Did DoorDash from this Panera and not happy. Did three 'Pick Twos'. Green Goddess salad has no dressing which is the best part. Two Napa chicken sandwiches had a very small amount of chicken salad which is ridiculous given the price. Food is fresh and healthy but way overpriced and they should be checking orders before they go out. read more

Whilst driving into work one day, I noticed a new Panera sign in the plaza right around the corner from my office. I literally squealed out loud in my car! I love Panera, but I hardly ever get to go because there wasn't one conveniently located for lunch breaks. But now there is! This location just opened last week, but I was pleasantly surprised at how well they have their act together already. The cashier who took my order didn't know whether or not there was mayo on my sandwich (I despise mayo), but she was able to look it up quickly for me in her handy little passport thingy. The order came out at a speed comparable to what I usually encounter at other more established Panera locations. The manager was walking around asking people if everything was to their liking. The interior is very spacious with plenty of tables. My soup and sandwich were delicious! I can see myself becoming a frequent customer here. :) read more

FINALLY a great cup of coffee in Milford. I work in Hopkinton, so Milford is close and has alot of stores to choose from. And while there are plenty of Dunkin Donuts around town....it IS DD coffee. Blech. Panera has a GREAT cup of coffee. PLUS healthy options for lunch. HURRAY! I love love love their breads. And their soup in a bread bowl...yes it's not as healthy...but soooooo good when you're splurging on your caloric intake. They have a wide variety on their menu. A few items are higher priced. but it is not unreasonable for HEALTHY choices. I am always willing to pay more for quality. Yes i is a chain and it is not any different than any other Panera, but the staff is friendly, and quick. And just what Milford needed. read more

While the Milford Panera may not be the best location out there (no DRIVE THRU!!!), it definitely has great food and is a convenient place that is one of the healthier options in the area. Craving soup, mac and cheese, or any delectable sandwich that'll keep you on a decent diet? What about a coffee, bagel or pastry? If either are yes, Panera is the best place to stop in Milford... and really the only place of its type in the area (besides Dunkin Donuts). This location (as others have mentioned) has great hours, opening as early as 6:30, daily and closing at 10pm daily (except for 9pm on Sunday). Staff are friendly and service is prompt. There is a pick up window around the ordering counter, with a board to see whose orders are ready / being made. Large dining room also available that is clean and spacious. Prices are average, and with MyPanera, rewards are endless for regular customers. According to their website, they offer delivery and free wifi as well. Sort of nice for businesses in the area.... I would love if Panera delivered to the school I work at. 4 stars for the Milford Panera. Great cafe, just can't give a Panera 5 stars without a drive thru. read more

We went on recommendation of the hot chocolate. It came out cold. Not supposed to be. It was to be a loaded hot chocolate. Sent it back. He said he was going to make 2 new ones. This was the first Panera I've been to where they had table service. All of the ones in NJ make you wait near a counter for your food. I hope they incorporate the table service into all of the other restaurants. read more

This was my second time at this particular Panera. I love Panera and my first visit to this location was great. Great service, quick and accurate. I came back because I expected the same. This experience was less than stellar. The cashier was excruciatingly slow. The line built up to the door and no additional staff came to help for 8 minutes. They were around the corner chatting. The line continued to grow. What seemed to be a manager jumped on the register to help. A young kid walked up to the register being run by the slow cashier. Just to read the menu. He offered to help her even though that meant she was cutting the very line that many if us had been in for over 10 minutes now. Did this happen at a busy lunch time? Nope. 4pm. If I had written this the last time I was here I would have given it 5 stars. I figure I'll average my two experiences and rate it a 3. read more

