Salad bar had a lot of great options and fresh no issues with it and only reason they getting 2 stars and not one. We recently moved back to the area and excited for the amazing salad bar. Unfortunately, the salad bar is subpar today. The plates either have something on them or wet. The lettuce is either brown, wilted or waterlogged. Each visit less and less vegetables and salads on the bar. Todays visit no shredded carrots, no boiled eggs, mushrooms looked rotten, no salads except one red potato. Customer service is good once they acknowledge your existence. Meh. I was traveling through the area and stopped here for dinner. I ordered the Asiago Steak dinner. Asked for it prepared medium, but it came out bloody. The salad and entree came out at the same time, which is not what I would have preferred. Steak tasted fine, but the timing and presentation could have been better. I can't even give this joint a star. It's was horrible. After 45 minutes of waiting queso comes out with no fajita meat, my food come out completely wrong, as well as my sons. Against my better judgment, we decided to order take-out for dinner. Simple: Grilled salmon, zucchini, loaded baked potato. This was the absolute worse meal I have ever eaten from any restaurant. The salmon was extra done, greasy, and it had a terrible after taste. The loaded baked potato was quite a mystery, because the cheese refused to melt when heated. At this point, I am unsure if there is management at this restaurant whom cares about the quality of food being served to patrons. Awful Service!! We went in at lunch and there were only 2 other tables of customers. We stood and waited by the door for 5-10 minutes waiting to be seated as we could hear the staff being loud and conversing in the kitchen. Thankfully, a nice customer opened the kitchen door to let the receptionist know we had been waiting for a long time. We ordered the salad and soup bar. Our server never returned to our table after delivering our waters. We had to track her down to ask about the soup, when we finally received it, it was the wrong one and was asked to take it off the bill. After leaving we saw that we were charged for 2 soups that were never received not eaten. Disappointed and won't be back. read more

Waited so long to be seen after seated. It was super awkward because we were sitting right by the entrance to the kitchen and all we saw/heard were gossipy waitress complaining about customers/making fun/and then them flirting with male coworkers. Also awkward because it was obvious they were using cell phones to Snapchat/instagram customers and were making fun. Just hope we didn't end up on someone's story. Food turned up, it was wrong and undercooked. New batch was good, no worries there. We were done & ready to leave but sat a really long time to get the check, which we only got after flagging down a third different waitress. I went out today and ordered the New Orleans seafood and it was half uncooked, the manager was very nice and took off the whole meal which I appreciated. But the waitress didn't come check on us to refill water when we needed it and also charged us to a garden bar x3 and I told her we did not order this much and she said, "I definitely heard three people say it". When I know exactly what everyone order as a serve myself. So after I had to say it another time she finally took it off but didn't apologize for the mistake she made.
