The counter where the cook handed us our food was covered in food crumbs, and food residue. The cook didn't even act like he cared. He just sat our food on top of it all. We watched him cooking our food, and he was acting like he didn't even want to be there. Our napkin dispenser was covered in dust, and even had some kind of dried food on it. The whole time we were there, there was between 2 and 4 boys standing around behind the counter/register doing nothing. And we even witnessed the cook picking a dish towel up off the counter and wiping his forehead off with it, and then laying it back down on the counter! Something needs to be done about this! The whole area was dirty, and unsanitary. I will say that the rest of the store was clean, but we absolutely will not be spending our money in the hot food area again! Also I tried to contact them through the store email contact on their website 3 different times since then. Every time I try it says unable to send, try again later. We had burgers and onion rings. The onion rings were good, but the burgers were overcooked and crispy on the bottom.
