Tiny location just inside the entrance to Price Cutter Plus supermarket. Service is slow as chilled molasses, there is no scanner for SBUX reward cards (but the cashier will gladly type it in manually (slowing the process even more). The seating area consisted of several hard tables lined in the center of the store; no plush sofas, high tops, cozy fireplace, chillaxing tunes, dim lighting or cool artwork. They offer a small assortment of ceramic mugs, tumblers & coffee bags/tea blends for sale. Oh and obviously drive-thru is not an option at this teeny weeny satellite location. I really wished I could've waited for the next SBUX during this road trip. But a girl needs her fix when it hits. ~Christy

Every time I go to this one it's only because I'm inside price cutter buying water. I once ordered a Frappuccino with extra caramel and no mocha drizzle. The cashier didn't seem to understand and didn't give me whip and I told her I wanted whip no mocha and it was extremely watery for it just being made. Whenever I order teas or refreshers I ask for lemonade instead of water and no ice because I realized you get nearly nothing when getting it with ice even when ordering a Trenta. The other Starbucks don't mind and don't mind when I order a cup of ice to go along with it they know why and are happy to give me what I want. Well when I did that here they charged me for the lemonade substitute and no one else does. Then I heard the manager say something under her breath after I pleaded my order and said that I should've been charged for the ice. They're rude every time like I get it you hate your job but nobody said you have to work here. I didn't pay nearly $6 for a drink with a side of attitude. Just today I ordered a hot chocolate and it was the nastiest hot chocolate ever and the one who made it was rude. I hate going to this one because they try to charge you for anything and everything and they never make the drinks right. I attached a photo of how much is really in a trenta with ice just as a heads up to everyone

He had a turkey club and I had a turkey avocado sandwich on multigrain. For sides we had cucumber salad, potato salad, and mac & cheese. A word of surprise, the potato salad is served warm, but it was really tasty. The only disappointment was the mac & cheese, which was grainy and soup-like with very overcooked noodles in it. They had no discernible shape and almost seemed like egg noodles oddly enough. We enjoyed our drinks, sandwiches and salads very much.

Followed by a Monte Cristo. The bread was so light and fluffy. The saltiness of the meat with the sweetness of the bread and sugar with a little spread of raspberry preserves delighted the tastebuds. The side of fruit was large and seasonally appropriate. You order at the counter, where I think the owner was taking the orders and the accent definitely sounded authentic German like the name of the restaurant. She was lovely. Everything is made fresh so sit back and relax and the dining area is designed perfect for that with couches, cozy chairs and comfortable seats at the tables. I looked up what the name means: "Drachenfutter" is also a term used to describe gifts or treats that someone might bring home for their significant other when they feel guilty about coming home late or drunk. True to the "gift" part of the name, you can take yummy homemade treats home with you and they do have a section of gifts you can buy. A nice gem of a place along Historic Route 66.
