Hubby had a very customized pizza and he enjoyed the mess of flavors available in unlimited ingredients. My daughter enjoyed a ore normal pepperoni pizza and I had a white sauce based pizza that I really enjoyed. Great flavor, not so much crust that you have to pick and choose between another slice and just finishing a big old crust. Always clean. Staff is friendly and knowledagable. Update to my 2021 review. 3.5 stars MOD is still great because you can customize your pizza to your liking without breaking the bank. The restaurant dining area was relatively clean when I arrived. I was surprised by the lack of customers. One thing that I noticed was the hesitation from the staff when customers come in the store. Acknowledgement goes a long way. When you look at the reviews for this location that is mentioned more than once. No one is asking for the staff to be buddy buddy or over the top. Just make eye contact and acknowledge people when they come in and are standing in front of you. Everything doesn't have to be some awkward experience. read more

I wanted to take advantage of the season of rewards: week 3 special which was buy 1pizza and drink, get another pizza and drink free. The unlimited toppings really appeals to me. I love to ask for extra pepperoni, Italian sausage, and mozzarella cheese. The finished pizza looked good but it was missing some gooey cheese in some places. Next time, I would ask for a handful of cheese before they bake it. I liked the taste of the thin crust and fresh toppings. The 11 inch pizza is big enough for 2 people. Walk in.... No one says anything to us. Order food. Great food! Bathroom. dirty. No paper to dry your hands. Pee all over the floor and toilet. Thank goodness I didn't have to Eat. Walking out......nothing from anyone working. No "good bye". Nothing. And there is a tip jar?? For what? I have to pick up my food when my name is called out. Get my own drinks. I stopped here for a quick lunch and got a specialty kids size pizza. Service was great and prompt. It wasn't too busy so my order was ready fairly quick. I have been coming to MOD Pizza for years, and I absolutely love them no matter which location I go to. They have a very sleek, clean dining area and every location I've been to also has outdoor seating with umbrellas to keep the sun off of you. They have a great concept of one price for the size and crust type and add as many toppings as you like, for no additional cost! They have a huge variety of toppings, sauces, cheeses, everyone can leave there happy. I don't think I've ever experienced bad service, they have an assembly line, and everyone works together to get your pizza assembled and into the oven as quickly as possible. I like to have them leave mine in a few extra minutes to get my crust nice and crispy, and their crust is delicious! They do offer gluten-free crust and they ask you if it is for preference or allergy, and if you let them know, it's an allergy they change their gloves. Though I do not recommend this for people that have an actual gluten allergy, but just a gluten sensitivity. And they also have salads! read more

Absolutely the worst customer service! They have a special for buy Mod pizza and get a free child's pizza. My child was sick in the car with my husband, the staff required I bring my child in the facility so they can visually see a child I had in my custody for the discount! I said they have a contagious virus that I would potentially expose others and due to the weather expose my child to the harsh environment. Nonetheless, they required to visually see the child in person for the discount. By the way the advertisement doesn't actually say "child must be physically present", I understand people can take advantage of the situation but this was NOT the case. Explained I was there for an online order to which she just points to the end of the counter. I went in today after I finished conducting business at America's Best next door. I hadn't been to Mod's in a year or so and was really looking forward to getting my "Mad Dog". I was really in the mood for pizza and this pizza didn't disappoint. I especially liked being able to see all of the toppings and especially the ham which looked so good. Ultimately the pizza tasted great and I enjoyed adding tons of garlic everywhere. The guy that helped me put my pizza together was welcoming and chit chatted with me while we went down the line and even backed me up on wanting to trying anchovies on my pizza. Food is always great , the service tonight was terrible the store doesn't close until 10 but at 9pm the staff was ready to leave , they put away all the signs from the topping lines and blocked off the restroom to clean . Then you proceed to walk down the order line and tell them exactly what you want on it. By the time you pay and get your drink to the table, they are calling you to pick up your order. That's quick! The crust is really thin and is cooked just like I like it. The ingredients all looked and tasted fresh (added things like tomatoe and onion slices). We thought Mod Pizza was pretty great! Great value for salads and pizza because you get whatever toppings you want for the same price. We paid under $14 for an 11" pizza and a salad. Shared between the two of us and it felt like the right amount of food for lunch. Pizza comes out speedy quick and the crust is delicious. Give it a go! One con: the bathrooms are single stalls, one for men and one for women. IMO, they ought to just make them unisex restrooms if they're only going to have 1 per gender.
