I visited this location today, a Saturday about 1315 hours, my first warning should of been that there was only 1 car in the parking lot and only 1 in the drive-thru, at lunchtime on a weekend. I pull up to the drive-thru and after a few minutes wait, attempt to order a double down meal only to be told they have no chicken filets for about 10 minutes, same story with trying to get a bacon and cheese chicken sandwich combo, although apparently these filets are different as the wait time is only 6 or 7 minutes for these, finally in exasperation I try to order a couple of the new KFC wraps, nope, can't get these either, they have no mayonnaise. Apparently there must be a St Patrick's day rush on Mayonnaise in all the grocery stores in Rochester, or perhaps management just doesn't care. I finally told the order taker that they won (as obviously they don't want to serve anyone (thus the almost empty parking lot at lunchtime on a weekend)) only to hear a snide comment made with laughter as I pull away. I do not have to stand there, trying to decipher what's what and what side options come with what other side options, etc. BUT!!!! the same sides do not come with that or this!!! I have never been able to understand, why chain places do this? The "2 for this" or "6 for that" or "10 million of that, if I buy 600 of this". The menu, for me, is now so convoluted and confusing that I only order/eat (1) menu item and do not order a drink or a soda, because ordering even a soda has become an ordeal. The large soda cups are more than (1) day's allotment of sugar, and the small size is quite small. So, I save the ($2 - 3.00), and spend it elsewhere. I've tried the buckets of chicken pieces on two occasions now, both times original recipe and both times the chicken was extremely greasy with soggy breading and dry meat.
