Whoever the sweet girl is with the blonde hair and cute nails that works the cashier part inside on July 30th at 1:10pm is doing an amazing job at her job; fits Chick-fil-A values and just a great employee. Definitely deserves kudos for just being great. This location is always packed so the ambiance is busy but they do a great job and I'm always impressed by how they handle it. Thanks, girlie at this Chick-fil-A! And food is always yummy too, of course. read more

I did a drive thru and ordered a salad. I have always loved the salads here, sometimes the lettuce is a bit old or darker. I just pick out the bad pieces, which I think it's normal. The chicken has always been fresh and tasty. The salad I ordered was the Southwestern, which was delicious and nice spicy taste to it! The service was quick and as always with a friendly staff. read more

I know it's fast food, but this is hands down one of the best Chick-fil-A locations around this area ! Every time I order, the food is hot and fresh. The chicken is super crispy, spicy and the lemonade always tastes freshly made. I've only done drive-through and delivery so far, but I'll definitely try dining in next time! read more

We usually pick up our order here and rarely ever go inside. So I have no real idea how the remodel has worked out. We don't ever use the drive through either-personal preference due to to many bad things happening in a drive thru, from getting a smashed bumper to messed up orders. I don't mind going inside to pick up a to go order. I always get the original deluxe. So very tasty. My only complaint is I wish they were bigger, especially for the price. The fries do not impress me regardless of their unique shape. They taste no better than any other fries. The service is always great and it is always clean. read more

I normally don't like to write bad reviews especially because I love chick fli a and I eat it once or twice a week but yesterday was the first time i had an issue with my order. By the time I ate it, it was to late to give a call. I noticed when I bit into my sandwich it was still a little pink inside. It gross me out and I tried to spit everything out just in case. Hopefully I don't get sick. So far I feel fine. Even took a picture just in case no one believed me. I eat the chick fli a sandwich all the time and I know the inside has never looked like that. So y'all be careful please. read more

So ever since the remodel, we have had issues with getting our order right. Twice we had the order completely incorrect. Once we waited for our food only to find out that they took our name wrong and for some reason that was our fault. Very disappointing as we used to frequent this place quite often. However, we will look to other options until things get better at this location. read more

I ordered through DoorDash (I'll start there) and didn't receive my order. I contacted the location today after my driver was sat outside of Chick-Fil-A for 40 minutes waiting for my order. Apparently, he was chatting with someone inside of this CFA who indicated that my order had been picked up by someone else. So, my driver proceeded to wait there assuming my order would be re-made. 40 minutes after my DoorDash driver was waiting at this location. I decided to intervene and call to see what was happening. I spoke with the manager Hailey regarding what had happened. She first stated that an order didn't exist by my name, which didn't make sense. Then she asked the total amount of my order so she would be able to locate it. She was finally able to locate it, but still couldn't justify why my order was never taken out to my DoorDash driver. Sadly, my driver got so fed up after 40 minutes of waiting that they cancelled the order. While I don't fully hold CFA fully accountable as I believe my DoorDash driver tried his best to retrieve the order. Certainly there was miscommunication somewhere. Hailey stated that this would have to be resolved with DoorDash directly versus CFA as they are not in control of this order. Now I'm waiting 5-7 days to receive a refund for invisible food that I didn't receive. Long story short, I don't fully blame CFA but it's disappointing to order food from a location you have no control of and when you call for resolution, you are told there is nothing they can do about it. read more

First time to Chick-fil-A, although I live a stones throw away. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised with the great and prompt service. We ate inside, very clean by the way, and our food was served quickly. The chicken sandwich was good as were the nuggets. This is a great go to when in a time crunch or just need a quick bite to eat. Thank you Chick-Fil-A. read more

