I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this Panera needs HELP. Panera in general is fine, I like it, but this review is about this particular location. The first time I went there, I was treating my aunt and mother to lunch. They both got soup, I got a caprese sandwich. The sandwich was good, however the soup was cold despite me waiting there and getting it right when it was put in the window. I brought the soup back and asked if they could heat it up. The lady at the window told me to use the microwaves at the front of the restaurant and that 'they don't do that'. I said let me get this straight you want me to heat up the soup you gave me cold less than a minute ago in the microwave? She said yes. I waited for a different employee and tried again, she took the soup back and I watched as the employee I already spoke to yelled at her for doing it directly in front of me. I felt bad, and it was so inappropriate. I gave them another try, I ordered for drive up since I have a dog and didn't want to leave him in the car. I showed up and put I was there on the app, waited ten minutes before I went inside. I saw my order sitting on the counter. I took it and said, I'm taking this, but you know you have other people waiting in their cars, right? The person behind the counter said 'we're too busy, they'll come in eventually, not my problem'. I was taken aback. I let everyone parked know what they said so they didn't wait like me, but that is absolutely unacceptable, both the service and the attitude. There needs to be a complete overhaul of this location. It's frankly not even slightly appropriate behavior or service. Pro, the Greek stuffer was delicious. My new favorite Panera item. And as always the Dubai chocolate cookie was amazing. read more

It came out cold and it was burnt I hated it the most that is why I gave it a one star

Don't go here unless you want to eat at dirty tables that you clean yourself with smaller portion sizes and higher prices and also expected not to complain about that as a customer! I wish 0 stars was an option. read more

Watched a worker come out of bathroom stall then went back to work without washing hands. Would leave less then one star if i could.

This Panera was sooooo dirty. There was old food stuck on seats and debris on the floor, table, and seats. So gross. My drink was predictably fine but I took it to go because it was so dirty inside. read more

The restaurant has the self checkout which made it easier to order and you can log into your account with your phone number. This location is clean and the food came out quickly The spicy take chicken sandwich is a limited time offer. The overall sandwich was good, this is probably healthier than a fried version. The crispy pickle chips were surprisingly addictive. Can't go wrong with anything here. Breakfast menu ends at 10:30 AM. read more

It's 3:00 so it's not crowded. So why does my food look so bland? Could they add a little more rice? When I ordered from the kiosk it showed twice as much food but I'm still paying full price. There's a bonus visitor though. A fruit fly has joined me! I don't think I'll be back for overpriced food in less than spotless conditions! read more

By far the best Panera I've ever been to. You'd think they all taste the same, but no: other Panera's will sometimes give me a stomachache after, or serve lukewarm soups or pasty Mac and cheese. I've never had that issue at Panera Bread in Medway. I've been coming here for years, and will definitely continue to do so! read more

Is this what you'd call a Bacon Avocado Bravo sandwich with EXTRA BACON that I paid more money for? This is ridiculous. This isn't the first time. I used to loveeee Panera and come all the time. Prices have gone up, yet the quality and portions have gone way down. This isnt even an actual sandwich for god sakes. I didn't even have a full singular slice of avocado on my sandwich... If I could give this place a zero, I would. read more

Great Food And Great Service I Tried The Mac And Chesse And it Was Delicious Also The Chips Was Also Good

I love this place. All the food isn't exactly healthy but you're enjoying every bite while you're devouring it.

We have been a fan of Panera for their freshly baked bread, they give out their bread to the needy after closing, and they offer a wide variety of healthy-ish food. But we will not be going back to this location. A few weeks ago, we dined in and ordered some food and drinks. We noticed there were only mugs and takeout paper cups, so not wanting to be wasteful, we grabbed mugs and poured in some iced tea. We were then yelled at by the manager working behind the counter that mugs are for hot drinks only. I cannot comprehend why that is a rule at all, and what purpose it could serve. If its a rule that corporate/upper management is saying has to be enforced, then shame on them for trying to set up such a laughable and useless rule. If it's a rule set up by that specific manager, then perhaps calling out customers in front of everyone is not the best customer service. And if it really is a life and death situation, then perhaps add in other non-disposable cup options so that customers who are dining in don't have to grab mugs to not feel wasteful. I also noticed there were maybe 4 employees working there on a Saturday shift. Pretty clearly a staff shortage issue with all the we're hiring signs. Maybe corporate/upper management should actually prioritize their employees by paying them wages that are not indicative of the 1990s. Or at least I'm hoping they're paying employees modern wages, since the price on everything Panera has to offer has increased dramatically over the past several years. Panera might think customers haven't noticed, but believe me, we notice. read more

