The gluten-free buns are a standout: soft, sturdy, and honestly the best I've ever had. They don't fall apart! That alone would earn them five stars, but it gets even better. They use dedicated fryers, something that's nearly impossible to find, and their staff is impressively knowledgeable about cross-contamination, ingredients, and allergen safety.
