The cook's husband came out and talked to us at the end of our meal and gave us some background on how he was also in the military, retired and is now working at the restaurant with his wife along with his government job. One person gave me a military discount once; after that, another staff member stated there is no military discount or that the meal value has to be $30 or more for a military discount to be applied. This time, my order was $33, and I asked them to apply the military discount, but she said they don't offer a military discount. I noticed the receipt they couldn't produce was on the counter with a tip written on it. They are giving themselves unauthorized tips. When I returned home, my food was cold.
