Within walking distance of our hotel an in-room menu states they offer a free draft if you come dine with them. Wait to be seated, there is a room at the front with some arcade games. Booth, table and bar seating. The menu has burgers, sandwiches, salads, soup and more. We got a quesadilla with steak from the app menu, a chef salad and a side salad. Food came out in good time. The side salad is a good size. The iceberg lettuce is fresh cut (not bagged) which is appreciated. Dressing on the side. The quesadilla is very cheesy. Definitely an app to share it comes with sour cream and salsa on the side. The chef salad makes an excellent dinner. Even without the added appetizer, this is plenty of food. A large container of salad dressing of your choice is on the side. Our waitress was very pleasant and kept a good eye on our needs, checking-in, refilling water and other beverages. Good food. Inviting place. We got here at opening time for happy hour. Party of six. Seated immediately and served right away. Our orders were taken and food received in a very reasonable time. The 1st time ever being here. Not impressed in the least. I ordered the hamburger steak med well. Baked potato and side salad and a draft beer. After ordering at 6:30 pm meaning not late. They have no baked potatoes. And the small choice of sides that didn't sound appealing i opted for nothing else. The side salad was good. The draft beer was Ok. Not cold enough and the taps may need cleaned. The med well hamburger steak was quite well done and way to many bell peppers. Personally I don't think they should be there but i had never tried it that way before so lesson learned. texas toast isn't texas toast at all. Out in the area for work, close to the hotel. Stopped out for dinner and a couple drinks. Had the 12oz sirloin, ( not the worst, not the best) Good price for the meal. The young lady that waited the table,(Cheyenne) paid close attention to the table she was waiting on and made sure everyone had what they needed. The one observation was the ketchup bottles, A1 sauce bottles that were brought to the table had the remnants from the last customers left on the outside of the bottles. Not a good look. read more