Customer service is atrocious. My order came without my entree, the "manager" would not provide me with her name and said "we'll send you a new one, there's no need to know my name", she also was rude and condescending and could not understand why someone would be upset about not getting food after waiting for an hour. The manager also accused me of saying I didn't get food, and really having it, and that she'll know because door dash will take a picture. I was sent an empty bread bowl and no Mac and cheese, she made the accusation after confirming that the Mac and cheese was left behind in the restaurant and calling door dash. I would give 0 stars if I could, nothing to do with the quality of food, but the lack of customer service and compassion. Spend your money literally anywhere else, they don't care about their customers or their customer service. read more

This location is horrible. I show up and there is no one up front to take my order. I ask walk back to the kitchen area and I'm told to use a kiosk. A kiosk? I'm the customer, I don't work there!?? I asked for someone to ring me up and was told by one of the cooks it will be a while. Bye bye. Never going to this location again and I'm likely done with Panera as a whole. I just wanted to have lunch. The food is usually good, but the service was cold and mostly absent. Again, I was told to order it myself at a kiosk, twice. I said no twice and eventually left hungry and dissatisfied. Ten minutes and not a single Panera employee was up front. How? read more

Friendly staff went out of their way to help. Made for a great atmosphere. Classic good Panera food.

Just went to Panara bread in Milford MA and picked up a dinner order for my family -$70. Got home to find out the order was missing an item, so I called Panara to just have my credit card refunded for the missing item. Was told they don't do that and I needed to drive back with the receipt and then they would process the mistake they made! Absolutely terrible customer service. Will never go there again and neither will any of my family. What a dumb mistake! for a $10 refund they have ruined their name and have lost regular customers! They did say they would mail me a gift certificate.... but my wife said they have told her that before and it never happened. Terrible service! read more

A friend and I come for breakfast usually twice a week, and both of us have the monthly coffee/drink plan. Twice now, today and on Feb 9, two out of three coffee urns have been empty at 9:05 or so, along with at least one cream/milk dispenser. Only one person taking orders, and no one monitoring the coffee supply. I am very disappointed and tempted to not renew my plan at the end of the month. read more

One person at the register 12 people in line. Wouldn't you think to open another register?I tried to use the self help machine, well DON'T try it if you have a gift card. It doesn't take gift cards. After three tries with help from someone who works there & the line growing longer you would think the manager would've had someone if not herself open another register. It took 25 yes 25 minutes to order & pick up a sandwich & salad. Poor poor service read more

Pretty standard Panera but it gets super loud and busy during rush hour. They have a decent selection of salads but they are just mediocre, I got the southwestern chicken salad and the chicken seemed not super fresh (was a bit rubbery) and it was cold. I've had way better salads elsewhere and I was wishing I had waited and gone to a local coffee shop that had better salad options instead. They have fast kiosks where it's supposed to be faster to order, but in fact it's slow because nobody knows how to use the machines to order. There are a lot of modifications you can make to your order and a lot of steps to go through, so you're better off ordering via the cashier who knows how to operate the machines. The ambiance inside is loud and crowded and there were a lot of children and high school students there. The tables are really close to one another so you can hear everything your neighbor is saying. The WiFi is very slow so don't expect to get much work done if you're coming here to work. They also cut off WiFi during peak hours after 30 min. Take some time and research some local coffee shops before coming here. There are way better options for places to work with better food and WiFi. read more

