The staff was very nice and our foods came out pretty quick, while you wait you are served chips and salsa, their salsa was so good! We ordered the following: - empanadas (chicken, beef, & pork) My favorite was probably the pork and cheese one, had the best flavor second is beef. I normally like chicken but was my least fave of the 3. - quesabirrias; Birria tacos w/ consommé + rice & beans So good, great flavor throughout, beef cooked perfectly. Even the refried beans had a great consistency, not overcooked and heavy. - Birria quesadilla w/ consommé + rice + Very cheesy good. The birria consommé was used and dripped into every bite! our meal here was great, felt great, perfect fullness without going overboard! Nice happy ride back down to Boston!

We arrived about an hour before closing & had no issues getting a table for two. Shortly after receiving utensils and the menus, we were given complimentary chips & salsa! The salsa was tasty & has a nice kick to it. I found it very additive to eat with the chips. We ended up ordering these dishes to try: - empanadas (chicken, beef, & pork) - quesabirrias; Birria tacos w/ consommé + rice & beans - Birria quesadilla w/ consommé + rice + salad OMG, everything tasted AMAZING! All of our dishes came PIPING hot, including the consommé dips for the Birria tacos and quesadilla. The quesabirrias were my favorite & star of the show for me. They were perfectly crispy, seasoned well, & I also loved how light (yet still flavorful) the consommé was! This came with rice & beans and let me tell you... I normally don't even eat refried beans but I couldn't help myself today because I find that refried beans can be too thick & sometimes burnt. This was not the case today though! Also paired super well with the rice & a little lime. The Birria quesadilla was yummy. It was loaded with lots of meat & cheese. Great portion sizes! For our appetizer, we ordered one of each empanada protein option they had: one chicken, one beef, and one pork. I didn't have a favorite empanada because honestly they were all really tasty! Full of flavor & came loaded with cheese. I will definitely be back again the next time I'm in Manchester, NH! Service was wonderful, restaurant was clean, & food was perfect. Highly recommend trying El Rincon Zacatecano if you find yourself in the area ;)

They took our drink orders quickly and brought out the chips and salsa. As always I asked for an extra salsa dish cause I'm super messy. The guy said sure and left but no salsa bowl arrived. The waiter came a minute or two later and so I asked him. He said oh sure and left. He returned quickly and im assuming got distracted because he forgot it too. He said he'd go get it after he put in our order. We ordered and waited and I finally flagged him down again. He did bring a bowl just as they arrived with my husbands food and my side of rice and beans. I guess the cook messed up and so after I finished the beans and rice my tacos arrived. They were very good and he did offer another plate of rice and beans but I told him I wss fine. My only complaint is that I felt they should have taken off a part of the meal or when they offered the beans and rice said it would be no charge. The food was good but the experience was a bit disappointing.

They also serve special prepared items like carnitas, fish tacos, shrimp tacos, cerviche, quesabirria, chicken tortilla soup, California burritos (fries inside), chicken & shrimp dishes, breakfast burritos, churros, flan, and xango. The pricing seems fair. There's also table seating along the wall. I stopped by Burrito Loco in Epping for takeout recently. The place was pretty busy with a semi long line to the "assembly" counter. Also, several members of the local PD were here enjoying the food. I waited about 5 minutes before I reached the glass counter. I ordered the Fish Burrito Bowl with fried whitefish, cilantro rice, pinto beans, shredded cheese, Mexican cheese, shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, mango salsa, corn, sour cream, verde sauce, I was also given a small bag of chips with a cup of mild salsa, total $13.97 with tax. The portion size of the burrito bowl was a good amount of tasty ingredients, all stuffed into a deep plastic bowl. The breaded fish filets were crisp on the outside. I poured some of the salsa on the burrito bowl, making for also a great dip for the crunchy tortilla chips. Overall, Burrito Loco is another great option for Mexican fare in Epping, making this place the fifth Mexican eatery (fast & sitdown places) in town.

The sauce was spicy, which I enjoy their chips. Nothing spectacular, but not terrible either. My husband, and I both ordered the steak tip quesadilla they were served in a timely manner and very hot and fresh we both chose to go with the rice and the rice was just a standard Mexican rice nothing extraordinary about it. The steak quesadilla had plenty of cheese had plenty of flavor. It wasn't soggy and it wasn't over crispy. Either. The portion size was perfect. When I walked in…read moreit was empty and the lady behind the counter looked at me as if I shouldn't be there so I kindly asked if they were open and she said yes. 1st impression not so good in my opinion. I said I would like to place an order to go and she grabbed her pad. I ordered the following menu items so we could give them a try and see if they compared to our favorite Mexican place. 1st I said I'd like to get the Mexican Steak and I had to point at the menu item-the lady said NO, I said ok can I get the Steak Ranchero she said ok then I said with NO beans, she repeated no beans to me, I said yes, then she said ok. 2nd I said I would like the Solocarne Fajitas-I asked if I could do half chicken half beef she said NO, I said ok-then she said ok. 3rd I said I would like the guacamole and she said NO. 4th I said I would like to order some tacos. I said I want 2 chicken tacos, she said ok, I then said I want 2 steak tacos, she said ok and lastly I said I would like 2 Chorizo tacos, she said ok. She went to get the food ready. Without getting into details of watching that circus and having the uncomfortable silence I waited roughly 30 minutes while she heated up the food (she pulled all of it from her fridge and or her condiment station. I got the food and headed home so we could try it out again based on good reviews. The steak Ranchero steak was pale in color which told me either it was old or it was boiled either way it was terrible and chewy. I had said no bean I got beans which were gross along with the incredibly dried out rice. The Solocarne Fajitas steak was like the bits you get from the grease trap and chewy/fatty. The rice was just as dry as mine and the beans were gross. Even the veggies weren't good. Instead of 6 tacos we got just 4-2 chicken 1 steak and 1 chorizo. Not sure if I was charged for 6 or not because I was never given a detailed receipt. The taco shells were so dry we tossed them out, all the meat was so dry we didn't finish! The only thing that seemed good was the cilantro. This place in my opinion is terrible so I am very surprised at all the good reviews but to each their own.

His enchiladas were lack luster...mainly in the cheese department. The carnitas was also a bit too salty. My street tacos on the other hand were exactly what I was after. Steak, onion, cilantro and again...small sprinkle of cheese. Maybe they were almost out of cheese and had to save some. Regardless, was still delicious. My margarita was pretty good as well. No complaints here. The restaurant itself is clean and well lit. The speaker above our table was blown so the music was not great for us but that was just our seat, I believe. I think with a little tweaking this place could be absolutely amazing.