@dish_360 The majority of the world loves Chick-Fil-A and I am no exception. We all expect a certain standard and quality for Chick-Fil-A so this is more of a shout out for the Stone Oak location. The Good: This location has never gotten an order wrong. Chicken is always perfect, sauces are always accounted for. Fries lightly salted and never overdone. Always stellar service and I LOVE consistency. There is nothing more heartbreaking then going home and realizing your dipping sauce was forgotten. I'm pleased to say that tragedy has never happened here. If you're feeling healthy, I strongly suggest you try their wraps because they are excellent. My favorite sauce for the wrap is the avocado lime ranch But my top two items I learned about as an adult (sadly). Would've loved to have known about these years ago. The first is their mac and cheese, which is some of the best around. I've been to restaurants who can't stand up to their quality. It's soooo comforting and has extra cheese that gets slightly toasted up top it's perfect for colder weather. Next, is their chicken noodle soup. I didn't even know I liked chicken noodle soup until I had theirs. The next time someone in your family is sick go grab a bowl and bring it to them. It won't cure them but it might kick start the healing process. The Bad: Impossible The Aftermarth: I've never been to a bad Chick-Fil-A but I'm really impressed with this location. I love the customer service and the pride they take in their product. I feel like a lot of restaurants could benefit from this type of training. We don't do a lot of fast food but Chick-Fil-A puts out quality food fast. @dish_360 read more

Had a chicken sandwich from this location and it had a small rock in it. Broke my tooth! Fracture that caused a full extraction.

Food is always wrong, and last order here didn't add any of the extras I asked for AND charged me TWICE!! That's $22.08 for a salad that wasn't even correct! Then I tried calling to get corrected, and can't get anyone to answer the phone!! read more

I have exactly zero photos of Chick-fil-A food because I am always way too excited to dig right into my meal. I have never in my life encountered a chain business that doesn't have at least one bad location or at the least, offer at least one bad experience. Chick-fil-A is truly the unicorn of the restaurant industry - scratch that, of ALL industries. I have lived and travelled to many states and Chick-fil-A by far is the most reliable place to experience great service, delicious food, accurate orders, and a clean restaurant. Every. Single. Time. The Stone Oak location is right on par with their standard of excellence. You can't get angry at a business for being busy, and I must give them credit for how smoothly they operate their extraordinarily long drive-thru lines. I typically place my order beforehand, through the app, since they do have a rewards program. You can check into the drive-thru or go inside to pick up your order. I did notice this location did away with their numbered curbside parking spots, but I don't mind since it didn't seem to slow things down. All of the employees, regardless of which phase of the process you encounter them through, have a smile, are polite, and don't have that typical "I hate my job" attitude/face you get from many other fast food locations. The kitchen staff perfectly replicates the same quality of food each time so you'll never get a bad meal. The food is always hot & fresh and they follow your order down to the smallest details. Even down to the exact number of sauces you add to your order - impressive! This is a big deal for me because, hello, CHICK-FIL-A SAUCE! Literally, the sauce of the gods and I stash extras given to me in my sauce drawer because there is nothing you can't dip in it! I love Chick-fil-A and I bet I could copy and paste this review to 100 randomly selected locations and it still be accurate. Keep doing what y'all are doing! read more

Every time I come here I ask for a menu because they take your order way in advance in line. They always tell me they have no menus. I talked to a manager today and she said that she has the menu memorized and could help me order. Hahahaha! That makes no sense to me at all. How does her having the menu memorized help me? Rude employees! I came here with my husband and 2 kiddos on July 5, 2023 at 4:32 pm. Rude girl employee took my order. No welcome or anything. NO ENTHUSIASM AT ALL!! This is chick fil a and I expect a certain level of happiness. Extremely monotone girl. I hope she knows exactly who she is. I don't care enough about her to get her name from her name tag. She was so bad at taking an order some dude in with black hair had to help her take a simple order. They need to not be taking peoples orders anymore! I did not feel welcome anymore. Food was mediocre and not very good as usual. Sorry. read more

