My family and I were highly impressed with the cook. Not sure of his name (fellow with the beard) but he was like an octopus with his style of cooking! He was on it from prepping the waffles to flipping the hash browns, toast the bread, buttering it and slicing it! It was like a show while you eat. Even the waitresses were watching him go as they waited for their orders to finish. The food was "egg-cellent" and we were offered coffee to go which was a nice surprise!
