I ordered the BLT and the bread was soggy, looked to be toasted but was in fact the worst toast, I have ever had! A BLT is supposed to have that crispy outside when biting into the French toast enjoying every moment until you get to the center and you enjoy the rest of it! While in Saint Roberts, stopped by here twice. First visit tried their strawberry shakes, corn dog and pretzel. I like the concept of ordering from your car, paying and them bring your food on a tray to eat in your car. However because of Covid-19, all items are delivered as to go. Their shake was good, skip the corn dog and the pretzel. On a second visit, it seems like the locals were all here! Cars with loud music made ordering bit difficult and the terminal did not work... typically after you order, you pay on their terminal, so pressed the button and asked if they got our order, they asked which stall we were, told them and they asked for our order again. As I placed our order again, was told they got the order, the stall # was wrong, but we'll get our food. They took the food to different stall, then after few minutes came to us. Overall, good place for shakes and lemonade type of drinks... the place can get busy thought. I would recommend their drive-thru. read more

My husband ordered a double patty melt and and double bacon cheeseburger for me. He had a large drink and I Socorro a medium Snicker Blast with extra snickers. Whom ever was tasked with preparing my blast must have been having a very bad day, because they decided that they were going to make my blast and take the time to poke a hole in the cup. Now here's where the talent came in , they covered up the poked hole with 4 lovely Sonic stickers. If they did that then the real question is what are they doing to the food. They were thin and watery. I've had them before at this Sonic and they were great. Don't know why they were so horrible today. Didn't help that we put them in the freezer for awhile either. This is the place to go for drinks (normally). We came to this establishment around 8 for a late dinner. Ordered three slushes that all tasted like pure sugar, the syrup was soooooo strong it burned and dried up your throat. Then we ordered a sonic cheeseburger with green Chile (not the queso burger). We got a jr kids burger.. we asked for a side of queso.. we got a cup of mustard. We asked for chili cheese fries.. we got nothing. All in all this sonic is a gamble. Some days they are amazing and on point.. some days.. you end up with a mystery order. It's never consistent and it seems like people don't know what they are doing. Been here a handful of times. Usually decent service time wise for a sonic however on one of my most recent visits I placed in order via the order board vice the app on my phone and waited nearly 30 minutes only to find out the person who took my order cancelled it. Absolutely horrible. 10 staff members inside and I sat AT THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW for 15 minutes. This is AFTER I sat behind the customer in front of me for 11 minutes. This is after I had to wait 7 minutes just to get to the speaker box to make my order. You would think if it takes that damn long to get my food that the ENTIRE ORDER would be correct. My family and I just finished ordering and eating. It was BY FAR one of the worst experiences ever. 5 out of the 10 items I ordered were completely wrong. My cherry spite had strawberries in it, my burger only came with mayo on it, my shake had whipped cream mixed into it bc i asked for no whipped cream, and most importantly the tots were ice cold. Now I say most importantly because when we ask for fresh we were met with attitude. Customer service is horrible. The girl with a gold nose piercing needs more training with customer service. She's completely rude with no respect. Waited in the drive thru line for about 15 minutes because the girl taking my order was new, ok cool we got through that with no issues. I get to the window to pay and the girl with the gold nose piercing is completely rude to start with then I proceed to hand her my payment (I'm about to pay half cash half card) she rudely says we can't do that, but rudely yelling. Okay whatever at this point I'm done and told her to forget my order and she calls me a Bitch. Not sure who the manager was or who was in charge but never again will they get my business. Pretty sure I had some kind of food poisoning from this shit hole and thank you for charging me for the buffalo sauce I didn't receive.

Once again they took over 30 minutes to complete my Uber order I came to pick up. I actually stopped taking Uber eats orders here at this location because they take 30 min to an hour to bring the food out while other people who just pulled up into a stall is getting their food out in under 5 minutes. How Uber orders work is the restaurant receives the order first, and once they receive it they're supposed to start making it. And then shortly after it will ping out to a driver, and the driver will accept it and go pick up the food. For some reason Sonic is special and that's not how it works with them. I will call ahead the moment I get the order to let them know I'm on the way and to please start making it . They always tell me okay it's rung up they're making it now. But then I arrive and I'm told "we just received the order so we are just now making it " tell me how a milkshake and a hot dog take over 30 minutes to make?? It doesn't ... they're blatantly pushing back the Uber orders until the very last minute. They're taking care of their drive and their stall orders first. Completely unprofessional and completely bogus. It's the same as a mobile order. The point of ordering ahead is so when you arrive it's already ready... so tell me why it never is? Some reason every other food establishment aroind here can follow the guidelines and get the food out and ready before or by the time I arrive to pick it up. Yet sonic still hasn't figured out how to do that. Get it together sonic, or take Uber eats off. Because it's a huge waste of time trying to pick up Uber eats orders from here. read more

Having grown up in the Chicago area, I crave a good Chicago style dog. Sonic is the only one that comes near to satisfying that craving. So, I stop by a couple times a month. I've also tried their cheeseburger--good, better than McDs; and, their garlic chicken popcorn--really like, but no longer on menu.