Disappointed everytime I order to go. To get curbside pickup they tell me I have to call, because when I order online from their site it doesn't show up curbside, just "to go." So I call and nobody picks up, or they put you on hold and forget about you entirely. After getting someone on the phone and getting your order taken, they don't bring out your order. I sit there in the vehicle matching the description they asked me for. So you just go inside to get it already. They say "you're supposed to call when you get here." Ok. So I call when I get here next time and nobody answers the phone. I keep getting sent back to the recorded list of prompts over and over. If they got this situation figured out to where it actually runs like it's meant to I might give more stars. read more

Fourth time the cinnamon rolls were burnt, and the supervisor (Al) passes the buck onto some nameless new trainee when I complain about it. The cinn rolls were my fav thing and they're gone. There's a fly problem. To stand there seeing fly after fly landing on all the food and sticking makes me want to vomit. Just saying. Look at the pics if you don't believe me. Update: I ate a blueberry scone/carrot smoothie last Mon. puked so violently after an hr. I was in the ER, a pint of IV fluid pouring through me all day with nonstop nausea and tachychardia. I'm not eating here again. read more

Would not suggest this place, food preparation and cleanliness in question. A few years ago found a staple in my chicken soup... Accidents happen, no big deal at the time, i did not swallow it so I kept going. Recently though I had a $5000.00 bowl of mac and cheese there. The $5000 is the cost for oral surgery and replacement of the tooth that shattered after biting into a very small rock in my bowl of Panera Mac and Cheese. Yes I approached them and documented everything and they had no concern, if they have no concern for me, I doubt they have any concern for what they are feeding your family either. So yeah, rocks and staples in the food... My family no longer goes there, and we no longer have them cater our company luncheons read more

I like the new revamped service. No more waiting in line at the pickup window. They bring it to you. Your buzzer must mysteriously have a gps. So cool. Food is still good and good flavor. I love my rewards on my card. I'm very happy so far. Only negative is the self-service order computer. Confusing and not easy to use because it times out and makes you restart your order very quickly. if you have an order open and then walk over to your table to ask a family member a question your order is gone. So annoying. I helped out a few peole in line too because they were older and very confused. Maybe think of revamping that system soon please? read more

Called in a rapid pickup order arrived 10 minutes after scheduled pickup time. No order on the shelf. Waited 10 more minutes still no order. Asked register clerk where my order was waited another 5 to 10 minutes and she came back to tell me she couldn't find it. Then she gave the order number to who I assume was the manager and she went to the back. Waited another 5 to 10 minutes and she came with my order. When I asked what happened she said the order was in back because they were out of one of the items (a bear claw) yet the soup was piping hot. Although I appreciate your refunding my money you have lost a customer forever. Please own up to a mistake and don't tell bold face lies. Had you just told the truth in the beginning and told me I'm sorry some how we missed your order I would have remained a loyal customer but I'm done. read more

Tried to order online and it failed twice so I called. Well, "Jessica " was "just about to go to lunch" so could I wait an hour or so? Seriously? Who says that to a customer? And why is her lunch more important than mine? I have tried ordering online once before and showed up the next day expecting my order ready to bring to work for coworkers only to be told online orders are handled by a separate company and they did not have my order. So I would definitely not recommend online ordering and giving ur card info to whoever this outside company is or this location for pickup orders. Jessica is probably 'just about' to have a meal. read more

I gave been a Panera customer for YEARS! Today I ordered from the Milford location -WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT IN FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. Grilled cheese isn't grilled. When I complained I was told it was put in an oven. I'm not stupid- this was MICROWAVED bread. It was AWFUL. Soup was BARELY LUKEWARM. SPOKE TO "MANAGER" who told me " how do you think the cheese was melted?" Duh- in a microwave by the look and taste of it. He just didn't care. I threw soup and sandwich in the trash. $14 wasted. Now I know why there are so many poor ratings for this Panera on this site. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!! read more

This place SUCKS. I spent $12 on a sandwich and bag of chips. Extra for EXTRA avocado. There was no avocado on the sandwich, not even a piece. I asked for no lettuce. They put extra, probably in an attempt to hide th fact that there was no avocado. So I not only did I not received what I paid extra for, I received the OPPOSITE. This is right before lunch time what was going to happen then? I do not blame your help they are the BEST but your managers at that location leave a lot to help.
