Trapped! A small parking lot and tight drive-through quickly turns into a mini traffic jam that could leave you in a bind if you need to move quickly. You risk entrapment if you park close to the door because the drive-through runs along the front of the buildings front entrance. The coffee itself is pretty average by Starbucks standards. Nothing to rave about, but nothing to complain about either. The service is a mix bag. There are some amazing servers that are extremely sweet and seem happy to be there and there are other others that seem to have a perpetual sour look on their face. The dining area has a dusty feel, and the seating is uncomfortable for a coffee place. Overall, if you're dying for Starbucks, I would suggest that before visiting, be sure you're committed to stay in the line and take the drive-through for this one. read more

Haven't had Starbucks in 10 whole weeks going through basic training. Came here and they get my order perfect on the first try! Was such an amazing drink! 10/10 read more

Starbucks - Coffee & Tea Near Me - St Robert, Missouri

Online order! Only way to go. I usually get iced coffees in the summer and I cringe every-time I see the finish price. This one turned out alright, Salted-Caramel with a few mods and everywhere I go it is just a crapshoot for how they turn out. This location was busy around 4:30pm Thursday and a little messy inside. The baristas were great and working super hard to keep up so 5 stars for them!! read more

This place gets 2.5 stars? I'm not sure why...I should read through all the reviews. As for what I'm rating it I'm going for a solid 5. In the past 4 months I must have been there 6-7 times while picking up and dropping kids off. The order has always been correct, the latte has never had whipped cream on it as some other locations that SUCK for not knowing that a cafe latte is not supposed to have whipped cream on it. It's a coffee. There's not even an option on the app to order it with no whipped cream because it's not on it. It's like trying to order a hot chocolate with no ice. But I digress! Point is that the orders have always been correct, the staff has always been friendly, the place is clean, and they are quick with the orders. We've always ordered through the app while barreling down the highway and picking up inside. Never had a problem. Ok, let me go read other reviews now that I'm posting this one. I didn't want to be peer pressured into leaving anything but a 5 star. Will definitely be stopping by again in the future. read more

Clean, great service and we got our drinks as expected. For a town with very few places to sit down, have a cup of coffee and catch up with my son who is in the Army, this is what we needed. read more

I been to several Starbucks & one thing that separates them from others is they always acknowledge you when you walk in and greet you. I usually place my mobile order 10-15 mins prior & so far it's always ready for me at the counter read more

Starbucks - Iced Shaken Expresso with oat milk - Coffee & Tea Near Me - St Robert, Missouri

Excellent service and love the Carmel apple spice! Thank you Emma for the warmest experience with a smile

615 am. Really bad experience here. Ordered expresso online, waited for long time only to find out their machine was done. Ordered blond coffee, was told they don't have any and would have to brew it. Ordered medium brew and looked and no creamer. They are not prepared for any customers and are short and the Cashier was short and rude. I told her this was worst Starbucks ever, because that was my experience. Her response was to yell and tell me to leave the store....do not recommend. read more

The service was pretty slow despite it not being too busy. My order was made wrong so it had to be redone. Eventually after my family got our food we were wondering when our cake pops would be ready. They were sitting out in a bag for who knows how long. Our names hadn't been called for it at all. And it turns out that there was doubles of our order in the bag, so an error led to us having more food than we could eat. read more

This Starbucks is awesome like most men I have a wife that's addicted to Starbucks and this location always crushes it with the customer service and with the order accuracy. The coffee is coffee can't complain read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would! Do not ask for ice water unless you would like to be told not to "Bark" at the staff! I'm pretty sure asking for water is not Barking! I have never been so disrespected! I guess you are not supposed to speak to the barista. I was also told by the girl working there at Starbucks that coffee is a luxury. I will take my business elsewhere! read more

App says mobile order online it said open til 4pm..we ordered mobile got there and guess what....NOBODY WAS THERE

This is to the beautiful young lady with the beautiful smile working at the drive in window today around 6pm. I told you I was having a rotten day and you could not have been kinder. Thank you for your kindness and customer service. I am Sorry I didn't get your name. You improved my day immeasurably. read more

The only Starbucks in town, it was super busy on Saturday when I went. I ordered online order and had to wait 20 minutes for the order... then went back the next day (Sunday) and it was slow, got my online order super fast... so moral of the story, give yourself extra time! On a side note, whomever designed the drive through exit at this location, please send him back to school... either it's the designers fault or folks down here don't follow traffic rules! read more

I'm an out of towner, the employee (I don't know her name) thought I asked for a tall coffee but it was a venti that I asked for. She still let me keep the tall one and made me a venti. I honestly would have been ok with a grande to make up for the size but she went above and beyond and I appreciate her for that! This was Sunday July 24 at 630 am. read more

Great customer service. The baristas are very welcoming here in the late morning, always sparking conversation. It's unfortunate that most of the food and goods stock run out pretty quick since it's the only Starbucks in the area. They keep everything pretty clean here, spraying and decontaminating the tables after use. They make sure orders are correct and check the online orders. Great atmosphere, UV light to kill germs, good place to sit down and relax for awhile. Only bad part is the traffic (lotta damn'd privates in their newly issued cammies) and location (kinda dangerous to walk here, lack of space in the parking while drive-thru is full). Went here at 0500 looking for somewhere to eat near my hotel, and luckily this place was open. read more

