Chicken strip dinner was only 4 chicken strips and good portion of fries, but price was $14.49. Those are some expensive chicken strips! Waiter was kind enough to have them put buffalo sauce on them, since they did not offer the same platter options that are posted online. Apparently the online information is for pickup only. Salad bar was added for $5.99 and there were some options missing from the bar and some bowls that needed refilled. It did not appear attended to. The broccoli in the broccoli salad was just below frozen. Just so you know, the beets are not pickled! It's my opinion that unpickled beets taste like soil, and that's anywhere that you get them. Overall opinion is that they charge too much for what you get. It had been a while since I had been to a Ruby Tuesdays and had told myself that I didn't need to ever go to another one. My boyfriend got the guacamole burger and it came out fresh, though the size is comparable to a regular cheeseburger from McDonald's, so I was surprised by the serving size. His review for the burger: Bland. Along with the salad bar, I ordered a loaded baked potato and it was cold. Not sure how that happened. Service was fast and great. No, No, No! Awful, Awful, Awful! July 17, 2025. This was our worst Ruby Tuesday experience ever. We stopped on Thursday evening after a 6-hour drive. We noticed right away with every step that the tile floor was disgustingly sticky. There were very few customers and plenty of servers in the restaurant, yet we waited about 5 minutes for a server to take our order. We ordered two salad bars, unsweetened Iced teas, and waters, and requested lemons for the teas and waters. We proceeded to the salad bar. Some of the iceberg lettuce was obviously bad. Other items looked like they had been sitting out a long time. There were no hard-cooked eggs or cottage cheese - 2 RT salad bar staples that we expected to see. We chose carefully to avoid the bad looking items and returned to our table. At the table were the 2 iced teas, one with the tiniest piece of lemon, but no waters, straws, lemon slices, napkins, or silverware. And no server to be found. I got up and found the silverware and brought 4 sets back to the table so we would have 2 extra napkins. After we had been eating our salads and the stale crackers, our server finally returned to ask how we were doing. We mentioned the waters and lemon slices and she returned with the waters. Later before we had finished eating, our server returned to the table with a small cup of rotten lemon pieces and to collect our payment. We told her to return after we had finished. Once finished our server was nowhere to be seen. She returned after I stood up to go find her. We paid and left. read more

We came here on a Tuesday afternoon, it was quiet and the service was quick. The inside is very nice and clean with music playing. Our server was friendly and receptive. Our food was warm and came out promptly. The patty on kids burger is very small, smaller than a fast food patty. Frys were good and Mac n cheese (standard, Kraft style). Pasta was ok, chicken to salty. Ribs were great and the steak was very thin cut. We ordered a brownie Sunday which was great. This restaurant is beautiful; however, the recipes need work or atleast what we ordered. The salad bar was good. People do not use Yelp in this town so here's an honest review. My boyfriend and I ate at Ruby's on Saturday it has been a while, but I heard it was under a new GM so we gave it a go. It was clean when we walked in and the servers were very friendly. We both ate the bourbon salmon with the salad bar, I have never cleaned my plate like that in a restaurant in a long time, we both did lol. His beer mug was frosted and my Titos strawberry lemonade was delicious also! Even though they were short staffed like a lot of places around here they did an excellent job! I said I would change my order to something else and he said there's nothing I can do about it! My husband find me grabbed him to take my re-order. I don't think he would've come back by himself.! Poor service. I asked the bartender the price of a shot of bar (well) whiskey to go with my overpriced beer. He didn't know and made no effort to find out. He told me they were pouring Knob Creek, because it was being discontinued. I said, "So it will be about 5 bucks?" He said he guessed so. When I got the bill, it showed a charge of $6.50 for a shot plus an upcharge of $4 for Knob Creek When I questioned it, he said that's just what the system entered and took no responsibility for giving me bad information. Against my better judgement we went to Ruby Tuesday. There were four other parties there, all already served. We were seated within minutes and told our waitress would be with us soon. Within five minutes Taylor arrived, we ordered our drinks and then waited another ten minutes for them to arrive. Another ten minutes goes by and she comes back to take our order. My husband asked for a baked potato instead of fries and he was told "we're out." We then heard another table order and receive a baked potato a few minutes later. Another group of two showed up 30 minutes later and promptly ordered their drinks and food across from us. We then received our food, I had asked for ranch and received honey mustard, my ribs were just thrown on top of the rest of my food, making my fries soggy. My husband had asked for medium steak and it was raw, his ribs were so dry and crusty he could eat them. The people that had just ordered their food, received theirs minutes after we had waited another ten hour for mine. If I could give less than 1 star I would. To give a little back story, my boyfriend and I decided to have a late lunch here at the St. Robert MO location and we ended up being here for at least 2 and a half hours from the time we sat down to the time we left. First, we ordered drinks and potato skins and ended up waiting for about 20-30 minutes to be able to start ordering our entrees. They were a bit busier, with maybe 10 tables to their usual 2-3 on a good day, so we both waved it off. Next, we waited another 30 or so minutes to get my entree and they forgot about my boyfriends meal. I ended up finishing my food (after him telling me to eat it before it gets cold) and after another 30 minutes the waiter finally checked in with us and we told him that he forgot my boyfriends food which was the chicken marinara macaroni and cheese. In which he expressed his apologies and claimed he'd take the order off the bill. After about 15-20 mins his food came out and the plate was extremely hot, from sitting under the heater waiting to be taken to our table, and the cheese and the marinara on it was dried out from being under on that counter under the heater for so long. (Like if you were to leave a pot of Mac and cheese on the stove over night) Lastly, when the bill finally came, I went to put in a $5 tip and the handheld card machine messed up or something and put in a $50 tip. Also, on the bill, the waiter didn't end up taking the mac and cheese off like he said he would. After expressing that it wasn't supposed to be a $50 tip and that I'd like this to be fixed, he said he'd get the manager. We waited about 45 minutes with no one coming to inform us that the manager would be out. The waiter would walk past us looking the other way. He was also working as the bartender until I asked for the manager, in which he miraculously started serving tables at another part of the restaurant. The woman we thought to be the manager ended up taking over as the bartender and was acting like she was "super" busy when in fact there wasn't many people in the restaurant. I'd try to look at them and get their attention and it was always just met with them looking the other way and ignoring us. Later my boyfriend said we should just leave since they're obviously trying to scam us out of me giving my intended tip and receiving my $45 back. So, we just got up and left. Yeah to some people it's just $50 but for me it's a lot of money. I'm a college student and don't have a lot since all my money goes to schooling and I scrape by on spare funds I have. For them to do this, it's extremely disappointing and upsetting. I won't be coming back to this place again and I'll be sure to tell others about my experiences I've had here. This wasn't the first time this place has been a not so great experience but nothing as bad as this one. (hence the review) I hope anyone reading this minds me when I say don't eat at the St. Robert MO Ruby Tuesday location, you'll probably be disappointed too. read more

