Waited over 20 minutes just to get 2 drinks one being a smoothie. We were not on a time crunch with about 40 extra minutes to get where we needed to be by 6. By the time we got our drinks and actually left we had only 5 extra minutes. Isn't this place supposed to be fast... right? WRONG we were trapped in between other people waiting for their drink. The cups are always cleaned and they have so many options and the music always gets me going in the morning. Visited twice in the past few days and I have to say that this place, hands down, is just as good as Starbucks. Yes, I know I may get some flack for saying that- but that's my opinion! It's definitely just as good and for a fraction of the price. I'm a plain latte person, and the espresso here is smooth, bold, rich, and flavorful. Definitely everything I would want from an espresso drink. The service both visits was great as well- the staff is very friendly. Every person who works here has been great! Coffee is good considering what's in the area. I love their energy drinks the most though.

This location needs a lane for cars to exit after we find out they don't have any of the drinks we'd like to order. Instead I have to wait in line for 1/2 hour with no coffee. Mocha chiller machine never works so than I order the regular chiller. That's broke too. This location BLOWS! read more
