She would not fill order or assist in any way. I tried to cancel order but app would not allow me to cancel because order had been processed. I asked to speak to a manager. Ordered the Wednesday Meal, was given a bag and told to have a nice day, I said "Oh we had a Diet Coke and a Frosty too with that". Lady at the window rolled her eyes, and gave us our drinks. Then went to drive away looked at our food and we were missing our chicken nuggets from the meal. Went back inside different lady was very nice and handed me the nuggets. So I just encountered a very immature triggered, so-called manager. I went to the store to get two burgers and use my promotion points on my app and I made it very clear that I was using the points on my app for the burgers and I'm just not gonna pay for them and I let the girl know that, and she scanned my app two times for both of the rewards And I was charged on it and I even verified with them. The manager then refused to give me both burgers, she also refused to give me the name of the actual store manager, and me sitting in the car with our three kids, telling her to give us the other burger and showing and verifying with her we were charge for it, she refused to do so, and then threatened to call the police. I will tomorrow be getting a hold of the actual store district manager, and getting this resolved and compensated for the disrespect and terrible customer service. Ordered the new supposedly NEW BIG BACON CHEDDAR burger on the board next to the menu/speaker in the drive through. Came home, opened up the burger and it's a chicken patty and not an actual beef patty in the burger. Definitely was not impressed. Also out of chili, and bacon potato. This Wendy's is terrible! We have enjoyed Wendy's for years and we gave up after our 3rd visit of them messing up the order and the customer service here is terrible. If I could give no stars I would. I'm an Uber driver in the area, and multiple food places have given me good ratings because I'm polite, understanding and patient. It's pretty normal for us Uber eats drivers to call an order ahead so by the time we get there it's ready. Which it generally should be regardless if I call ahead. Every other food place seems to have the order ready before I get there. But every time I come to Wendy's to pick up an Uber eats order, it's never ready, I have to jump through hoops just to get my order out in a timely manner, and there's a girl who works there , who is working today 6/22/2021 @ 4:30 pm. Who has blond hair and blue eyes won't give me her name, who's extremely rude to me every single time I call ahead or show Up. I have no issues with any other food establishments or with any other food service workers besides this girl. If Wendy's doesn't want to follow the Uber guidelines on when to make the order and bring it out, then they should stop accepting Uber eats orders because it's always rude staff, a long wait time and I lose out on money every single time I come to Wendy's to grab an Uber order. I was very enthusiastic and complimented it because it represented my Mexican heritage. However I received a scowl. This Wendy's does not understand the affects of cultural appropriation. Tried their Mediterranean Chicken salad for 1st time. It was outstanding, the chicken was delicious. This location is very generous with ingrediants. The full salad is more than a complete meal. read more

I am so glad that they serve the same quality and great service during their Specials.They did not cut back because of the expense of the $4 meal. The tomato and lettuce is still fresh. The bacon is still the same crispy size. Those nuggets are delicious!!! Please let the Store Manager know that quality matters and that has won my family over by keeping the high standard.