Valentines Day! I wanted to go to Ruby Tuesday, what a big mistake that was. My husband and I were seated with no issue, but the service we received was Piss Poor! Everything was a wait! The waitress took our drink and appetizer order, she brought our drinks, 30 to 40 minutes later here came our Entres, I asked her where are the Appetizers? Oh that's right, and she left our table and came back 10 minutes later with our appetizer, I told her my Pasta was cold, so she took it back, after 30 minutes of waiting, my husband said my wife is still waiting on her Pasta, oh that's right, and she finally brought it out, I would have liked to eat when my husband was eating but that didn't happen, she took our Dessert order, we had been waiting for about 30 minutes, she came back by the table and asked "Would you like me to bring you your check?" I told her that we would like to have the Dessert we ordered! she said I'm sorry I will be right back, she finally came out with Dessert, the waitress did not even offer to refill our drinks, not even once! I was craving the salad bar for a while and finally made the time to go and get some. We came after lunch rush so it wasn't busy which is when I usually enjoy going to restaurants. We had a server, forgot her name, she was middle aged, and was a very great server. She brought out fresh Coke Zero for my husband without asking if he needed it which was a first around this town and made sure our orders were correct and good. However, I did ask for my Parmesan sauce to be on the side but it came on the food which was fine. He ordered the bourbon salad with dirty rice and the salad bar which is also what I typically get (that or their hamburger). This time I decided to try the New Orleans Seafood that came with tilapia and shrimp and I ordered dirty rice and a salad bar with it. The dirty rice side order is definitely really good and I highly recommend. Sometimes I forget that the pictures on their menu always looks better than their actual dishes- that happened to be the case for my New Orleans Seafood. It was good but it wasn't as amazing and mouth watering as it was shown in their advertisement. I will probably try something different next time or get what I always do. Overall, my experience today and my previous experiences were good. I do recommend this place as it is one of the only restaurants that have decent food and good service. read more

My daughter had tears on and off because we left my sister on base for her to finish army training (AIT). The bartender/manager (woman) asked if everything was OK and I explained. This restaurant as a whole was a stupendous experience! The food was perfect. The temperature, texture, and flavor were all very delicious. My family and I enjoyed our meal beyond happily. I ordered the chicken and broccoli alfredo, it was overall beautifully crafted. It came with the best breadstick I've ever consumed. The side of tater tots was also overwhelmingly scrumptious, perfect amount of crunch in every tot. I appreciated the service today and was treated very well. The restaurant was beautiful, the service, with only three waitresses that I could see, did great with what they were given. However the food was down and out the worst part. I was visiting with my family on Mother's Day. My nieces burger bread was chard, my sister, nephew and brother in laws, tortilla were all burnt to the point that even pealing it off made them irritated. I hat the sticky ribs that the sauce was amazing but it too was hiding the burnt skin that I could taste.
