We ordered food for the first time from Ruby Tuesday today for 3 people and it was terrible. The rib tips were super dry, the steak was chewy, and they didn't get our order right either. For $100, it totally wasn't worth it. Extremely disappointed. read more

Poor service. I asked the bartender the price of a shot of bar (well) whiskey to go with my overpriced beer. He didn't know and made no effort to find out. He told me they were pouring Knob Creek, because it was being discontinued. I said, "So it will be about 5 bucks?" He said he guessed so. When I got the bill, it showed a charge of $6.50 for a shot plus an upcharge of $4 for Knob Creek When I questioned it, he said that's just what the system entered and took no responsibility for giving me bad information. A manager offered to adjust the price, but I didn't want to waste any more time and paid the full tab, with no tip for the bartender, since he was the only source of my bad experience at this otherwise mediocre establishment. read more

Small portion to price. Service was good, and ambiance, maybe better from a different location!

It was great, no where near 2.6 stars. Had a smelly bathroom, but the food was solid for the price. Service was also great on a slow night, but it might be different when busy. read more

I was craving the salad bar for a while and finally made the time to go and get some. We came after lunch rush so it wasn't busy which is when I usually enjoy going to restaurants. We had a server, forgot her name, she was middle aged, and was a very great server. She brought out fresh Coke Zero for my husband without asking if he needed it which was a first around this town and made sure our orders were correct and good. However, I did ask for my Parmesan sauce to be on the side but it came on the food which was fine. He ordered the bourbon salad with dirty rice and the salad bar which is also what I typically get (that or their hamburger). This time I decided to try the New Orleans Seafood that came with tilapia and shrimp and I ordered dirty rice and a salad bar with it. The dirty rice side order is definitely really good and I highly recommend. Sometimes I forget that the pictures on their menu always looks better than their actual dishes- that happened to be the case for my New Orleans Seafood. It was good but it wasn't as amazing and mouth watering as it was shown in their advertisement. I will probably try something different next time or get what I always do. Overall, my experience today and my previous experiences were good. I do recommend this place as it is one of the only restaurants that have decent food and good service. read more

If I could give less than 1 star I would. To give a little back story, my boyfriend and I decided to have a late lunch here at the St. Robert MO location and we ended up being here for at least 2 and a half hours from the time we sat down to the time we left. First, we ordered drinks and potato skins and ended up waiting for about 20-30 minutes to be able to start ordering our entrees. They were a bit busier, with maybe 10 tables to their usual 2-3 on a good day, so we both waved it off. Next, we waited another 30 or so minutes to get my entree and they forgot about my boyfriends meal. I ended up finishing my food (after him telling me to eat it before it gets cold) and after another 30 minutes the waiter finally checked in with us and we told him that he forgot my boyfriends food which was the chicken marinara macaroni and cheese. In which he expressed his apologies and claimed he'd take the order off the bill. After about 15-20 mins his food came out and the plate was extremely hot, from sitting under the heater waiting to be taken to our table, and the cheese and the marinara on it was dried out from being under on that counter under the heater for so long. (Like if you were to leave a pot of Mac and cheese on the stove over night) Lastly, when the bill finally came, I went to put in a $5 tip and the handheld card machine messed up or something and put in a $50 tip. Also, on the bill, the waiter didn't end up taking the mac and cheese off like he said he would. After expressing that it wasn't supposed to be a $50 tip and that I'd like this to be fixed, he said he'd get the manager. We waited about 45 minutes with no one coming to inform us that the manager would be out. The waiter would walk past us looking the other way. He was also working as the bartender until I asked for the manager, in which he miraculously started serving tables at another part of the restaurant. The woman we thought to be the manager ended up taking over as the bartender and was acting like she was "super" busy when in fact there wasn't many people in the restaurant. I'd try to look at them and get their attention and it was always just met with them looking the other way and ignoring us. Later my boyfriend said we should just leave since they're obviously trying to scam us out of me giving my intended tip and receiving my $45 back. So, we just got up and left. Yeah to some people it's just $50 but for me it's a lot of money. I'm a college student and don't have a lot since all my money goes to schooling and I scrape by on spare funds I have. For them to do this, it's extremely disappointing and upsetting. I won't be coming back to this place again and I'll be sure to tell others about my experiences I've had here. This wasn't the first time this place has been a not so great experience but nothing as bad as this one. (hence the review) I hope anyone reading this minds me when I say don't eat at the St. Robert MO Ruby Tuesday location, you'll probably be disappointed too. read more

Here is a good story here! My 6 year old and I went to have dinner there on Thursday May 19th 2022. My daughter had tears on and off because we left my sister on base for her to finish army training (AIT). The bartender/manager (woman) asked if everything was OK and I explained. She brought ice cream and a huge slice of cake for my 6 year old. I began crying over her kindness because it had been a super hard day for us. I will never forget her. I wish I knew her name! Thank you! From California read more

