I usually come through during the night shift, so this review is about the night crew. Normally I get really good service here, especially from the girl with the squeaky, Disney-type voice. I don't know her name, but she's always great with customers and has a really good attitude. Honestly, she deserves some kind of recognition or promotion because she always does her job well. Tonight, though, that changed because of an employee named "J" or "Jay" (not sure how it's spelled). She's short with long hair, and she was straight-up rude. I gave her my mobile order codes at the drive-thru, and she put in the wrong order. When I tried to correct it, she didn't take responsibility and caught an attitude instead. Once she finally listened, she stayed snotty the whole time. Customer service is literally about how you talk to people, and her attitude was unnecessary and unprofessional. If someone can't be polite to customers, they really shouldn't be working face-to-face with the public. Super disappointing experience. read more

We keep telling ourselves not to stop here nut we did it again. This place is routinely bad but we keep forgetting. Just got a hamburger and some fries and lemonade and the only thing decent about it was the lemonade. The hamburger was half cold and dried out. The bun was dried out. My girlfriend got a fillet of fish with lettuce and tomato and sauce. The fish was cold. The lettuce was all over the place and there were 2/2 slices of tomato on it again terrible. It's almost offensive and you do all this for 20 bucks. I don't know how this place can stay in business. I remember the old days where things were hot and fresh when it came out. Now it's all getting to be just disgusting. If it wasn't for the fact that it was on the way to a place we were going, I would not stop in here for any reasons any reasons whatsoever. Be advised go across the street to Wendy's, go any place else go to Hannaford. And get a one of those subs anything. Market Basket. It's all I can't even talk right but that's my review. read more

at least 1 out of every 3 trips I get home (drive-thru order) and find I'm missing something from my order which I paid for. my fault for not verifying before I drove off, but with the price of their food, the least they could do is make sure your order is complete. it's very frustrating. not worth the trip back. going to start doing partial chargebacks on the credit card if they keep this up. read more

Womans room no tp. Trash filled inside and outside. Rude manager. Never received a receipt so unable to report on mcds page The whole experience was awful. There was only one family inside eating at 8:15 when we placed order. Manager never turns around to check lobby or see if anyone needs anything. So much to say but that's the brief impression. read more

This is a great place if you like cold burgers, poor service and rude, and downright nasty customer service. I used to stop here out of convenience because it is located near a place that I go at least once a week. I tolerated the mediocre food, that was at best room temperature. I recently stopped in and ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese, that was it. I received the burger after a 25 minute wait, went to my car to eat it and it was ice cold and was just a patty with a couple of pickles on it, and looked like it was dropped on the floor. I went back in and asked for a new one because it was not what I ordered. The morbidly obese woman grabbed my sandwich, took 5 steps, slapped a slice of cheese on it WITHOUT GLOVES ON and returned the same sandwich. I said I wanted a new sandwich becauseit was cold and now was not handled appropriately, and she tried to tell me that it was, and argued with me. I SAW HER WALK OVER AND SLAP A PEICE OF CHEESE ON THE OLD SANDWICH. Another fat short woman started screaming and swearing at me and the other criminals behind the counter joined in. I left the store and threw out the sandwich and contacted the corporate office to let them know. No response. I'll go to Wendy's, the foods better any way. read more

The lobster is really good, but I'm surprised that other people aren't wearing suits cause it's such a fancy place five stars. I'm always gonna go to get their lobster. I'm bringing my whole family. read more

The use of foul language from one of your employees on Wednesday the 23rd around 6pm was totally uncalled for. She said fuck you, when asked about paying the difference on an ice coffee. Train your employees to be courteous and respectful towards all customers. The morning crew should train the evening crew in customer service. read more

This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever seen coast to coast the people are rude and the food is gross and they don't even give you proper portions I'd sincerely rather starve seriously dissapointed read more

Typical McDonalds but very short staffed for the time of day we went. Food came out eventually but it took longer than usual. You could tell they were short staffed, as the dining area showed the lack of staff available to keep it clean. Although toward the end of our meal we did see that they came out to restock the napkins and get the trash. There were signs that they were hiring, so I guess they were managing as best as they could. read more

Wrong order at the drive through to come back around and get the wrong order a second time. Hire individuals that can do the simple task of following directions or shut this place down it's a dumpster fire. The reviews tell you all you need to know about this one. read more

Every time (which is not often) I go here, my order is NEVER correct! Whether it be no sauces put in the bag for my nuggets, no cheese on something that I had specifically asked for it to be on, wrong drinks, something missing from the bag etc. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I stopped here last night for 4 items, 2 plain cheese burgers, a medium fry and a small fry. Not only did it take forever to receive the food, but when I got home and looked in the bag, the medium fry was no where to be found! They made damn sure to charge me for it though! Please keep in mind that when I do decide to stop here, it's generally not at their peak times, so it's not busy, there's absolutely no excuse for their lack of ability to get an order right, when it's clearly printed on a screen right in front of their faces. read more

Me and my friends will go in the morning before heading to school and we are very rudely sever by who looks to be the morning manager shes thrown our cups and food to us and mumbled under her breath here we go. I went and asked for a simple order and for one it was over 11 dollars for two "hamburgers with only Mayo" yes I know it's a rather odd but simple order but it's what I wanted . I got extra cheese and mayo on said burger once I received it. I tried to call and got no answer because I wanted to let them here this from me first hand . First of all, amazing service!! Couldn't be happier. I came in with a group of 5 people, fast and well regulated. I didn't ask for ketchup and they gave it to me, I feel so fortunate to be in the McDonalds community in Rochester NH . A great place to eat with friends and family, to add onto that I feel as though the workers had a great relationship with the customers. Though to be honest and truthful the fries that I ordered we're a tad bit too small for my liking. In conclusion, I will be back to sit by the warm fire place and ponder my love for Mc Donalds. read more

Food was cold, cheese not melted and fries were old... disgusting. Have us lots of sauce to cover the flavor so that's a plus.

I get that it's fast food so there's not a lot to go on in the first place, but when I go through the drive through and order nothing but a couple of iced coffees, I feel like it shouldn't be a 15-minute ordeal during which I have to repeat my order three times and still get the wrong thing. read more

Every single time I eat at McDonald's on Wakefield st they always give me attitude. I don't think one of their employees has ever actually been nice.
