They forget my sauce basically every time I order on the app and I get really annoying I'm not mad just disappointed

Words are inadequate to describe the horrific customer service that seems to be the norm for this location. After placing an order in the drive up lane and driving up to the first window as directed by the female employee to pay for my grandson's dinner she ran down a list of names connected to orders. I did not use the app so I did not have a name or number connected to my order. She became extremely frustrated with me when she asked me to repeat my order and it was not on her screen. This was not my fault as my order did appear at the screen where you speak your order. I asked if she would just put my order in when she told me she did not like my attitude. From there things went from bad to a 911 call because of the attitude she stated I had. The attitude I did not have but was certainly given to me by the first employee and the second employee and finally the manager because they did not have my order...the order I placed in the drive up lane. If I had an attitude I would own it, admit it and apologize for it . I simply was asking for the order I placed they claimed they did not have. So...I ask...why would one cut in a drive up lane and get to the window to pay the almost $20 for an order of chicken nuggets, medium fry and vanilla shake that I didn't place? Why would you not just enter the order? Why would you and your manager continue to have me repeat the order at least 4 more times and then tell me if I didn't pull up, park and wait for the order they would call the police? Then I refused and pulled off only to have an officer show up at my home asking about the incident that had just occurred. The officer listened and explained that he would not see me again unless the location wanted a no trespass order for me. That this incident certainly was not worth a 911 call and next time I should go to Wendy's because the food was better there anyway. I cannot even begin to explain the humiliation, embarrassment and confusion this caused me and my grandson. The manager and his behavior escalated this encounter to a level it did not need to be. His lack of customer service skills, inability to remain composed under pressure of a busy drive up rush and lack of understanding that perhaps the person taking the order made a mistake she would not own that became my fault is beyond unreasonable. The manager and his underlings need some serious training in how to manage their own behaviors when they are experiencing a rush they may not have been prepared for and not blame the customer. By the end of the encounter I certainly was escalated and own the fact I could have handled my frustration differently as well but having to repeat the order at least 4 more times to at least 3 different people only to be told it didn't exist is way beyond anyone's ability to not get frustrated. Slowest most unorganized McDonald's we have ever been to. The shake machine was down, disappointing and we ordered for dining room and was told food would be delivered. We couldn't get our own drinks, so we waited 15 minutes before we went up and it was just being put together. We couldn't believe how thin burgers have gotten. Your food never looks like the picture Granted it was very busy in there but I feel the order yourself kiosk screws up the order sequence and counter service gets forgotten. The couple in front of us actually left because no one took their order. One positive thing, the bathrooms were clean. read more

The food at this McDonald's is very hit or miss even for fast food. The service is poor at its very best. They are not friendly. They act like they are doing you a favor. The place was very dirty. There was a booth pulled out and just sitting in the middle of the dining room. If I hadn't said it before, I was the only one in the dining room. So it wasn't busy. There could have been someone sweeping and mopping and even cleaning tables. read more

Came here for breakfast while I stopped at the Tesla Supercharger across the street. It's just your typical McDonalds. Nothing special. This location was pretty clean and I appreciate seeing that. I will note that I ordered a Frappe, but when receiving my order they told me they didn't have any at that moment. Hey! How can anyone go wrong by purchasing an ($18.00) BIG MAC WITH EXTRA SAUCE @ an EXTRA PRICE? I have never, ever eaten a BIG MAC, I like the DOUBLE CHEESEBURGERS WHICH ARE PROBABLY @ $22.00 BY NOW? @ LEAST THE COCA COLA DRINKS ARE STILL @ $1.00 FOR ALL SIZES OR ARE THEY? And, then there is the LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG DRIVE THRU WAIT TIME, LACK OF EMPLOYEES. NO CASHIERS, etc. in the DRIVE THRU. And the stupid questions, how are you going to pay? If there was an option for zero stars, I would select that. This McDonald's is utterly abominable, not to mention fraudulent. I ordered 136 salt packets and 43 mild picantes, and I received an atrocious 2 salt packets and 3 mild picantes! The middle aged lady who delivered our food dropped our tray of food on the table harshly and walked away angrily before we could even say thank you. Upon finishing our meal, my friend and I (who was also equally dissatisfied) walked up to the counter to inquire, regarding the incomplete order. We stood right behind the counter for a solid 20 minutes and not one employee paid us any attention, until a very kind young lady noticed us and brought our complaint to the other workers. The middle aged woman sharply said, "We can't do that!" with a sour look on her face. Now, I can understand if they are unable to provide us with a rather large order, but they directly lied to us when writing the table receipt (which is to detail everything the customer receives with the order), and affirmed that they did in fact give us 136 salt packets and 43 mild picantes. i just got a triple cheeseburger meal. my burger didn't not taste fresh and it definitely wasn't fresh it was barley warm. the fries weren't even warm and barley had any salt. by the way i live 3 minutes away from this mcdonald's and ate it right when i got home. i'm going to the mcdonald's by the high school from now on because they make it fresh. read more

The most clueless people in the world work here. Took 30 mins to get a large fry and a shake.

