Best Wendy's I've ever been to. Very nice workers and food was fresh and came out fast. Best fast food I've ever had. 25 min wait at drive through worst service of all ones I have been to absolute insanity

I honestly do not know why we keep going there. We went into the Wendy's because my son wanted a burger after karate. It took 10 minutes before anyone came to the register, then Shyanne just stood there. Didn't say a word to us with a sour puss look on her face, I told her what he wanted, she told me the price, I paid and people were just snapping at each other right in front of customers, etc. I would have walked out if my son didn't want the SpongeBob meal. When his food was finally ready, she just pushed it at my son. I said "don't take that. I don't know if it's ours. She didn't say anything." She rolled her eyes and said "it's all set" with attitude. They need to step it up, the attitudes are awful. Someone behind the counter said something to a girl behind the counter and as she was walking by, she said "What do you want me to do about it?!?!?" I go here regularly for lunch and sometimes before work as I work nearby. No complaints. I have a very low tolerance for foodborne illnesses and I've NEVER gotten sick from their food. That actually says something about the cleanliness of the kitchen. Staff is always friendly and they're also quick. Went here a few nights ago, ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with no mayo and a grilled chicken sandwich plain with just cheese, easy right? Apparently not. We got to the first window and paid, moved on to the second window and were told it would just be a minute. 5 minutes later a car pulls up behind us and the lady at the window asked us to pull up and our order would be right out. Another 5 minutes pass, and another, and another , 21 minutes we waited, before WE had to go inside and ask for our food! The guy at the counter was extremely rude and loudly said "There was an 11 minute wait on the grilled chicken! It's coming!" Well, had we been TOLD that it was going to be a so called "11 minutes" we wouldn't have paid, we would have gone somewhere else! No apology was offered, just extremely rude service and them acting as if we were being impatient. Did I mention we waited TWENTY ONE MINUTES??? So much for "fast" food. read more

we had nothing good to say about this place around a year and a half ago, Left a really bad review. Manager was just a kid and messed around like one in the back while ordering people around like a fool. We left after asking for our money back. We had been waiting for about 20 minutes while those fools never attempted to hide their idiocy. Today we decided to give it another try and I was very happy. Everyone was very professional and courteous. Our order was perfect, food hot and tasty (as advertized) and it only took about 5-7 minutes. Koodos to the one who put these people in charge. , I visit this location somewhat regularly. I've never had an issue with the staff. The other customers well, that's another issue altogether. I think the staff deserves some props for their patience as, more than a few times, I've witnessed customers acting like complete jerks and these kids managed to handle it with plenty of grace. Most recently though a couple ladies came thru and had to be buzzed up...my god...HAD TO BE. They took so long I thought there were 8 people in their vehicle and they would pause for a period and when the clerk asked if they were set and then heard NOTHING for several seconds, he stated their total and said to drive up, then they would rudely continue to order. They might have done this 3 times? When I got to the menu I first commended them for their patience and professional attitude, then I ordered succinctly, as I've been to a Wendy's over 100 times and generally know most of what I want fairly quick. Here's where it gets truly ridiculous...When I got around to the window, the passenger was out of the car and standing between the driver window and the pickup window giving the staff a bunch of gripe about not helping the correctly. I. Lost. My $#@+. I believe I spoke for EVERY drive thru attendant on the planet that's been harassed in this way and I id what they wish they could say, but never should, and chewed their asses and told them it was absolutely ridiculous how they behaved, get back in your car, pay for NOTHING AND LEAVE. No business needs customers like that and just cuz it's late night fast food doesn't mean these young folks don't deserve the same respect you'd typically show the staff at a much finer dining experience where these "ladies" wouldn't even dream of acting this way. Even if they were ordering for several people, they have some duty to be a bit more organized or simply use the app as it's designed for this purpose, no?!? End rant. People suck and I can prove it! If I wasn't in such a rush I never would have eaten here. Every table was dirty. It looked like all the surfaces had been wiped down with a dirty mop. Disgusting. My Daves single with cheese had bits of gristle and the fries were all dried out. Just terrible. Whoever runs this place should be ashamed!!! read more

I know you can't expect much with fast food, but you should at least be able to expect to get what you order. Almost every time I go through the drive-thru, something is messed up. One time I got someone else's order entirely. They almost always leave something out or add something I didn't order. I've had better luck dining in, but the whole point of fast food is for it to be... fast. read more

This location is awful. After eating our I meal I attempted to change our baby's diaper. There is no baby changing station in the bathroom and we just had to change a poop diaper outside in our car in February. I complained to the manager and he could not have cared less. Apparently, babies aren't people and don't deserve a clean, safe place to do their business. Owners should be ashamed. Save yourself from a screaming, crying, cold baby and just go to the McDonalds across the street. read more

If it wasn't for Chris the cook they would of gotten 5 stars. My wife has celiacs and the only thing she can get at any fast food establishment are Wendy's baked potatoes. She kindly ask for the potatoes prepared separately from the rest of the order. (So by that she wanted the cook to change their gloves) The gentleman started mouthing off saying everything has gluten in IT! When she came out to our car and told me what had happen I walked into the establishment then realizing no one was wearing a name tag. Then i did have a nice gentleman in a red shirt say he would be right with me. I said I only had a quick question. I ask which cook made a mockery of the gluten allergy and had total disregard for cross contamination. He instantly knew it was the cook named Chris. So Chris because of you I will never recommend this Wendy's to anyone and I will be making a formal complaint to the health inspector for blatant disregard of proper food handling!
