Tiffany was magnificent tonight. She stayed present at all times. You need more workers like Tiffany! 10/10 stars Food was awesome. So no complaints there. The restaurant was well lite and the music was just right not to loud. I will definitely be a returning customer. read more

Tiffany was an awesome server! Food was mediocre at best. There was a broccoli salad on the salad bar that looked like it had been there for days. It was dried up - I did get any. The lettuce was brown and the fixings just did not look fresh. I got the bourbon bbq chicken with mashed potatoes and grilled zucchini. The grilled zucchini was swimming in some kind of oil and the mashed potatoes looked like they had been under a heat lamp for quite some time. It was hard and crusty on top. The chicken did not taste "right" to me. It had a sour taste to it. I did not complain because sending food back you never know what they will do to it in a kitchen. Hubby had catfish and crispy shrimp with mashed potatoes. He asked for regular potatoes but got loaded. The shrimp was rubbery but the catfish was wasn't terrible. We were so excited to see a Ruby Tuesday, since there aren't any in the St. Louis region and we loved going there. Extreme disappointment. They get a 2 out 10. Mainly for the cleanliness of the place and Tiffany's amazing personality. read more

Service was awful. Rib eye was ordered medium rare came out medium well. Would have loved to tell my waitress Jahnyi if I ever saw her. I had to actually track her down just to pay. Salad bar was ok but lettcue was not full like bowl empty. And salad dressings weren't labeled. read more

Lilly was amazing! Handled our group of 10 late at night with a great attitude. She did very well with our rather demanding crazy group.

Tiffany was my waitress. She did a great job. Salad bar was good and the burger and fries were delicious!

Everything was great for our family. The food was delish and they had a variety of specials. Tiffany was amazing!

Tiffany was fast and considerate. food was great hot and accurate. good music not too loud it was a great experience overal.

Slow service at first but picked up and very good. Food was okay hot no complaints. Place was dead for a Friday.

Tiffany was a great server a very nice person handle my drink and food quickly I will recommend.

Burger was tasty. Waitress friendly, but too attentive. Went for the salad bar, but the food looked like it sat out all day and wasn't fresh. Had to wait super long because of Door Dash orders. They need to find a way to balance priorities. Said no lettuce but still had lettuce. Lucky it wasn't ketchup or it would have gone back. Again the smash burger was delicious though. Yummm read more

On Wednesday, August 19, 2026, 7 of us showed up for lunch at 11:30 AM. The hours on the door stated the restaurant opened at 11:00 AM. The door was locked, lights were on inside. Eventually a server opened for us and seated us. It took awhile, but she came back to get drink and food orders. We got our drink orders and asked for straws. My daughter ordered a glass of red wine. The glass was so dirty she wouldn't drink it. After 15 minutes I got up and found someone to report the dirty glass to and ask again for straws. Another 10 minutes went by and I got up again. Finally a server came with straws and to take the wine. 15 minutes later some of our food orders came. My granddaughter's hamburger was fine. The rest of the orders were disasters. Cheese on the quesadilla was not melted and it was cold. The remainder of our meals were cold and burnt. One dinner did not show for another 20 minutes and I again got up to ask what happened. I couldn't find anyone and was headed back to the kitchen when i found the server. Again this meal was cold. I'm 73 and for the first time in my life through a hissy fit. I asked to see the manager on duty and stated I would pay for drinks, but not the food it was not edible. I have ate at Ruby Tuesday restaurants many times. This place is horrible and should consider closing until they get their act together. read more