Everytime I order through DoorDash or in person something is always wrong! they forgot the straws, sauces, drinks, or give me the incorrect item. it's like they just don't care. the delivery driver can't even check if the right items are there because the bag is sealed. when I called about the DoorDash order I received with an incorrect item, they lied and told me they haven't gotten a DoorDash in forever. its not right, when I asked to speak to a manager they said there wasn't a manager there, which everyone I went in person there was always a manager, just didn't want to deal with an upset customer. don't go to this McDonald's or get food delivered from them. you'll be disappointed every time and something will always be missing or incorrect. read more

On Saturday February 18 I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. thru the drive thru window around 6:30am . Later on at work I got severe food poisoning from this sandwich ( it was all I ate ) !!! Please make sure all employees wash their hands and follow all safety food procedures . This food was either spoiled or not cooked properly etc . Getting food poison is a very serious matter !!! read more

It's one thing to have slow service during a rush, I get it things happen, but to skimp out on properly making the burgers and not doing things because they take extra time to increase your production is another. My burgers did not taste the same- they had no salt and pepper added on them. The individual taking the order said they couldn't do half of one drink and half another when asked, but we have done this in the past. Loading up a sandwich with extra ketchup thinking they won't taste the difference is also a really stupid idea. This place is worried more about production times and not customer service. read more

Every time I go through the drive-thru here, I get the wrong order or half my order is missing, or something that I've ordered specially (no mayo, no special sauce, add pickles or whatever) never gets done correctly. The last time I was here, I ordered the new artisan chicken sandwich, with no mayo, not only was the chicken inedible (not sure if it was just a bad piece or if it was undercooked, but it was like biting into rubber) but they also loaded it right up with mayonnaise. I get it, most people working at McDonald's are kids, they don't care, it's just a paycheck to them, but I'm spending MY paycheck so that THEY can earn one, at least get my order right! read more

We just went through and grabbed something to eat and a shake for my grandmother. The worker saw us crossing our fingers and asked why. We said we were hoping for a good doctors appointment (my gram is sick) and not only did she buy the shake for her, but wrote a thoughtful note on the receipt wishing us luck at the appointment. This place is usually decent. I stopped in to grab food on my way to work. The guy at the first window was super nice but when I got the second window, the lady handed me my food without a word, even at I said thank you and slammed the window closed. Half way down the road, I realized my fries are barely warm and taste old. I take a sip of my drink and it's half empty. There's a hole in my cup and it was been steadily leaking all over my console. This is a mixed review. I had a delicious pico guacamole sandwich that was fresh and fabulous. Much better than I ever expected from McDonald's. My husband wasn't so satisfied. He ordered a plain quarter pounder. It was large and flat and overdone. He sent it back and got the same thing again. The young staff was trying to please but it didn't work out for him. read more

Never Again. Got to the drive up at about 930pm Saturday April 27th. There was one car in front of us no big deal. Placed an order and waited 5 to 10 minutes behind this car. Get to the window and can see why we waited forever. The employees were chatting with their friends. we waited 2 minutes and no one looked or even went to the window. however we did see some girl with dyed hair on the customer side legit reach over and order her own food while the employee laughed and watched (im assuming they were friends and worked together) we left because we saw our order had been sitting out for now 3 minutes and we still didnt even get acknowledged. So who knows how long our food sat. If I was the owner or in charge I would watch film from Saturday to see your times and staf . I know they get paid a small amount however they are costing this place business. read more

Absolutely the worst McDonalds I've ever been to! It's not the food. It's the horrible service! Absolutely the worst I've ever seen. These people have serious issues. They've messed up three of my last four orders there. It seems like every time I go through the drive through I get screwed. Somethings missing, wrong soda put in my cup. I've had problems scanning my app there and discounts for not work. They've told me that the app is through a third party and not them. I've heard them tell other people this too. It's like they don't want me to use the app. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK to this McDonalds ever. It's by far the sh**ish of sh** shows I've ever seen. Today they not only put the wrong soda in my cup, the my shorted me a fry and 10 piece chicken nugget. No one seems to know what they're doing. Especially the older lady with the red in her hair. I wish I could give this establishment a zero star because that's what it is! I've even gotten to the point where I have to check my food to make sure there's nothing in it. I'm done after today. I went into the store this evening, and have visited this location many times over the past 5+ years. There was a long line and they looked backed up. While waiting for my food, I noticed the entire brigade was not wearing gloves while handling the food.... chicken nuggets, burgers, sandwiches... etc. I called over the guy at the register and told him that everyone needed to be wearing gloves, and asked for the manager. He said "that's the manager", the main guy man-handling everyone's food, not wearing gloves. I finally yelled to him and he came out. I asked him why he and the others were not wearing gloves. His answer was "it's quicker". I proceeded to tell him that everyone better put some gloves on immediately. He hollered back to them and suddenly they all donned gloves. Who knows how many dozens of orders were going out the door and drive thru that were handled in a very unsanitary way. I will NEVER go back to this store. read more

Usually not terrible, however trying to get a proper coffee can be challenging. 3x over the intercom I requested my usual and when I hit the window I still received the wrong coffee. The lady assured me on the intercom that she was going to change the coffee that was displayed to what I actually wanted. I knew already from past experience that it wasn't going to happen. When she tried to hand me that ice coffee instead of hot I asked her again for what I really wanted. I was met with a roll of the eyes and when she came back with my hot coffee it was still not correct as it was not decaffeinated and with a caffeine sensitivity when my heart started skipping beats I knew I had still receieved the wrong coffee, leaving me without liquids at work until noon. read more
