Working here was one of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had. Management is disorganized, entitled, and clearly unqualified. It's obvious most of them were thrown into their roles out of desperation rather than merit. There's no real training -- you get shown where things are and then left completely on your own, but still expected to know everything as if you've been there for years. Communication is poor, and managers are quick to belittle staff instead of offering guidance. If you enjoy chaos, being snapped at, and zero structure, this is your place. Placed an order online while they had no customers and then while waiting they got a rush of cars. I waited almost 40 minutes for my order while everyone that had just arrived else got theirs before me. Not to mention having to go to the counter multiple times just to be told "we just put it in" after 30 minutes. Then when I get my order, my food looks like this. This is the absolute worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. The people who work here have zero concern for their jobs or quality control. At the speaker you'll interact with someone who sounds barely conscious and when you pull up to the window it's more of the same and you can tell that they could not care less from the food you get. I got a regular crunch taco that didn't even have meat all the way across the shell. It was also stuffed with a paltry amount of lettuce and cheese. It was just a taco shell garnished with meat lettuce and cheese. Got a burrito supreme with no sour cream and extra red sauce. The burrito was an absolute mess. They must have thought I ordered it wet style, or an enchirito, because the entire outside was covered in sauce. And there's no real rhyme or reason as to how they put together the inside. All the beans were on one side and halfway through I found where all the shredded cheese was: in a super cold pile in the middle. In my experience so far, this is how all the fast food places out here are as far as service. Abysmal, but a good way to avoid eating junk. Just cook for yourself at home because you're definitely not getting what you pay for when you come here. read more

In the Mid-west, Tennessee, etc. there are multiple horse slaughter auctions. These highly mistreated, starved animals are shipped hundreds and hundreds of miles by long haul carriers to be slaughtered in Canada and Mexico. They ride standing packed to the teeth without water/ food or rest. The stress levels are beyond the pale in these poor creatures. It is still illegal to slaughter horses for food consumption on US soil. Uncaring horse owners who should have dealt with their livestock's medical issues send them off into the slaughter pipelines with eye cancers, diseases, broken legs, founder, laminitis and more. It was been proven time and time and time again that this is what Taco Bell sells in its products. While I know that everyone cannot become a vegetarian but in my mind a horse or goat, or cow or chicken, etc. deserves better than the ordeals they go through while being shipped to slaughter and corporations like Taco Bell are a huge part of the problem in this circle of life and death. read more

There were three employees standing at the window while I counted another at least four walking back and forth from the counter to the kitchen. If I was the franchisee with that much labor and that bad of service I would consider shutting my doors. I won't be back for awhile. read more

Oh Taco Bell, I wish I could quit you! We stopped here around 4:30pm on July 4th, decided to go in this time since just about every time we drive thru and get home, everything is wrong. Our first clue should have been when we walked in and saw my cousin who ran over and told us to "Run!" There were only 3 people working, 4 people in line, the drive thru was loaded, my cousin had been waiting for her food for over 20 minutes. All of the local restaurants were closed due to the holiday, except for the fast food joints, so we decided to stick it out and wait. We placed our order, nothing fancy, only 2 of the items were special order (no chipotle sauce), everything else was regular. Two of the workers kept apologizing for the wait, claiming they were new, one said it was only his second day. There was no manager there, they were pretty much left high and dry and told to work it out on their own. They were handing out free taco coupons to some people, some were getting part of their order discounted, others were getting free cinnamon twists, pretty much doing whatever they could to make the customers happy. We literally waited 25 minutes from the time of order to the time of them handing us our food, got to the car and some of our stuff was missing, go back in and they got it to us within 10 minutes. It was a complete disaster, I felt bad for the people working, shame on management for leaving these new people on their own!! read more

Overall decent food but the customer service is horrible. I ordered a meal that says it has sour cream on it and wanted it to be taken off and they talked down to me with attitude saying it does not come with it when it says it does right on the combo. I've never had a problem with Taco Bell until yesterday. My husband went and got Me the steak cantina power bowl. Got home and finally got into eating it to discover there was NO STEAK! at this point I was already eating and didn't want to turn around and go back out. Reason for 2 stars is even though I have had decent food from there (it's fast food after all) is they forgot the steak- the main part of the meal. While the food at this location is pretty much exactly what you'd expect from Taco Bell- standard quasi-Mexican fast food fare- the service leaves much to be desired almost every time I go. If I order online and pick my food up at the drive thru, I can expect to wait at least 15-20 minutes every single time. Most recently, I stopped in on my way home from running errands and ordered breakfast from the kiosk inside the restaurant. There was one other party of two in the dining room at the time, so they weren't busy. I got my food fairly quickly, minus the cup for my drink. I had to stand at the counter for a solid 3-4 minutes before any of the employees deigned to acknowledge me, and when one finally did, I had to remind them that I had ordered a combo and which size drink cup I was supposed to have. I sent my husband over there with a long list (about 8 items) most of them were special ordered. He came home with the order exactly correct and had no issues! I have to admit I was really impressed all though that was my first experience at that location, they deserve a 5 star rating for that! Every time I get food it is as skimp as possible. If I am paying roughly $5 for one item I expect to be satisfied off of it instead I'm lucky if it's half full. Meaning a quesadilla I ordered, it was cut into four the two end pieces were just tortilla and the middle barely had any cheese and about two small pieces of steak. This place messes up the easiest orders and you except a little more for the amount you pay. I have given them so many different chances to make it right but they fail every time! My family and I ordered 4 items using the Taco Bell app. I love the app because I can adjust each item to my liking such as no dairy, adding guacamole, etc. Unfortunately the app is only as effective as the people making the food. 3 of the 4 items were wrong. I paid for guacamole and received none. Other items they said they "do not put on burritos" and instead put them in plastic containers. I would love to know how that makes any sense. I clearly asked for no dairy on the items but 3 had cheese. Then there was the issue that the food was put together so poorly that it leaked all over the bag.