Chicken strip dinner was only 4 chicken strips and good portion of fries, but price was $14.49. Those are some expensive chicken strips! Waiter was kind enough to have them put buffalo sauce on them, since they did not offer the same platter options that are posted online. Apparently the online information is for pickup only. Salad bar was added for $5.99 and there were some options missing from the bar and some bowls that needed refilled. It did not appear attended to. The broccoli in the broccoli salad was just below frozen. Just so you know, the beets are not pickled! It's my opinion that unpickled beets taste like soil, and that's anywhere that you get them. Overall opinion is that they charge too much for what you get. It had been a while since I had been to a Ruby Tuesdays and had told myself that I didn't need to ever go to another one. There is a buffet place just down the road that cost $14.99 and offers a lot more options for the price! While the waiter was nice and attentive, my previous recollection on never going back was only confirmed with this experience. Total cost for Chicken Strip Dinner, salad bar, and water was $22.27! read more

Came for the salad bar and wasn't disappointed! Everything was fresh and the bar was clean. My boyfriend got the guacamole burger and it came out fresh, though the size is comparable to a regular cheeseburger from McDonald's, so I was surprised by the serving size. His review for the burger: Bland. Along with the salad bar, I ordered a loaded baked potato and it was cold. Not sure how that happened. Service was fast and great. If you're military, you get a 10% off discount which is nice! I would return for the salad bar but not for the food. read more

We came here on a Tuesday afternoon, it was quiet and the service was quick. The inside is very nice and clean with music playing. Our server was friendly and receptive. Our food was warm and came out promptly. The patty on kids burger is very small, smaller than a fast food patty. Frys were good and Mac n cheese (standard, Kraft style). Pasta was ok, chicken to salty. Ribs were great and the steak was very thin cut. We ordered a brownie Sunday which was great. This restaurant is beautiful; however, the recipes need work or atleast what we ordered. The salad bar was good. People do not use Yelp in this town so here's an honest review. This restaurant does not compete with even an Applebees or Chili's. I hope they get some help in the kitchen. read more

We ordered on-line to pick up our dinner. They gave us a pick up time, when we arrived only half of the order was ready. We had to wait an additional 24 minutes for our food. Because they were still working on another customer order when we arrived. When we got back to our hotel ( around the corner) our food was cold my husband steak was fatty and lukewarm. The waitress was nice and pleasant. I'm not sure if I would visit the restaurant again. read more

No, No, No! Awful, Awful, Awful! July 17, 2025. This was our worst Ruby Tuesday experience ever. We stopped on Thursday evening after a 6-hour drive. We noticed right away with every step that the tile floor was disgustingly sticky. There were very few customers and plenty of servers in the restaurant, yet we waited about 5 minutes for a server to take our order. We ordered two salad bars, unsweetened Iced teas, and waters, and requested lemons for the teas and waters. We proceeded to the salad bar. Some of the iceberg lettuce was obviously bad. Other items looked like they had been sitting out a long time. There were no hard-cooked eggs or cottage cheese - 2 RT salad bar staples that we expected to see. We chose carefully to avoid the bad looking items and returned to our table. At the table were the 2 iced teas, one with the tiniest piece of lemon, but no waters, straws, lemon slices, napkins, or silverware. And no server to be found. I got up and found the silverware and brought 4 sets back to the table so we would have 2 extra napkins. After we had been eating our salads and the stale crackers, our server finally returned to ask how we were doing. We mentioned the waters and lemon slices and she returned with the waters. Later before we had finished eating, our server returned to the table with a small cup of rotten lemon pieces and to collect our payment. We told her to return after we had finished. Once finished our server was nowhere to be seen. She returned after I stood up to go find her. We paid and left. read more

