I personally consider this a minor downside because I like to have multiple flavors in the cup.

It is popular as the line was long but it moved quickly. They have a huge variety of options. Majority of our group got scoops of ice cream while 2 tried the blackberry cobbler. One of the ice cream scoops was simply ice which was disappointing. The cobbler was delicious.
