There are ZERO words to describe how I feel but here it goes - We rarely eat fast food and our experience here is one more reason why we try not to eat fast food. Our order was WRONG and when I called them out - after leaving and not checking our bag - I was told by someone who claimed to be a manager - NOT- that they personally packed the food and it was right and then hung up on me. We ordered a 3 piece chicken combo and a 4 piece chicken combo - the 3 piece had 2.5 pieces of chicken and the 4 piece 3 - the fries were soggy and the drinks were wrong. $25 late and a piss poor attitude - no need to sip here A thankfully I won't be back. read more

Are usually enjoy Wendy's. It is one of the only fast food restaurants that I will eat. Though on this visit, I was really perturbed by the change in their ordering procedures. When we entered the establishment, the server asked us if we were going to pay by cash or card. When we answered card, she directed us to place our order at a kiosk. Placing your order at the kiosk was slightly torturous. Plus there was a 3 to 5 second delay after every option was answered before the kiosk would ask you the next question. It's been a few months since I've eaten at this location, so I am not sure if this new option has been in existence for sometime now, and I just didn't know about it. Traveling through and stopped for gas, decided to grab some Wendy's. I placed a mobile order, go to the drive thru and was rudely told that they could not prepare the food because the grill was down for cleaning. It was 11:35pm, their hours show as open until 12:00am. They couldn't give me a refund because it was a mobile app order. So now I have to wait to hear back from the customer care team to receive a refund for food I never even got. I could understand having the grill closed at 11:50-11:55, but it was almost 30 minutes before they were supposed to close. And now reading the other reviews, it looks like this is a known issue. I don't think I've ever been to this Wendy's location before. Very mediocre service and food. I wasn't given a spoon with my frosty. They got my order wrong in the drive thru and offered no apologies. The restaurant was very dark and dated looking. Hopefully , it will get remodeled soon. read more

Mediocre food, terrible service. Placed a mobile order and went to the drive thru, got told to move forward to wait. 10 minutes later I go into the store for them to tell me they haven't even started it yet. Upon getting the food it's already somehow lukewarm. Cheese not even remotely melted on any of the burgers. So I got moved and forgotten about, then got handed cold food. This was maybe the worst fast food experience ever. Normally don't even eat fast food, but we are driving through, and it seemed easy. Far from it. Pulled to drive thru, was told to wait a minute. 8 minutes later, they were ready. We should've known then to just take off. Made the order. No substitutions, nothing crazy. First window, rude. Whatever, we paid. Second window, hands us 2 drinks we ordered and then 1 bag, and says "it's all there," and closes window. Here's a shocker, it wasn't all there. Was short 2 fries, sauce, the large chili was 1/2 full. Pulled around to get the order right, more rudeness. Front cashier just shoved the bag at my wife. Berry Burst Chicken Salad with a Roasted Almond Toppings. The salad was surprisingly good. I don't normally enjoy salads with fruit on them but I didn't want to eat heavy so I went for it. I also have never eat roasted slivered almonds on a salad but I enjoyed those as well. The lettuce was fresh and there was plenty of sweet blueberries and strawberries on the salad. The chicken wasn't too dry or tough to eat. The raspberry vinegarette was also delicious. This salad was definitely a pleasant surprise. I really enjoyed it. I also tried the new peach lemonade and it was okay. Didn't taste a lot of peach though. read more

Today I stopped by for a quick burger and when I was placing my order, the person taking my order was so RUDE! I really didn't hear what she asked and asked her to repeat. She literally gave me an attitude and started yelling at me. Drove to the window to pay and gave her my card. She snatched my card out of my hand and she was talking to someone else on the phone and basically told that person that I was rude and a b*tch. Of course, I was not going to wait for that so I took my card and drove to the next window. As I was driving off, she made a great effort of giving me attitude and calling me a b*tch again and had to make an appearance at the next window to call me a b*itch again. She basically threw my order and slammed my drink and made the other associate uncomfortable. The other associate (skinny guy with short beard) handed me my food and did not know what to say because the girl was still calling me a b*tch. Never in a million years have someone ever treated me like that and being called a b*tch at least 4 times before driving off was unnecessary. I will NEVER stop by this Wendy's ever again. Also, I just had to toss my drink because she prepared it and I couldn't see through the window of what was done to it. It's really sad to say you are scared to eat or drink something, especially after you paid for it, because you are so sure they did something to prove a point. I decided to stop by to pick up something to eat on my way home from a trip we took to Birmingham. We walked in and the staff were quite rude to us. We ordered and got our food but we were missing our Dr. Peppers so when we asked, the woman who took our order two minutes ago accused us of not paying for them. She finally got them after we pulled out our receipt and waited for our food. The vanilla frosty I received had 3 short pieces of black hair in it and I refused to drink all of it because I was disgusted. I love wendys but I will never come back to this one! read more

Great food & service. I had a small chili, frosty & seasonal fruit; everything was perfect. The chili was exceptionally hot, the seasonal fruit was strawberries & blueberries--really!!! That was awesome & you can't go wrong with a chocolate frosty for 50 cents!!! Had a great experience! read more

When buying fast food I believe you should set realistic expectations. You are buying cheap quick food. This Wendy's is clean, food was hot and fresh and the employees were prompt and friendly. They didn't act like you were bothering them by ordering as some places do. Very satisfactory experience. read more