Dear ruby Tuesday thank you for your racist comments on the way out. I didn't yell I didn't trash the place I wasn't rude I was just robbed and you couldn't care less. Thank you for making me feel welcomed. "Welcome to America it's 2024 that's what you get. " is what the white server told me on the way out after complaining that the size portion was horrible and you didn't complete my Oder I had items missing. Wow bao Zero stars every review is honest. Dear owner Just close your store your dream was dead before you opened clearly. Flavor is like it was cooked in body Oder. Not to mention the meal size is for doll houses not for human consumption. $96 for this????!?!????? What is even is wow boa is that some sort of racist word play? Edited so I want to drop off the food turns out it's a ghost kitchen inside of a ruby Tuesday. When I asked the owner do you own the wow Bao she said no. I asked who does? She wouldn't tell me. I said so that's how you get away with this? She said if that's what you wanna call it. Not to mention the racism I experienced on the way out.. Fun I didn't curse I didn't yell I didn't even ask for a refund I just wanted to understand if they really believed this was acceptable. I found out it's standard procedure. They weigh the food in tiny Tupperwares but she refused to disclose how many ounces. Not to mention this is never mentioned on their website or menu. You will be paying $18 to $23 on leftover food whilst I assume they throw out the rest? Unless it's out the freezer and heated in the microwave. Wouldn't be surprised if it was. read more

We typically like Ruby, Tuesdays but today not so much! One person working the whole front! The salad bar, which is what I normally order is a disaster! I said I would change my order to something else and he said there's nothing I can do about it! My husband find me grabbed him to take my re-order. I don't think he would've come back by himself.! I couldn't find my code for the salad bar so I found on their Facebook page where you could have free Salar if you installed their app no such thing! Just didn't happen! Might be a while before we come back ! Update! I re-ordered food and waited an additional 10 minutes . I asked for my check and he brought the check which had my food on it and I said no we're not paying for food I did not get he said I'm not dealing with this stuff. I'm getting my manager when we had already been told, there was no manager there. And if there was a manager there, why was the salad bar such a disaster! He said he would go get the manager. He came back out. He did not have a manager or did not bring him anyway, we left the money for the burger. My husband had and left.! read more

We got here and it was like a ghost town and many dirty tables. Right off the bat the server said they would have a delay in anything coming from the kitchen. We asked if they could at least stock up the salad bar as it had almost no lettuce and what was there was frozen to the pan it was in and a lot of other things were wiped out as well. We waited around they never did anything with it. Worst experience at one of these and I really have had some great meals and always enjoyed the salad bar. Sadly we got up and left and went down to the ocean buffet and had a great meal there. My advice drive right past this place and head down the hill to the ocean buffet. Great service and the food was fresh and good. read more

I would give this place zero stars if possible. We had to wait almost a half hour for our food. 2 orders wrong. My hamburger bun was hard as a rock and accompanied by a spare handful of fries. 3 people had steaks and no one was happy- either wrong steak or not cooked as ordered. One look at the pitiful salad bar - none of us dared to order it. Totally disappointing experience. The only saving grace is that management took off the steak meals off the bill. read more

Worst customer service ever. Placed an order to go, arrived at the said time on order. Arrived called the number at the to go area parking lot. Proceeded to wait 10 minutes when they said give us just a minute we are very busy. I proceeded to wash five other orders walk out. All arrived after we did. After 10 minutes I walked in the store. Requested our order they said they will go check on it. They came back 10 minutes later with an order. Everything was cold nothing was hot. We placed an order for the street nachos, missing ingredients no jalapeños, no pico de gallo. Just sauce chicken and green onions. How is it acceptable to be sent out? read more

My boyfriend and I ate at Ruby's on Saturday it has been a while, but I heard it was under a new GM so we gave it a go. It was clean when we walked in and the servers were very friendly. We both ate the bourbon salmon with the salad bar, I have never cleaned my plate like that in a restaurant in a long time, we both did lol. His beer mug was frosted and my Titos strawberry lemonade was delicious also! Even though they were short staffed like a lot of places around here they did an excellent job! Hopefully they'll get some fine people to join their team. Kudos Ruby!! read more

Long wait for a drink at the bar ? they told me it was a long wait . I have never heard of anything like it . Bartender (dude ) didn't acknowledge me. I just went on my lunch break, I walked in and no one seated me. I found the waiter and he finally sat me. I ordered the salad bar, then he left and never returned. It is not a surprise that they always have plenty of parking, people deserve at least slightly better than abominable customer service. They should just shut their doors now and leave that primo location to someone who would make better use of it (maybe Friday's) . read more
