I came back here for my sister's birthday dinner, which I was hesitant due to my 1st time being here. The wait was long about 30 mins for a table. I decided to get a burger since the wings I had here were so cold and hard. I asked for potato wedges and I didn't receive them when my order got to the table. Instead I got VERY salty fries that were not edible. I had to wait again for my food. My burger was decent. I would prefer this to the wings. Been in the area for roughly 3 years now. I have eaten at several BDubs locations and this is by far the worst one. Worst service I've had at any restaurant. There is one thing you can count on at this location and that is you'll be there for 2 hours and maybe had your drink refilled once. I honestly don't get it, every time I've gone it isn't busy and yet I'm still waiting to be sat or I'm waiting to have my order taken. First, if you direct your attention to the photograph of the barf, vomit, or any other term you use. This was taken today at noon which means it was likely there when the manager arrived a few hours earlier. The location was beside the front door. Suggestion, be more vigilant and take notice of your business's appearance. Second, my friend ordered a set of ten wings and was only given nine. If the cook can't count to ten, then we have bigger issues folks. We're already paying more here than at a nicer restaurant like Ichiban down the street, no need to cut the food short. When it was corrected, they did provide three wings, but totally made them SPICY and not pleasant. Third, out of the four of us that ate at our table, half of us didn't get Ranch dipping sauce as requested. We were also short a fork as well but oh well. Fourth, my tenth boneless wing was burnt and black in the middle making it not only undesirable but plain nasty. The waiter, Zakk, was extremely nice. Very incompetent to do his job but he tried. He said his shift ended soon and needed to check us out (11:45am) so we paid before we were provided food. He would've gotten a tip anyway because that's how it should be. Visited this establishment even after I said I wouldn't go there again and WOW, I'm VERY glad I did. The environment was great and the staff was awesome. The food was the best I've ever had there. It was also my son's birthday and out of nowhere, the manager, I think his name was Sean, came out with cake and ice cream, getting everyone involved to tell my son happy birthday. Plain & simple: called in an order, was told it would be 20 mins, didn't even leave my house for at least 30-40 mins after I placed the order knowing how they are, and got to the bar to pay and pick up my order but the guy said it's still not ready. On top of that, instead of taking my payment as I stood there with my card, he wanted to wipe down the bar and do everything else, even go back and check on my food to come back and tell me it's still not ready, and still not take my payment. Of course when he finally brings my food out, he wants to take my payment when I could've already paid and just grabbed my food and left. There's absolutely no sense of urgency at this location.