You know what, it's a Panera. If you've been to one, you've been to all of them. For those of you who've never been to a Panera ( I may or may not be judging you if you've never been to one ), it's a chain cafe/bakery/thing with a healthy edge. I still prefer local cafes that advertise healthy choices, but all things considered, Panera does a damn good job. It's not fast food but I don't consider it a real cafe either. It sits somewhere in between. I enjoy the food there, especially the sandwiches. The tuna salad, turkey artichoke, and tomato mozzarella are my favorites. Drinks are good too, especially the chai. You can tell they make them with all milk ( as they should be ). The hot drinks are definitely hot though, which is good, but wait a couple minutes before downing it. I'm not a fan of their coffee, though. Not strong enough for my tastes. As for the service, it's hard to tell, for I believe they change their staff every other week. It's really a crap shot as to service. Sometimes I get a nice person as the cashier who's on top of their game and sometimes I get the person who simply cannot be bothered to be there. Either way, they seem to always forget to ask what you want as a side and default to chips. So much for being healthy. If you're like me and need your apple, BE SURE to specify that, because they sure as hell won't. The place gets awfully busy around the usual hours, like lunch. Sometimes finding a seat is hard, and sitting outside isn't exactly a pretty option either. It's obviously out of place in the lot it's in, but it does bring a lot of people to that area that usually wouldn't go. Also, the parking is usually a nightmare. I'm convinced people lose IQ points the second they pull in, so be careful while looking for a parking spot. All in all, it's a good Panera. I prefer it to the Franklin one for sure, despite the parking. If you want a decent meal and don't feel like driving 20 some odd minutes to find a decent cafe in the area, Panera in Milford is your place. If you're looking for some place for coffee while you type away for the rest of the day, I suggest you go elsewhere. read more

By far the worst ham egg and cheese I've ever had. Plus I ordered it on a bagel and it came out on 1 slice of bread cut in half. I like this Panera because of the ability to order on the kiosk, but this location is always out of stock of regular, expected items- notably baguettes. The last 3 or 4 times I've come to this location they've been out of baguettes and all of their best breads. Tonight was particularly bad though- not near closing and bakery was near empty. read more

Very good plain bagels. The best I've ever had by far. I am picky so I don't eat much off their menus. Their baguettes are also to die for. The one thing is that their lines are so slow. Also the fruit punch doesn't have enough kick for me. But that's just me. I will never stop going there. It is the best bagel place not just in town. But everywhere. read more

I usually go to this location all the time but I'll be driving an extra 5-10 minutes to go to the one in Franklin. Since their new delivery system, my sister & I have been ordering online but noticed they don't have the chicken Caesar sandwich available to order. I called them a few weeks ago and one of their employees Jessica told us to just order the chicken Caesar salad and put a note on there saying we wanted the sandwich instead. Today when we ordered, I ordered one chicken Caesar salad (because that's what I wanted) and another salad with a note on there about how we wanted the sandwich. Since it's a little confusing, there has been one other time we've got this order (prior to today) that they've called us to confirm what we wanted. Today, we didn't get a phone call, so we just assumed everything was all set. After they arrived LATE, we noticed we got 2 salads. I called & asked to speak to a manager. After being on hold for 10 minutes, I hung up and told the girl Bianca (who was the most helpful employee we spoke to and actually really nice) that I just waited over 10 minutes and spoke to no one. She said she would go get the manager personally and sounded surprised when I told her I had been waiting that long. When the manager Mark came on, I explained to him what happened, and I wasn't even mad about the situation, but I soon became mad with how he handled everything. Not only did I have to wait over 15 minutes total to actually get this guy on the phone, but he was SO unhelpful. He pulled up our order and said we ordered it correctly, didn't even apologize, and told me, the customer, that all their delivery drivers were busy so it would be awhile. Talk about rude. When I asked him about long it would take (thinking he would be able to give me a time of maybe 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes, something) he said "soon". I said ok I'll just wait. He sounded like he was drunk & clearly didn't care about the mistake. I'm 21 years old and a manager at my own store, and I have more managing skills in one hand than this man has in his entire body. The food finally arrived soon after, and the delivery driver was polite as always. Funny how all of their employees have been more polite and professional than their own manager. If panera was smart, I'd fire this guy in a heartbeat and get someone else in there, because if one of my employees ever made the customer feel like they were inconveniencing the business, when it was our mistake, they would be out that day. read more

Ordered a very simple sandwich and I had to go back to the counter 3 times to have it fixed. I paid $1.05 for extra cheese and never got it and I gave up trying to get my sandwich fixed. There were other customers also bringing their food back to be fixed. I like how it says "accuracy matters" on their receipts. I don't think it does! read more

