It is true this Wendy's always has the slowest drive thru. I'm embarrassed to say I work in town and quite often I drive by anytime between 4-7 pm and sometimes the 99 cent spicy nuggets tempt the hell out of me( insert ashamed emoji). Honestly I pray that the light is green, so I raced to it and don't stop here and then regret it immediately after eating my food. The food is generally hot and put together well, so the workers seem to be okay. But they gotta figure out a way to get this drive through rolling ( pun intended). It's some very slow, fast food. I will saw it is nicer inside after the renovation. read more

Dirty, grungy, disgusting. Used the restroom then went up to order and whole place grossed me out. Avoiding food poisoning. Bad management.

How can you advertise breakfast hours but not open until 8 or even advertise the hours?

Just Terrible ALL the way around. The person at the register was taking orders and getting the food together even though there were at least 7 people working. Waited over 15 min for my food and it came out COLD! There seems to be no one managing this system. read more

Wendy's - Cold sandwich. Can't continue to eat. - Fast Food Near Me - Milford, Massachusetts

I use to love going to Wendy's, now I dread using the drive thru. Service has gone down so badly since they introduced AI at the drive thru. I am someone who hates AI an does not want to use it. Last time I visited and ask for a human, it was almost like the workers forgot how to take an order from a customer. read more

I rate this a solid 2.3. Went drive through and the person taking orders had a tough time figuring out 2 sets of 4 nuggets, you would have thought we were building a space ship. Got my food quick which was nice. Staff doesn't talk at the windows, but gets the food out fast. Putting the fast in food. Fries were mid, tasted low key weird. My Vanilla Coke tasted like vanilla piss water. The garlic parm nuggets were fire, good seasoning and crisp. The buffalo nuggets were ass and very soggy. Overall the hassle of trying to build a rocket ship ordering 8 nuggets total was not worth it. #IAmSorryWendy read more

If I could rate negative stars I would. Ordered a double with ketchup only. Got a soggy greasy roll covered in onions, mayo, mustard and pickles. Looked like it was made in the mid 90's. The asinine auto recorded order system wither doesn't work at all or the morons making the burgers don't hear it. read more

horrible fucking drive through service messed up my order and have some dumbass ai this is the most retarted shit I've ever had to endure and then some read more

Maybe next time don't replace spicy nuggets with fucking barbeque saucy nuggets, not even close to what I ordered.

We just went to have dinner at this Wendy's in Franklin and it's closed. The only the drive-through is open but it doesn't say that on the door the doors are locked do you knock on the door no one even looks up to see who's knocking or what's going on. I'm pretty sure if they were intending to not have inside hours. They should at least have posted that. This is sad because one of the nicer Wendy's around but that's OK maybe there I was will change it some other time in the future will come back for dinner another night. Good luck. read more

Always about 10 minutes between a cashier just being NEAR the registers, you don't get what you order, and everything is soggy. This used to be the best Wendy's when I was a kid and now it's trash. Don't go here if you want anything close to what you order. (I got a bacon biggie bag and got a sandwich with no bacon, nuggets and fries. That's not what the bacon biggie bag is. read more

Absolutely terrible service. They can't get an order correct. Last 3 times my order wrong. Missing items or not even what I ordered. It's absolutely ridiculous. Just throw anything into your bag. It's not even good either. read more

The nuggets and fries are good, but the wait time is really long, because it's right off the highway

I mobile ordered a baked potato here a couple of weeks ago and when I got home the inside was dark brown - it was clearly a spoiled potato. They had to have seen it and prepared it anyway, knowing it was drive thru and the customer probably wouldn't come back. Today I ordered a potato again. It was fine but they didn't include the sour cream or the buttery spread I customized. They absolutely don't care what the customer ends up with. read more

Very fast service. Food was hot and tastey! Wendy's def have the tastiest burgers! Fries were hot and taste of potato not fake flavoring or over salted! read more

Worst run and managed Wendy's I have ever visited. No manager running the shop 5 people hanging out in the back. This place ran out of baked potatoes in the middle of the day. Awful read more

Order two cheesy cheddar burgers (small burgers with cheese sauce and a patty) and received two hamburgers with nothing but ketchup. Repeated the order 3 times, also, before paying. They did not display their errors. Guess you can order things but they feel free to put whatever into the bag so enjoy your mystery burger from this Wendy's ‍ (also I'm aware they're not on the menu, but you've trained most of your staff on making them but clearly didn't train them all). read more

So, every single time I order a 4 for 4 with ranch on the side no pickles and no mustard, they just give me a normal 4 for 4 with mustard and no ranch and pickles. Like bro I'm allergic to pickles, every time happens, and ever Tim's I have to throw the burger to the trash. read more

This is by far the worst wendys you will ever go to. Stay far away from this wendys hell. I've lived in this town for 20+ years, have now recently moved away and come back and STILL this is a dump. Long lines, rude catty employees, and terrible food. Do you know upsetting it is to be so hungry and you know you can't make it to your house to eat, so you desperately stop at the closest Wendy's, end up spending $10+ and the cheese is cold, the burger is dry and not hot either. How do they also have the worst fries from the surrounding wendys? Don't even try complaining and getting another replacement, they made mine before I could even turn around and throw away the bad one. And guess what, it came out just the same. DONT SPEND UR MONEY HERE, ID RATHER STARVE. read more

