One of the worst dining experiences I've had in a while. We made reservations... group of about 12. We made our order and then another group came in about 10-15 minutes after us. The waitress took their order and their food all arrived before ours... the waitress new them, so she prioritized their order despite us making reservations and showing up before them. When we got our food it was just ok, but my wife's food had hair in it. She didn't want to eat food with human hair in it, so they only offered a refund, so she just didn't get to eat dinner as the rest of us are eating right in front of her. She was so irate that she turned down letting us share with her... can't say I blame her. Never returning. Service = terrible Food = mediocre at best (to those who are calling it delicious, I have no clue why. Burger King is better for burgers. The fish was terrible and not well cooked. Walked in with no one in the restaurant. Waited 5 minutes and a group of 7 walked in. Hostess skipped me, and immediately sat the other group. When I mentioned my displeasure with what happened, I was told "Should've said something." Once I sat down, the waitress was rude and actually DENIED me my order three times. Finally just said "give me what you think will work" She ordered me chicken tinders and the french onion. French Onion was the worst soup I have had in my life. Gym socks boiled in water would've tasted better. My tenders also had hair all around the plate and in the breading. Once my bill came out, it was $50+..... As I have sat here, the same waitress has been super nice to other customers, even offering them details about their rewards program. She has not mentioned nothing once to me. Servers name is Lauryn. Finally a cool spot to eat, drink and watch sports... with great food! You can tell it's total class the minute you walk in. TVs everywhere and it has that new car smell.. lol.. we went for lunch and tried their Two for $12 special. I had the Hickory Melt that looked like a gourmet sandwich with mashed potatoes. Wife had the BLTA, the one snafu was they forgot the A, avocado, our server offered to get us the avocado. Regardless, wife really enjoyed the sandwich. We have been to this restaurant many times. The first time we went the service was terrible. The food was good, but was not in a hurry to go back. Since then we have been many times and the service has been great as well as the food. The server that we had the pleasure of getting was Adina. Very attentive and did all that she could do to make our meal good. We did have a chicken dinner that was burnt, but she made sure that it was corrected. I would definitely suggest the bone in wings. Will say the hostess was nice and promptly seated us. From there on it wasn't a great experience. Sat there for 10 mins before asking another waitress if we could order drinks and food. She was nice enough but told us she wasn't our server. Ours was behind the bar flirting with day drinkers. Ordered an appetizer and food... drinks came, appetizer came, no plates. Food came to the table by yet a 3rd server (ours was behind the bar again). Had to ask for refills on water (when we could catch the attention of a server). Went here on Friday night-Halloween! ! Check # 105. Server was very polite and inexperienced. Sorry, but it seems more training is needed for the staff. Yes, hostess did make adjustment on the bill, but almost 25 minutes for beverages to be served. Server did explain that today was the second day. Lebanon, MO Location: Ambiance is nice, service was nice, our waitress did the best she could with the food, none of this was her fault. It's hard to believe this place doesn't have a ton of bad reviews with food like this. I ordered a Bourbon Sidecar that seemed to be missing the bourbon, if thats possible, but bourbon isn't usually something you miss. My husband's Brunch Melt was missing the egg on top, and the Honey Stung burger was super raw. Like bloody inside. I don't send food back because I'm just not that person, but this was like $70 on a dinner that was pretty bad. Only the pretzel and cheese appetizer was edible, really. This place seemed really cool and I had high hopes for good food from a smaller, more local chain. I'll give it some more time and see if they can get it together, I guess. read more

The food that we ordered was abhorrent we ordered chicken wings, shrimp penne, and a Cajun costal combo all of which was dreadful the noodles were greasy and was rag-like very unflattering. Service was bad , 4 of use went. Got drinks right away, after that everything went array. Appetizer came for the four of us , but no plates, no napkins,no silverware . We asked another waitress for some napkins. Hour later our waitress brought out our food and away she went. Had to wait till she got done taking orders on another table before we could get her attention to get us silverware so we could eat. We had ordered a buffalo chicken wrap without the buffalo sauce. Guess what it came with buffalo sauce. After waiting an hour for our meal the first time didn't want to wait again when everyone was eating. Bad service food was mediocre for the money you spend.
