This place gets 2.5 stars? I'm not sure why...I should read through all the reviews. As for what I'm rating it I'm going for a solid 5. In the past 4 months I must have been there 6-7 times while picking up and dropping kids off. The order has always been correct, the latte has never had whipped cream on it as some other locations that SUCK for not knowing that a cafe latte is not supposed to have whipped cream on it. It's a coffee. There's not even an option on the app to order it with no whipped cream because it's not on it. It's like trying to order a hot chocolate with no ice. But I digress! Point is that the orders have always been correct, the staff has always been friendly, the place is clean, and they are quick with the orders. We've always ordered through the app while barreling down the highway and picking up inside. Never had a problem. Ok, let me go read other reviews now that I'm posting this one. I didn't want to be peer pressured into leaving anything but a 5 star. Will definitely be stopping by again in the future. read more

615 am. Really bad experience here. Ordered expresso online, waited for long time only to find out their machine was done. Ordered blond coffee, was told they don't have any and would have to brew it. Ordered medium brew and looked and no creamer. They are not prepared for any customers and are short and the Cashier was short and rude. I told her this was worst Starbucks ever, because that was my experience. The service was pretty slow despite it not being too busy. My order was made wrong so it had to be redone. Eventually after my family got our food we were wondering when our cake pops would be ready. They were sitting out in a bag for who knows how long. Our names hadn't been called for it at all. And it turns out that there was doubles of our order in the bag, so an error led to us having more food than we could eat. read more

The only Starbucks in town, it was super busy on Saturday when I went. I ordered online order and had to wait 20 minutes for the order... then went back the next day (Sunday) and it was slow, got my online order super fast... so moral of the story, give yourself extra time! On a side note, whomever designed the drive through exit at this location, please send him back to school... either it's the designers fault or folks down here don't follow traffic rules! read more

Great customer service. The baristas are very welcoming here in the late morning, always sparking conversation. It's unfortunate that most of the food and goods stock run out pretty quick since it's the only Starbucks in the area. They keep everything pretty clean here, spraying and decontaminating the tables after use. They make sure orders are correct and check the online orders. Great atmosphere, UV light to kill germs, good place to sit down and relax for awhile. Only bad part is the traffic (lotta damn'd privates in their newly issued cammies) and location (kinda dangerous to walk here, lack of space in the parking while drive-thru is full). This Starbucks was about average. Same as any other Starbucks. There was actually a lot of cars in the drive thru, so we decided to go inside and order. Bad choice, there was so many people waiting for their orders. After we order we waited about 15 minutes before we got our 3 of 4 drinks. I think they forgot about our last drink, so we asked them, and they actually did forget or didn't see the order. They were nice and courteous about everything. read more

so I went to get a strawberry Açaí refresher. they were super busy. I also grabbed a tomato mozzarella wrap. did I say they were super busy? anyway. I ordered the cashier within moments she put the wrap in the oven. it was done in like 10 minutes. 15 minutes later my refresher was done. clearly the wrap was almost cold. I let her know that my drink was in close to being ready if she could hang onto this and give me a new one when my drink is ready so I don't have to eat like cold wrap. she put the same wrap in the oven. when I got home it was hard. clearly not eating a hard brick. I will not go this store again. I've been a patron for at least 10 years. customer service sucks. read more

I stop here at least daily when I am staying in St. Robert. I've always had good experiences. Today I am enjoying a good, sweet tasting Americano which says to me it was made right. I absolutely love going to this Starbucks. The only thing that I find a little frustrating is that there not open during "drill sergeant hours", but that's not the end of the world. Sometimes the wait is a little long, but I think that's expected as this is the only Starbucks except the one on FLW. I'm giving 5 stars because I have always had exceptional service here. Everyone that I've encountered is super friendly, like chick-fil-A friendly. This was one of the worst Starbucks that I have been to. It was by far the least professional locations along with awful customer service. A majority of their syrups and machines were either broken or they were out of it. Then they go and use my points instead of adding them onto it on my Starbucks app. read more

Very poorly managed location. They are frequently out of venti cups, were out of reusable holiday cups on the day of the promotion before 11 am stating that they only ordered 250 for the day, on a Friday, at Fort Leonard Wood, when this place is so busy with families here for graduations/family day. I've often ordered extra shots, and they've not been in my coffee even though I paid for them. Sadly with the 2 stars it's still the best coffee place within 25 miles of Fort Leonard Wood because the Dunkin on post is basically brown water with cream and sugar . If you have the time to drive the extra 30 mins to Rolla Starbucks, do it! read more
