughter down. A few minutes later Katheen came to our table "I know how my niece gets when she loses some thing." Katheen opened her hand and gave my daughter the toy she had lost. She said "I washed it". My daughters smile was such a blessing and so was Katheen. Little things in life make such a great impact. The overall service at this location was espectacular from walk in to leaving. The location is very clean and employees welcoming. We will definitely come back. read more

The food was up to par and delicious. I regretfully dined in and had to wait about 10 minutes in line for 2 customer ahead of me. One of the customers was actually a drive-thru customer who was in line so he can get his order correct. That was not a good sign. While I am a patient person, the employees were not working as if it was a fast food establishment. After ordering, had to wait wait an additional 7-8 minutes. When finally getting my order, my beverage was not received and my friends large beverage spilled over when the lib was not properly placed. Only 3 stars for the quality of food. Hot and fresh. Otherwise, a disaster. There was literally 6 people in the dining room. 8 minutes for someone to take my order. Finally the mgr came and took my order. Food was delivered fast. Walked out to dining area and it was disgusting. Tables dirty, french fries on the floor. I went up and tasked to the mgr and told him the situation. He advised they just had 2 buses go through. No problem. He sent out a girl immediately. Great. She started cleaning and apologized for the mess. Fair enough. Wait! A family with kids came in and the employees up front called for the girl cleaning to come and take their order. She yelled back across the customers that she can't do both things at once and slammed her rag down on the table. Keep in mind, this is the same rag she just used to clean 20 tables without rinsing it once. Back to the family. They decided to leave, since they felt like they were a burden to the employees. As of me writing this, there is now just me in the dining room. Oh well. Just another lost customer who won't come back with their family. It's a simple formula. Why can't they just follow it.
