I've been coming to Superette for 20+ years since I was dependent on a bike to come and grab a sandwich at lunch and it's always been lights out. Best sandwiches around. I go straight for the sandwiches but they have a small supermarket with fresh produce, marinated meats, hot foods, and a full deli counter. Service has always been great. I've been going to the Superette for a few years now since it's located about two blocks from where I work. I tried to get on their daily specials fax list for over a year and to no avail. Bad for them since I eat out EVERY DAY and not knowing what their specials of the day kept me from going there in case I wasn't interested in the specials and not wanting to get one of my regular sandwiches (Turkey Fitzgerald with red onions, Italian sub, or tuna salad sandwich, in case you were curious). Bazel's Pizza down the street got a lot of my business. Then I had a new employee start. He knew the good people of the Superette. He got us on the fax list. I now go at least once a week. My favorite special: their pulled pork dinner. Except I usually substitute the potatos & veggies for some tossed salad. There's just something about their tossed salad & their salad dressing that hits the spot! Today, they went above and beyond in terms of customer service. I took a late lunch and by the time I got there, ALL their dinner specials were all gone. I was a sad camper. I had to go with Plan C, a cup of soup. I couldn't resist and asked Matt, the guy behind the counter, if there was any tossed salad left, even though there wasn't any of the dinner specials left. He told me he'd work with me. And by work with me, he grabbed a new bag of salad, chopped up some veggies, and doused it with just the right amount of salad dressing. To top it off, he also gave me an extra side of dressing. I told him, a happy customer is a repeat customer! The staff is great. Always smiling, always friendly. The food is delicious and always fresh. They are the reason you should support small local businesses. read more

Superette has been a Holliston staple for decades. As a Holliston resident for decades as well I have been a patron here many many times. I love the hometown feel of this business as well as interactions with staff. I love my go to turkey sub as well as the steak tips! Staff is wonderful, many have been working there for as long as I can remember. The high school and college age kids who worked here or have in the past have always been amazing, kind and helpful in anyway they can. Never a bad experience! read more

Rude and outdated. They had lunch specials on the website when I went in I was told they are old they haven't updated it. I had looked the day before and that day was fish and chips. Today it said lasagna. So I don't get the update part. Then she told me it was my fault for looking on the website and not calling. read more

I love that they carry Boar's Head deli meats, the very best for my own sandwiches at home. I remember big fat juicy Italian subs from almost 59 years ago, but haven't found any of those lately...all so skimpy nowadays. Big fat Jewish deli sandwiches are still in style. These are some excellent butchers, so go there for your high-quality meats. They will custom mix sausages, so I can get extra fennel seed. I love the Holliston superette. They have have great options I always am able to get what I need great meats, deli, fish, and produce. I particularly like their sausages made in house and they carry maple leaf hotdogs. I also love that you can get framingham bakery breads, rolls and pizza. The sandwiches they make are also really good. I've been shopping here for years and have always enjoyed having it locally but it's even better during the pandemic because they do curbside and I just read they deliver which I wasn't aware of so I'll be trying that too. read more