Starbucks - Inside area, view of outside patio - Coffee & Tea Near Me - St Robert, Missouri

This Starbucks was about average. Same as any other Starbucks. There was actually a lot of cars in the drive thru, so we decided to go inside and order. Bad choice, there was so many people waiting for their orders. After we order we waited about 15 minutes before we got our 3 of 4 drinks. I think they forgot about our last drink, so we asked them, and they actually did forget or didn't see the order. They were nice and courteous about everything. read more

Hire more people Starbucks!! Starbucks is worth 97 billion dollars but it can't hire and pay people .. some business plan they must have. These people work hard toooook forever for my coffee bc they are short staffed, I don't blame the workers.. I blame the company for failing to have fair wages so they hire and provide service. read more

so I went to get a strawberry Açaí refresher. they were super busy. I also grabbed a tomato mozzarella wrap. did I say they were super busy? anyway. I ordered the cashier within moments she put the wrap in the oven. it was done in like 10 minutes. 15 minutes later my refresher was done. clearly the wrap was almost cold. I let her know that my drink was in close to being ready if she could hang onto this and give me a new one when my drink is ready so I don't have to eat like cold wrap. she put the same wrap in the oven. when I got home it was hard. clearly not eating a hard brick. I will not go this store again. I've been a patron for at least 10 years. customer service sucks. read more

MARCH 2021:CLOSED AFTER NOON. Came in off interstate and nobody there, 2 pm. They had a sign: open 6am to noon.

UPDATE!! Changed to 4 stars because when I go during the week Gaby and Carmen always make me feel welcomed and my drinks are ALWAYS perfect when they're making them!! If only the crew on the weekends could get it together it would be a perfect 5 stars Not quite sure what happened to this location. Before I used to be able to expect the quality drinks that I am accustomed to. Unfortunately the past 3 or 4 times that I have been here my drinks have been very bland and consisting of mostly milk. I love Starbucks, but I do not love paying $5+ for a cup of steamed read more

I stop here at least daily when I am staying in St. Robert. I've always had good experiences. Today I am enjoying a good, sweet tasting Americano which says to me it was made right. Starbucks - Comfortable space to sip an Americano - Coffee & Tea Near Me - St Robert, Missouri

The wait at the Starbucks is routinely decently (20/30 mins) long and it's not because of the drinks that is ordered seems like the crew is disorganized. Are usually just try to go to the location on base whenever possible. The biggest thing this one has going for it is convenience. I'm really hoping management figures it out. Also the drinks are off read more

This Starbucks does not understand the importance of speed. I've seen glaciers move faster. They move so slow you almost travel back in time. I ordered a sandwich and it was apparently served as an open faced sandwich because it was a scrambled mess in the bag. I guess Starbucks can afford to not care about customer service when your the only Starbucks around. read more

This was a sad Starbucks experience. 20 min to get 2 americanos. After waiting about 10 min I asked about them which the gentleman said oh did you order from the cafe. Yes, which he said it was coming. Waited another 8 min for the girl making the coffee to tell me oh don't worry they are coming. Whennnnnnn????! I finally get them get into the car and they are cold . 400 miles to drive... avoid this location. All bad. read more

Once again, the main Starbucks location here, the drive through wait is literally 30 minutes! It's really ridiculous!

This Starbucks is painful. Routinely have to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru and have waited the same amount of time inside. They have no management or structure to how they process orders. Heavens forbid they mess up your order because they will look at you like it's your fault and rudely fix your drink. Unfortunately it's the only Starbucks in town but corporate really needs to do something about this location... read more

I absolutely love going to this Starbucks. The only thing that I find a little frustrating is that there not open during "drill sergeant hours", but that's not the end of the world. Sometimes the wait is a little long, but I think that's expected as this is the only Starbucks except the one on FLW. I'm giving 5 stars because I have always had exceptional service here. Everyone that I've encountered is super friendly, like chick-fil-A friendly. I would rather wait a little longer than usual here and have great service than go somewhere with a quick turn around and average customer service. The staff make me feel welcome, and I appreciate that. read more

By far the slowest Starbucks I have ever been too... I have been sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes already with no end in site. It would be faster to drive 10 miles down the road, get out of your car and get it at the Price Cutter down the road. read more

Super rude staff and they are always out of everything! It seems to be a pretty busy store by the long wait times so you would think they would be update with there ordering! read more

I give them one star for having plenty of seats, but that's probably because of the terribly slow service. I've been here probably 6 times since it opened a few weeks ago and I swear it gets slower and slower. Over 15 minutes for a coffee and it's not even busy. They pump out drinks for the drive through but neglect everyone inside. They don't even seem to care or have a real grasp on reality that no one wants to wait 15 minutes for a coffee. read more

Omg there were so many cockroaches in the food display case, it was so disgusting. When we mentioned it to someone, he acknowledged that he knew they were there and that "they just come in from our suppliers" Oddly enough, I've never seen them in any of the other stores I've frequented in the past.
