I didn't know some of the food on the grocery shelves, but had a lot of help from such a friendly person who worked there picking out the best stuff, and even gave me tips on how to use it. I have a lot of allergies and I was able to find some hard to find things that I can have like gee and date syrup so that my diet can still be enjoyable. They also have some midwestern staples like canned sardines and tuna. The fresh meat looks like something to make to impress guests and have a happy and full crowd.
