Delicious. Went during lunch and it was busy, but there were so many people working there everything was running really smooth. I got the sassy Scotty, broccoli salad in the mac & cheese. Definitely sleeper pick was the mac & cheese. It was so delicious and creamy. The broccoli salad was really good too, but when I got towards the bottom, it was a little too sweet for my liking. The chicken salad was a 10 out of 10, though! I can't wait to go back and try different types of chicken salad read more

Came through earlier today for a takeout order while in the neighborhood. Got home with my order and my sandwich should've been Cranberry Kelli but was instead Fruity Fran. Not only that, but my grape salad grapes were very squishy and overly ripe. I love Chicken Salad Chick but don't think I will be back to this location. read more

I brought Dad here for lunch once before and it was a good experience. We went back for our Daddy-Daughter lunch today. I ordered the Classic Carol for Dad. The soups of the day were Loaded Potato, Chicken Poblano, and Tomato Bisque. I got Dad the Tomato Bisque and he enjoyed it. I had the Fancy Nancy sandwich on croissant with a side of pasta salad. Fancy Nancy had apples, grapes, and pecans. Love that! We both only finished half of our sandwiches so there's leftovers. There's a section of to-go containers and the lady in front of me got a couple. There's something for everyone! read more

The interior of this restaurant is so delightful as it feels like a casual southern restaurant with small tables and chairs and booth seating. You order at the front from their extensive menu with key highlights of their main combination items. I ordered a croissant sandwich and was able to choose the type of chicken salad. They had quite a variety. Included in the meal is a side of your choice and a tiny frosted sugar cookie and pickle. The food tasted fresh and came out quickly. The variety of items was the surprise along with the fresh items such as broccoli that included an optional freeload of chopped salad bacon. All for about $10 so it felt budget friendly. The staff was also nice and offered to take away our trash. I would absolutely return as it's a great place to meet with friends or have a quick lunch. read more

My wife and I came here for lunch. I ordered the Bacon Cheddar Melt meal with lettuce and tomatoes on the sandwich, oh, I ordered the Cranberry Kelli on the sandwich. I also got 2 sides, the Fruit cup and a cup of Loaded Potato soup. The soup was very delicious and hearty, the fruit cup was some of the freshest fruit I've gotten from a restaurant. I also had their Peach Ice Tea to drink. Everything was very delicious and filling. read more

This is a great place to try different varieties of chicken salad. They have other options from salads and soups to other sandwich options. I tried the Lauryn's Lemon Basil scoop on my croissant sandwich and it had a refreshing balance of lemon and basil...not over the top. As a side I tried the loaded potato soup which was good also, but served lukewarm. The interior is bright, cheery and well decorated. It kind of has that southern charm which also gives off a modern Tea Room vibe. I definitely want to come back and give a few of the other variations of chicken salads a try. read more

In a strip mall setting with tons of parking. Lots of seating inside - both booths and tables with chairs. Very clean. Super cute decor with tablecloths on the tables. I am from an area that doesn't have this franchise so I was excited to try it while visiting Texas. I just grabbed a to-go pack form the cold case. There are tons of options of flavors. They even have salads and such available as well - not just chicken salad. They do have a menu with sandwiches and other lunch items available to order I grabbed the Dixie Chick. Three people shared it - it's enough for probably 3-4 people. Nobody was impressed or surprised by the flavor. It was tasty. Would I go again... no. It's not something that any of us will be dreaming about or have a hankering for again. Just typical chicken salad. read more

I dined in for lunch and ordered the trio which consisted of deck the Holly, cranberry Kelly, and chicken poblano soup and a piece of red velvet cake. I was served quickly. The poblano soup was hot, flavorful, and very good. I would definitely order that again. My deck the Holly scoop was fantastic. It has cranberries and jalapeños in it, which is the right kick of spiciness. The cranberry Kelli I was saving for lunch tomorrow. I did take one bite and it is very bland so I will be adding more spices to it tomorrow. The red velvet cake looks delicious. It appeared moist with cream cheese frosting. The cake was very good and the cream cheese frosting even better however, the cake was a little on the dry side. The cake crumbled terrible when I went to get a bite because of the dryness. I will not order that again in the future. Also, I wanted to know every time I dine there their pickles always look like there's something wrong with them so I never eat them. The restaurant atmosphere itself was quiet, painted and decorated beautifully and simple. read more