This restaurant as a whole was a stupendous experience! The food was perfect. The temperature, texture, and flavor were all very delicious. My family and I enjoyed our meal beyond happily. I ordered the chicken and broccoli alfredo, it was overall beautifully crafted. It came with the best breadstick I've ever consumed. The side of tater tots was also overwhelmingly scrumptious, perfect amount of crunch in every tot. I appreciated the service today and was treated very well. I loved the location, so close to my staying quarters. 5/5 would definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys this type of American/Italian cuisine. read more

I don't think this is a judgement on all Ruby Tuesday's but this one was a disappointment. Also, I believe they have a real staffing issue. First they don't have a lunch menu, expect to pay $14 to $20 for a dish. Second, even if you're ok with the price it's not a good value. We were both still hungry after were done. Lastly, you spend more than the usual time waiting. read more

When you're stranded in the perimeter of Fort Leonard Wood and theres no Chilis nearby, go to Ruby Tuesdays for a mediocre dining experience to satiate those guily Applebees cravings... The Good: I could go to Ruby Tuesday for the endless salad bar alone! The variety of toppings were insane! They even offered su dried tomatoes and like all the cheeses you can think of! The greens were super fresh and variegated! My wife and I recently went due to their $25 for 2 meals, salad, and 1 desert special and it was worth the visit to break up the monotony of eating at home. The buffalo wings appetizer was spot on like any family restaurant. The Bad: While the entrees were not unedible, they did not really amaze use. The ribs barely had any meat on them, while the steak was a bit rubbery and lackluster. Why is the main course so lacking??? Conclusion: The $25 limited time deal is the only reason I would go back, and thats mainly because the salad bar and desert was on point. read more

The food was great. The service was great and the place was sparkling. Tried the daily special, which was a cheese burger and fries, for $6.49. You can't get a burger anywhere for this price as good. Well done Ruby Tuesday! read more

Ruby Tuesday - Ruby's Classic Burger* - Burgers Near Me - St. Robert, Missouri

Against my better judgement we went to Ruby Tuesday. There were four other parties there, all already served. We were seated within minutes and told our waitress would be with us soon. Within five minutes Taylor arrived, we ordered our drinks and then waited another ten minutes for them to arrive. Another ten minutes goes by and she comes back to take our order. My husband asked for a baked potato instead of fries and he was told "we're out." We then heard another table order and receive a baked potato a few minutes later. Another group of two showed up 30 minutes later and promptly ordered their drinks and food across from us. We then received our food, I had asked for ranch and received honey mustard, my ribs were just thrown on top of the rest of my food, making my fries soggy. My husband had asked for medium steak and it was raw, his ribs were so dry and crusty he could eat them. The people that had just ordered their food, received theirs minutes after we had waited another ten hour for mine. I was really looking forward to trying the funnel cake sundae but didn't want to wait another hour to be disappointed more. read more

Valentines Day! I wanted to go to Ruby Tuesday, what a big mistake that was. My husband and I were seated with no issue, but the service we received was Piss Poor! Everything was a wait! The waitress took our drink and appetizer order, she brought our drinks, 30 to 40 minutes later here came our Entres, I asked her where are the Appetizers? Oh that's right, and she left our table and came back 10 minutes later with our appetizer, I told her my Pasta was cold, so she took it back, after 30 minutes of waiting, my husband said my wife is still waiting on her Pasta, oh that's right, and she finally brought it out, I would have liked to eat when my husband was eating but that didn't happen, she took our Dessert order, we had been waiting for about 30 minutes, she came back by the table and asked "Would you like me to bring you your check?" I told her that we would like to have the Dessert we ordered! she said I'm sorry I will be right back, she finally came out with Dessert, the waitress did not even offer to refill our drinks, not even once! I know for a fact we won't be going back anytime soon. Worst Valentines Dinner Ever! read more

The restaurant was beautiful, the service, with only three waitresses that I could see, did great with what they were given. However the food was down and out the worst part. I was visiting with my family on Mother's Day. My nieces burger bread was chard, my sister, nephew and brother in laws, tortilla were all burnt to the point that even pealing it off made them irritated. I hat the sticky ribs that the sauce was amazing but it too was hiding the burnt skin that I could taste. The price wasn't even that bad but if the food matched the price I wouldn't be complaining. read more

Decided to get a quick bite and walked from the hotel here. I sat at the bar and was happily greeted by the bartender. She quickly retrieved a Cold beer for me and took my order. I had the Smokehouse Burger cooked Med rare with onion rings. Wow! This was a great burger and cooked perfectly. The onion ring had crunchy fresh onions inside of a crispy fresh batter... let me tell you, they were great! Burgers are great and definitely get a side of Onion Rings, you will not be disappointed! read more

Got a burger and salad bar, after being asked how I wanted it cooked, I asked for medium and got burnt. Salad bar had a lot of great options and fresh no issues with it and only reason they getting 2 stars and not one. Waitress was bad she whispered and act embarrassed to be speaking, never came back with drink refills or to check on us against my better judgment I still tipped but come on train these people. read more

They have a great Gluten free selection - every thing from GF pasta to GF burger buns! Great food - great service!