After waiting 10 minutes for 2 lattes, my husband checked with the cashier who took our order to make sure we were waiting in the right place--the layout is different from other Paneras. She told us we were and to keep waiting. 5 minutes later, we still didn't have our coffees, so my husband asked at the window. The kid gave a half hearted apology and called for "2 iced lattes on the fly" without bothering to look at our order--which was not simply for 2 iced lattes. My husband had to correct the kid twice to get our order called correctly. After 10 minutes (yes, that's right, 25 minutes for 2 lattes!) we received our drinks. We are both lactose intolerant and can't drink dairy, so had ordered our drinks with soy milk. Mine was definitely dairy, but when I questioned the kid, he literally started yelling at me that it was soy. So, 25 minutes and $4 for a drink I couldn't drink. Yeah, no. read more

To Panera in general... Food is always delicious. My newest favorite on the menu (and I wish it wasn't seasonal)... Autumn Squash soup!!! Its amazing! A nice thick creamy puree with pumpkin seeds on top! It tastes Thai/Indian. I love that they have the pick 2 option and that they post how many calories are in each item on their menu. The price is on the higher side for sandwiches/salad/soup, but (Most) menu items are healthy, unique and tasty so It keeps me coming back. I would probably eat here more often if they cut the prices. read more

I was very disappointed with the way the staff treats their customers. My family and I were fasting for 13 days due to my religion so I was starving. My wife had realized that they had forgotten our child's food. When we called to ask them for a credit, and the person who answered simply laughed at us. She told us that we were not allowed to come until the next day to get the food, or we could get our money back also the next day. read more

Didn't get any avacado on my avacado panini one time. This time they put it on plain, cold bread instead of panini then just toasted it when I asked they correct it. So just got a refund, which they also got wrong. Was shorted around $5 from the manager himself. Breakfast shift girl was always inhospitable so I stopped going early morning, now I'm seeing it's an overall problem and dont plan on returning. I love Panera, don't get me wrong. Actually, I really love that they have the nutritional facts on line so I don't have any surprises the next morning on the scale. The first time I went to this location I got an ice coffee. Bleh! It was glorified murky ice water! It was horrible!!!! It was supposed to soothe me and accompany me back on my hour long trip home. But it did neither. The second time I went to this location I went for lunch and got half of a turkey sandwich and a cup of chicken soup. Both were really good. I was even tempted by the desserts because they were so fully stocked and pretty (and usually Panera desserts look gross and crusty to me). However, I gave the ice coffee another shot. Double Bleh! Still murky! And they didn't have any splenda, they ran out of it. WTH! I know splenda is corroding my guts but I like it. This place, the chain, has gone way down hill. Used to be good food at a good price, and always excellent pastries. My recent experience consisted of a terrible bowl of canned soup, a skimpy overpriced sandwich saltier than anything I've eaten in recent memory and two terrible desserts, a cookie and a piece of cake. Don't let the construction out front scare you away. The inside is very nice and clean and the food is delicious. They have kiosks you can order from if you don't want to wait in line. I'm new to Panera, but bought "to go" food here two nights in a row while staying at a nearby hotel. The first night, I was not informed where to pick up my order when I placed it, and my order sat for 15 minutes before I inquired about it. By then, the soup I ordered was cold. The manager did have the staff replace my soup, and the food was good. The second night, I knew the process, and the order-taker did tell me where to pick up my food. However, the staff sat the food in a spot I couldn't see and failed to call my name to announce my order was ready. After several minutes of waiting, I went looking and found my order. It wasn't labeled and I had to ask if it was mine. When i returned to the hotel, I discovered one of the soups I had ordered was wrong, and because of the delay in getting my order, the soup was lukewarm. My flatbread sandwich had good ingredients, but had been carelessly assembled. Instead of evenly distributing the ingredients, they were dumped in clumps on the flatbread so that one minute I was eating only cheese, another minute only chicken, and only part of the sandwich had sauce on it. Although they were all polite, I got the impression that some of the staff here are poorly trained or don't really care about their customer. read more