I have to say I get why at lunch when we went as a surprise the drive through snaked around the parking lot and building. This place was packed and there is a reason why. Everything is delicious, plain and simple. I love the decor with all the photos on the wall, the light green paint, I love the picture with all of the family and friends that all are the flavors are named for. The service was prompt polite and helpful. Even though the place was packed we had our food in no time. I am picky about chicken salad and I have yet to have a flavor that is not mouth watering. I had sassy scout and the pimento and I devoured my scoops. My hubs liked his turkey blt, he was awfully quiet. I do not say this often but I could come here every day and twice on Sunday. They are also on my approved bathroom list. Good for a date, family meal or a group of friends. I/we will be back most definitely. And if you get a chance listen to the podcast about how this started on NPR, it is amazing. read more

They have this place running like a well oiled machine! The setup to where you can grab the bowl yourself and all the various types and sizes they offer are right there in the front refrigerator keeps me rollin right on through. This day I stopped and got a slice of the white cake. It called my name. Lol. It was good. Nothing special. The family liked it too. I've tried about 4 different kinds of chicken salad and all have been really good. I'll for sure be circling back to to try the rest of them really soon! read more

Food is always consistently good. Service is usually pretty good. It's a great place to have lunch w/a friend(s).

I ordered takeout....The Chick (cranberry Kelli on croissant, scoop of Fancy Nancy) and made it a trio (broccoli salad) for $2.50 more. The croissant sandwich filled with generous portion of chicken salad, lettuce and tomato was delicious. I thought it was unusual that the Fancy Nancy contained whole grapes. Four out of five packages of crackers were broken! Unacceptable! They should toss the broken crackers not give them out in a takeout order. The big pickle spear had a tough cucumber skin, which made it unpleasant to eat. Maybe they should buy smaller pickles. I noticed that the broccoli salad was served in a paper cup for dining in. The portion seemed more generous than the serving in my takeout box. I love the broccoli salad so I wanted more! The mini buttercream frosted cookie is a sweet end to the meal. I noticed the cookie was made by Cheryl's Cookies, a favorite mail order company. I enjoyed my meal and will return to try other varieties of chicken salad. read more

This place is bustling! Great food and everyone very friendly. I got the quote fancy, Nancy" chicken salad sandwich, which was very good on a croissant. I also got a scoop of the egg salad, which I think I actually liked a little bit better! The side of broccoli salad was wonderful! I would recommend you give that a try. I have only ever had this place brought to me before and thought it was good, but the restaurant itself is really awesome! The dessert cookie is the best! read more

Great staff and delicious food! Chicken Salad Chick is definitely a must-try for anyone who loves chicken salad or just great food in general. Walking into the restaurant, you are greeted with a cozy and inviting atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. They have plenty of seating options to choose from indoor or on the patio. Whether you're dining alone or with a group, you're sure to find a comfortable spot. When it comes to the food, Chicken Salad Chick certainly doesn't disappoint. The menu offers a wide variety of chicken salad options, from classic to spicy to fruity, and everything in between. There's truly something for everyone here, and the staff is more than happy to help you find the perfect dish to suit your taste buds. They provide a sampling, which was helpful. I also enjoyed pasta salad and potato soup. Meals are also top off with a delicious sugar cookie! read more

Was recommended here by a friend and we've been addicted to this place ever since. The service is amazing. The food is even better.

Had a great first visit! The place was super clean and well-organized, and the staff was friendly and very helpful. They even offered samples, which was awesome. I tried the trio scoop with Fruit Fran, Lemon Basil, and Jalapeno Holly, and all three were fantastic. Trio comes with crackers only and no sides. I added on a side of pasta salad and that was enjoyable as well. I'll definitely be back to try more options. read more

Another trip to Chicken Salad Chick hoping it would be better. The rating reflects the service NOT the food except for the croissants. The watermelon tea was great too. I enjoy trying multiple scoops of different flavors and today was no exception. The only one that did not impress was Ole. Croissants were not fresh and disappointing. The service continues to astound me. I sat close to the counter thinking maybe the girls at the counter pick and choose BUT NO they are rude and indifferent to everyone. I met the owner during the grand opening so I know it's not a reflection of the owner. It's simple. Find people that want to be there making it more enjoyable for everyone. It's not close by so the trek should be worth it. Hoping the service meets the quality of the food at some point. read more