Can't ever go wrong with Chick fil A. Food is always great. Service is always great. Atmosphere is always great. Should be zero stars! The worst experience ever. Manager Brenda Enrique was rude and unprofessional. My daughter spent 59.00 in food for my family when they came into town recently. The chicken was raw in the center, fries were stale and old, even our chocolate chip cookies were hard as rocks. I guess it doesn't pay to go through the drive thru close to 8:00 pm. When my husband went to pick up the replacement meal we were promised, he was sent out with not even a cup of water. He was told they weren't going to replace the meal as credit to my daughters account had already been made. Brenda proudly said "There's nothing I can do for you." The other manager on duty had gladly started packing our food until Brenda ... the rude manager stopped her. We had already been promised a replacement meal as well as the refund for the inconvenience of it all. Unfortunately, this one manager did not care about customer service. My husband couldn't believe what happened and politely walked out of the store. Wow... I don't understand how some businesses don't care about their customers after all. It's all about the profit! So much for "Chick-fil-A Cares" We weren't cared for at all. We spend so much money at chick-fil-a, as do my colleagues. What would it have cost her to make things right??? What has happened to treating people with respect and valuing their customers. Guys.... We work very hard for our money and Chick-fil-A prices have increased quite a bit. I've never been so disappointed. Everything happens for a reason...because when my husband was waiting inside the restaurant for the food he thought he was going to receive, an older lady came out of the bathroom disgusted stating one of the female employees went potty and did not even wash her hands. Please do not stay quite. Use your voice and don't be taken advantage of. Visit any other Chick-Fil-A instead of the one on 281 and Evans. The manager there "Brenda Enrique" does NOT value her customers and the food is not prepared correctly. read more

Place is hands-down good! The food is always cooked to perfection I have never had to return any food items. I come to this place at least three times a week especially in the mornings. There hash browns are super good! The service is always great except for a few rude servers, (girl with squeaky voice) and a few morning people. I totally get the morning people because I'm not a morning person myself but they're working at the worlds greatest chicken place that Ohta give them some pleasure I would say. Also be careful for the drive-through huge candy cane at the pick up window it likes to bite cars. Tonight I ordered a vanilla milkshake and it was of course perfect as everything there is! Thanks for the great food and for always striving for perfection. Have to mention one of their best attitude employees by the name of Zack. Zach always has a great personality and a great attitude. What's not to love about this CFA! As if the food wasn't delicious enough to bring you back again and again, all the rest should. Upon arriving at this CFA, there is plenty of free parking;easy to get in and out. When you enter the restaurant you can see that they take great pride to ensure it is clean and sanitary. They are constantly cleaning tables, chairs, highchairs, and the floor. There is plenty of seating; community style table, booths, or traditional tables-take your pick! There is a well maintained, clean, indoor play area for kids to play in. The second thing I just love about this CFA is it's community involvement with events and promotions (Mother/son date, coat drive, breakfast with Santa, and more). We go here a couple times a month at least. One of our favorite events is when they host Stomp and Play with Ms. Tracy. She reads about 2-3 appropriate length books and usually has a theme (fall, apples,Thanksgiving, etc.), she then continues to dance, sing, and do some other kind of interactive activity. The kids always have so much fun and they love her. The cow is always present during this time as well but is very respectful to children who may be a bit frightened by it. The staff is amazing! friendly, kind, happily welcome us every time, remember our order, and say say hi to our kids. And in the event that there is ever any issue with food or orders, which is rare, they gladly fix it without hesitation. Their customer service is the best. The food is always served hot and fresh. The fries are the right about of crispy and salty, their lemonade is made of fresh lemons and tart yet sweet and you have and option to get regular or diet lemonade! Their sauces are delicious too, my favorite are the Zesty Buffalo and the original CFA sauce. Don't forget to use your CFA app for rewards on all your purchases if you go often like I do, it adds up. If you don't have it and love CFA download it now! read more