This is a fairly average Wendy's. It's food quality is as expected. The restaurant is clean and well kept. The problem with it is that it's always severely understaffed. The line at the drive through is always long and so is the line inside! It's fast food slow! read more

Went through the drive thru at 7:40 am to try out the breakfast menu. No line. I sat at the order speaker for 3 minutes, no one there, so drove off. According to their hours they open at 6:30. 7:45am and no one there I guess. Probably better off. My wife tried the breakfast last week and ordered a coffee and asked for a creamer. While driving away she opened the creamer to put in her coffee and a solid creamer chunk in the shape of the container dropped in it. Had to throw it away. Gross place and terrible bad no service read more

I can't tell if this is a fast food restaurant or a zoo for fruit flies. There were SO MANY flies. We stopped in to pickup our food as previous reviews were negative about the drive thru service. Everything seemed fine at first until we went to the counter. There were swarms of flies at the registers, bathrooms, and an obscene amount by the drinks and ketchup counter. I can only imagine how many there were in the actual kitchen. read more

My two teenage kids and I stopped at this Wendy's on our way home from Bible study. It was around 9:30pm as we were running late, we stopped here to grab something quick. I ordered two double baconators and a single one. When we got home the burgers were not edible. They were extremely salty. Then it dawned on us, that's why the staff was so giggly. We dumped our burgers and I called customer service and they said someone would return my call within the next 48 hrs and it hasn't happened. I don't care about the money or getting free food but if there's no control over who does what to the burgers, I'm afraid to think they could have done worse things to the food. Yuck, yuck!! Definitely NOT going back to this branch or Wendy's in general. read more

I waited in line today for 25 minutes and there was only 4-5 people in front of me. Then when I finally got to my car to eat there was a hair in my burger. It wasn't even worth my time or money to return it. Four years ago this place was ok but I will never eat there again. read more

This is where you should go if you want the hands down WORST customer service EVER. Every single time I have been to this Wendy's drive through, there is either a line wrapped entirely around the building that is barely moving, or it is completely empty and you STILL wait in the drive through to be waited on for 20 minutes. What could these employees possibly be doing? They even charged me for a large fry and I did not receive any fries at all. Employees also let friends run up to the drive through window for free food, quite frequently. Complete shit, I wouldn't go within ten miles of this place if it wasn't the ONLY Wendy's anywhere remotely near my house. Terrible. Horrible. Disgusting. Get your shit together Wendy's it isn't that hard to work for a fast food chain, definitely not worth 20 minutes of sitting in an empty drive through only to not even receive the food I paid for. read more

Long waits, terrible attitudes from staff, so disorganized. The orders have mistakes more often then not. Super disappointing.

The service is dead slow. Last time when we came we couldn't wait went to Franklin instead. This time we had to wait for 10 mins still at the drive through counter, after ordering we were asked to wait extra 5 mins. We saw only only one car ahead of us. At peak times I have seen a long line. Look for another option unless you have free time read more

Food is fresh and tasted just fine. Not seasoned right and a bit of bland. We had a coupon of buy one get one so didnt feel bad. If you visit this place during the rainy day then you can either get stuck on the wendy pond through dilla st entry or can get ur canoe to get into the restaurant. Management should fix the water clogging issue. This opens till late which is a good point. Average customer service. read more

I just went through the drive thru, presented a digital coupon to the cashier she came back reached for my card I said oh did my total change she said yes, when I got my receipt at the second window it had not changed. She literally lied right to my face. Then comes the lady at the second window. My receipt clearly says 2 bbq sauces and 2 sweet n sour sauces. She put one of each, no big deal I just ask for the missing sauces. She says I already gave you your sauces. I said oh I asked for two of each, she grabbed two random sauces and rudely gave them to me. At this point I just drove away. Had there not been a huge line behind me I would've asked to speak to the manager but decided to not hold up the line of 10+ cars behind me over rude and lying employees. Disgusted in this place. Sad part is I'm writing this review because this is not the first time I've encountered rude employees at this location. read more

Slow service, rude uncaring employees, and mediocre food. I waited for 20 minutes at the drive thru to get a salad and burger because the order taker would take the order, wait until that person was served, and then take the next order. When I finally got to the window, I asked for the manager, who simply replied, "We beeeeezy. We have more customers than other Wendy's." Busy?! It was 8pm and there were 5 cars waiting (2 of whom left)! What was worse, is after I complained, he went to the back room and laughed with the other employees. He seriously needs to go. read more

It's better than any other fast food on town, because , McDonald's I do not know which one is worsted, BK awful, KFC rude , and most of the employees don't even speak English well,Wendy's is good food make at the moment I get it something take a little but is a fast food everyone goes there, is demanding, the employees most of them are very nice and friendly, I can see some of them standing in the hallway but most of them do their jobs they keep themselves busy, I'm not a fast food fan but I rather , to go to Wendy's than other fast food read more

This location needs a management change. Constant slow service without intentions to improve.

Jesus this place is the worst Wendy's I've been to, a title previously held by the Franklin location. I waited a literal 20 minutes for my food there once. All other times have been incredibly slow as well. Employees are routinely confused by their own drive-thru. Violent diarrhea is the last straw for me. This place needs to clean house and get some decent workers, and probably a board of health inspection. read more