Meh. I was traveling through the area and stopped here for dinner. I ordered the Asiago Steak dinner. Asked for it prepared medium, but it came out bloody. The salad and entree came out at the same time, which is not what I would have preferred. Steak tasted fine, but the timing and presentation could have been better. This is a chain restaurant, and this particular location is in need of an update. read more

We recently moved back to the area and excited for the amazing salad bar. Unfortunately, the salad bar is subpar today. The plates either have something on them or wet. The lettuce is either brown, wilted or waterlogged. Each visit less and less vegetables and salads on the bar. Todays visit no shredded carrots, no boiled eggs, mushrooms looked rotten, no salads except one red potato. Customer service is good once they acknowledge your existence. Literally you don't see any staff on the floor except when they're bringing food out of the kitchen. read more

They are lucky to get one star we had a large group and the waitress Jen was a hot mess. After hours of incorrect orders and wrong items brought to the table we got the manager involved She was great helped us as best as she could since all our bills had wrong items and things we did not order or receive What we did get was fine but the waitress made for a bad experience Thank you manager for helping us get out not sure I would come back if that waitress still worked for them Wonderful manager but man do they need better help read more

I gave this place another chance....... I was still disappointed. My husband just went in to order some take out. The manager walked past him to take someone else's order after he had been sitting there for quite some time. The person she helped arrived after him. What was more frustrating than that is my husband is black and the later arriving guest was white. I told him he should let the manager know and he said she was the manager! Wow! SMH read more

They had no ribs, mozzarella sticks or fries! Since they was limited on food they could have offered different items on their specials menu for side choices since they was out of everything!! I can't even give this joint a star. It's was horrible. After 45 minutes of waiting queso comes out with no fajita meat, my food come out completely wrong, as well as my sons. Thank you to all the staff for making my birthday special. Always friendly, caring and shared laughs. Love this place.

If your idea for a good time out during lunch hour is to hear a meth head cackle for about 30 minutes and talk about absolutely nothing, this place is for you. I wouldn't consider this place a restaurant after the entertainment that I have had since I arrived. Reflag this place as a comedy joint. read more

Service was very weak. Waitress forgetful. Drinks both delayed and tasted terrible. Mojito somehow tasted like syrup only and Long Island was claimed to be top shelf (I wish. Watched) bc it too tasted like garbage. Question weather alcohol was even in the mojito itself. Would highly suggest just getting pizza rather than stopping here. I saw no true bonus in my time here other then my fathers ribs being "different and tasty" and fall off the bone. Ribs alone will not make me go here again while passing thru town and all I can hope is this town holds this ruby Tuesday to a better standard than what they're providing currently. read more

Against my better judgment, we decided to order take-out for dinner. Simple: Grilled salmon, zucchini, loaded baked potato. This was the absolute worse meal I have ever eaten from any restaurant. The salmon was extra done, greasy, and it had a terrible after taste. The loaded baked potato was quite a mystery, because the cheese refused to melt when heated. At this point, I am unsure if there is management at this restaurant whom cares about the quality of food being served to patrons. This restaurant has been here for quite some time and the quality of food is not getting any better from over a decade ago. I am certain I will never visit this place again. read more

Never a good experience when we go there. Service is always slow there have been times we never received drinks for 25 min.

643pm 12 cars in the lot and the guy says 45 minute wait for a party of 2 ! I thought we were on candid camera . What a joke !!!!

Destinee was awesome sauce . A 1A service. We come again all the way from Miami Florida.

So my family and I had a awesome experience with the food in Ruby Tuesday. Reba our waitress was really nice and has done an outstanding job serving us. The food I rate was amazing. it was warm and you could taste every detail of it. The Zucchini had a really nice taste . Hopefully everyone can have the same great experience we had at this place. Awful Service!! We went in at lunch and there were only 2 other tables of customers. We stood and waited by the door for 5-10 minutes waiting to be seated as we could hear the staff being loud and conversing in the kitchen. Thankfully, a nice customer opened the kitchen door to let the receptionist know we had been waiting for a long time. We ordered the salad and soup bar. Our server never returned to our table after delivering our waters. We had to track her down to ask about the soup, when we finally received it, it was the wrong one and was asked to take it off the bill. After leaving we saw that we were charged for 2 soups that were never received not eaten. Disappointed and won't be back. read more

Waited so long to be seen after seated. It was super awkward because we were sitting right by the entrance to the kitchen and all we saw/heard were gossipy waitress complaining about customers/making fun/and then them flirting with male coworkers. Also awkward because it was obvious they were using cell phones to Snapchat/instagram customers and were making fun. Just hope we didn't end up on someone's story. Food turned up, it was wrong and undercooked. New batch was good, no worries there. We were done & ready to leave but sat a really long time to get the check, which we only got after flagging down a third different waitress. They didn't refill drinks & refused to really talk to us, they were in their own conversations the whole time. I don't think me and my family are coming back. read more
