We usually pick up our order here and rarely ever go inside. So I have no real idea how the remodel has worked out. We don't ever use the drive through either-personal preference due to to many bad things happening in a drive thru, from getting a smashed bumper to messed up orders. I don't mind going inside to pick up a to go order. I always get the original deluxe. So very tasty. My only complaint is I wish they were bigger, especially for the price. @dish_360 The majority of the world loves Chick-Fil-A and I am no exception. We all expect a certain standard and quality for Chick-Fil-A so this is more of a shout out for the Stone Oak location. The Good: This location has never gotten an order wrong. Chicken is always perfect, sauces are always accounted for. Fries lightly salted and never overdone. Always stellar service and I LOVE consistency. There is nothing more heartbreaking then going home and realizing your dipping sauce was forgotten. I'm pleased to say that tragedy has never happened here. If you're feeling healthy, I strongly suggest you try their wraps because they are excellent. My favorite sauce for the wrap is the avocado lime ranch But my top two items I learned about as an adult (sadly). Would've loved to have known about these years ago. The first is their mac and cheese, which is some of the best around. I've been to restaurants who can't stand up to their quality. It's soooo comforting and has extra cheese that gets slightly toasted up top it's perfect for colder weather. Next, is their chicken noodle soup. I didn't even know I liked chicken noodle soup until I had theirs. The next time someone in your family is sick go grab a bowl and bring it to them. I ordered through DoorDash (I'll start there) and didn't receive my order. I contacted the location today after my driver was sat outside of Chick-Fil-A for 40 minutes waiting for my order. Apparently, he was chatting with someone inside of this CFA who indicated that my order had been picked up by someone else. So, my driver proceeded to wait there assuming my order would be re-made. 40 minutes after my DoorDash driver was waiting at this location. I decided to intervene and call to see what was happening. I spoke with the manager Hailey regarding what had happened. She first stated that an order didn't exist by my name, which didn't make sense. Then she asked the total amount of my order so she would be able to locate it. She was finally able to locate it, but still couldn't justify why my order was never taken out to my DoorDash driver. Sadly, my driver got so fed up after 40 minutes of waiting that they cancelled the order. While I don't fully hold CFA fully accountable as I believe my DoorDash driver tried his best to retrieve the order. Certainly there was miscommunication somewhere. Hailey stated that this would have to be resolved with DoorDash directly versus CFA as they are not in control of this order. Now I'm waiting 5-7 days to receive a refund for invisible food that I didn't receive. Long story short, I don't fully blame CFA but it's disappointing to order food from a location you have no control of and when you call for resolution, you are told there is nothing they can do about it. read more

I have exactly zero photos of Chick-fil-A food because I am always way too excited to dig right into my meal. I have never in my life encountered a chain business that doesn't have at least one bad location or at the least, offer at least one bad experience. Chick-fil-A is truly the unicorn of the restaurant industry - scratch that, of ALL industries. I have lived and travelled to many states and Chick-fil-A by far is the most reliable place to experience great service, delicious food, accurate orders, and a clean restaurant. Every. Single. Time. The Stone Oak location is right on par with their standard of excellence. You can't get angry at a business for being busy, and I must give them credit for how smoothly they operate their extraordinarily long drive-thru lines. I typically place my order beforehand, through the app, since they do have a rewards program. You can check into the drive-thru or go inside to pick up your order. I did notice this location did away with their numbered curbside parking spots, but I don't mind since it didn't seem to slow things down. All of the employees, regardless of which phase of the process you encounter them through, have a smile, are polite, and don't have that typical "I hate my job" attitude/face you get from many other fast food locations. The kitchen staff perfectly replicates the same quality of food each time so you'll never get a bad meal. The food is always hot & fresh and they follow your order down to the smallest details. Even down to the exact number of sauces you add to your order - impressive! This is a big deal for me because, hello, CHICK-FIL-A SAUCE! Literally, the sauce of the gods and I stash extras given to me in my sauce drawer because there is nothing you can't dip in it! Every time I come here I ask for a menu because they take your order way in advance in line. They always tell me they have no menus. Should be zero stars! The worst experience ever. Manager Brenda Enrique was rude and unprofessional. My daughter spent 59.00 in food for my family when they came into town recently. The chicken was raw in the center, fries were stale and old, even our chocolate chip cookies were hard as rocks. I guess it doesn't pay to go through the drive thru close to 8:00 pm. When my husband went to pick up the replacement meal we were promised, he was sent out with not even a cup of water. He was told they weren't going to replace the meal as credit to my daughters account had already been made. Brenda proudly said "There's nothing I can do for you." The other manager on duty had gladly started packing our food until Brenda ... the rude manager stopped her. Place is hands-down good! The food is always cooked to perfection I have never had to return any food items. I come to this place at least three times a week especially in the mornings. There hash browns are super good! The service is always great except for a few rude servers, (girl with squeaky voice) and a few morning people. I totally get the morning people because I'm not a morning person myself but they're working at the worlds greatest chicken place that Ohta give them some pleasure I would say. Also be careful for the drive-through huge candy cane at the pick up window it likes to bite cars. Tonight I ordered a vanilla milkshake and it was of course perfect as everything there is! What's not to love about this CFA! As if the food wasn't delicious enough to bring you back again and again, all the rest should. Upon arriving at this CFA, there is plenty of free parking;easy to get in and out. When you enter the restaurant you can see that they take great pride to ensure it is clean and sanitary. They are constantly cleaning tables, chairs, highchairs,and the floor. There is plenty of seating; community style table, booths, or traditional tables-take your pick! There is a well maintained, clean, indoor play area for kids to play in. The second thing I just love about this CFA is it's community involvement with events and promotions (Mother/son date, coat drive, breakfast with Santa, and more). We go here a couple times a month at least. One of our favorite events is when they host Stomp and Play with Ms. Tracy. She reads about 2-3 appropriate length books and usually has a theme (fall, apples,Thanksgiving, etc.), she then continues to dance, sing, and do some other kind of interactive activity. The kids always have so much fun and they love her. The cow is always present during this time as well but is very respectful to children who may be a bit frightened by it. The staff is amazing! friendly, kind, happily welcome us every time, remember our order, and say say hi to our kids. And in the event that there is ever any issue with food or orders, which is rare, they gladly fix it without hesitation. Their customer service is the best. The food is always served hot and fresh. The fries are the right about of crispy and salty, their lemonade is made of fresh lemons and tart yet sweet and you have and option to get regular or diet lemonade! Their sauces are delicious too, my favorite are the Zesty Buffalo and the original CFA sauce. Don't forget to use your CFA app for rewards on all your purchases if you go often like I do, it adds up. I'm officially giving up on this location, I work near by so I keep trying it but so far I have found ants in my bag of food one day, on a door dash order our French fries weren't in the bag, and then lastly I ordered a mobile order a breakfast burrito no hash browns and instead of no hash browns (it was full of them) it didn't have any eggs!? None of these issues are a big deal individually but I have never not had an issue with an order here (and the ants were gross) and every time I reach out they don't do anything.
