A McDonalds that served me COLD soggy fries through the drive through on a Saturday evening. Buyer beware !

Waited in the drive-thru for hot fries- yay! However missing 1/4 of my order- boo! Never any quality check with this place.

Went to the McDonald's on Route 109. It was clean. I had a filet of fish sandwich excellent as always.

Why do people queue up to place their order when they've deployed the kiosks here. I love these things. Easy to use, easy to customize your order and you don't have to deal with a person other than "Thank you" when they bring your food. And yes, they will support other languages. I ordered a simple Number Three breakfast and it arrived at my table a few minutes later. Easy. Perfectly accurate. Simple. The soda/condiments station was stocked properly and the restaurant was tidy. I used their wifi for a short bit while I munched my breakfast. read more

they got my friends order wrong they put onions and onions which could have been a concern so be careful and a drink spilled all over my mother and now shes covered in coffe milk and oreo because the kid didnt put the lid on right. please don't go here unless u want a funny story! do not recommend. read more

Between this mcdonalds and the Burger king across the street. I dont know which one is worse. But since i got mcdonald today i'll put in my review. First off, i work in the area on the overnight shift. There are not too many places open to get a hotmeal, and sometimes what i get on my shift will probably be the only thing i'd eat all day. Today i had to wait over 40 minutes jus for an order of quarter pounder meal. After the 1st 15 minutes, i'd figured wth, might as well wait til i get my food im already in too deep. When i got my food it was cold and the burger was raw. What a waste of time and money. read more

While traveling home from Cape we stopped at this McDonald's location to use the bathroom as well as grab a quick bite on the road. When we pulled into the parking lot we thought that it was nice that they had a play area for the kids. In our area its not often that you get to see one. The restaurant itself was clean and the bathrooms were well maintained. When it came to ordering our food the staff members were nice and quickly took our order. The food was made fresh and overall the quality was average. In the end this was a decent stop while on the road and no different from many McDonald's locations. It was just nice that the place was clean and easily accessible from the highway. read more

McDonald's is never my favorite fast food, and I was very skeptical of even coming in here when they first opened because Wendy's is so close by and I just absolutely love Wendy's. But, I decided to check out this brand new McDonald's, and have to praise it first. I remember when I was a kid, years and years ago, and loved the PlayPlace at McDonald's. It was a treat to come here, and when I walked in here, I saw lots of kids enjoying the brand newly built play place this McDonald's has. It's very sad that many of the other McDonald's that used to have PlayPlace's got rid of theirs, and I'm very happy to see that this McDonald's not only kept it.... they completely replaced it with a brand new play area for the kids! Now, I never had come inside of this place when the old building was here, however, from another reviews perspective and in comparison to other McDonald's locations I have been to, I'd have to agree that the seating was sort of minimal. Not like there wasn't any seating or it was all taken up, but there definitely seemed to be a gigantic parking lot for such few tables and chairs. They did have a few booths, tables in the far corner of the restaurant, and some stools, but much less than I would have expected. Everything is brand spanking new, clean, organized, and user friendly. The staff seemed right on top of their game and kept the orders flowing. Parking lot (as said) is huge and the exits and entrances are much easier than they used to be. 4 stars for McDonald's in Milford. I will stop again if need be. read more

How difficult is it to make an unsweet ice tea with 2 equals? Never once got my order right. I keep trying almost every day. Finally just gave up. I'll make it at home! In addition, the unsweet ice tea is always old! It's a gamble to see if you get fresh ice tea. Also, the person who takes your order should at least understand English. Plain and simple. English does not need to be their first language but the person taking the order should be able to TAKE THE ORDER. read more

This has to be on of the slowest McD's I've ever been to. Sometimes I come early in the morning before work usually between 6 and 7 AM and it takes me 20 minutes to get through the drive-thru, even though there's no line. Sometimes I go in the afternoon for lunch and again it takes a long time, even longer than early mornings. I went through the drive-thru this morning at 5:45am. There was one car in line in front of me. I ordered an egg McMuffin and a Sprint. Because they are notoriously slow I started my timer as soon as I finished my order. Took 9mins and 47sec for them to complete my order. Last week I went through the drive-thru around 7am and got an egg McMuffin. The muffin was so hard I couldn't bite into it. Ended up throwing it away. Also don't expect to be greeted. I rarely get a 'welcome' or 'good morning'. Basically you feel like your putting them out by being there. Sad because I feel McD's was the fast food standard that most others companies tried to emulate. Now I think they're on the outside looking in. read more

Went through the drive through and ordered two chicken McNugget happy meals for my girls aged 2 and 6 as a treat. When they were eating them at home my oldest says "this chicken is really fatty". I look at it and it is completely raw in the middle. I called them up and while they offered to give me back my money, the manager reacted as if I were saying "you added pickles to my burger when I didn't want any". Unbelievable!!! Súper rude manager, my friend asked a simple question and he just yelled at her for no reason. I understand it's frustrating when it's busy which it wasn't but still it was unnecessary. One employee (short, dyed red hair, glasses) was preparing my boyfriend and I's food with no gloves on, and we witnessed her touching her face/hair and then immediately touching the food. Every other employee WAS wearing gloves, so why does this rule not apply to her? It was repulsive to watch and know that every food item I purchased had been handled with bare hands carelessly. The female employee I speak of also had no name tag on, and the sleeves of her shirt rolled up to turn it into a tank top. Interesting. read more

The money they spent remodeling this from a restaurant to a cheap-looking walk-in coffee shop, should have been spent on hiring a crew. I literally saw 14 cars in the drive thru this morning, so I walked in. Prime rush hour. At least 5 people waiting, no crew in sight. Spotted one guy taking drive thru orders, and finally one woman who kept getting the order on which she was working, wrong. I waited forever, watching others come and go, before leaving as well, with no coffee or breakfast, to get to work on time. I warned several people at the drive thru, who followed my lead out of the driveway. All in all, none of my visits have been great since the change, incorrect orders, and several drive thru staff not saying "Hello", or "You're welcome", but this was the worst. Done with this location. The location on Route 140 is far superior. Friendly, capable staff and a welcoming atmosphere. read more

Never had an issue ordering lunch or dinner here. Breakfast, however, seems their weak point. Ordering at the drive through is like playing the lottery. Occasionally I luck out and get a bag with a much bigger meal than I ordered at the expense of the driver either ahead or behind me but most often I get screwed. read more

The service at the Milford, Medway Road location is very, very slow. I pulled up to the order window on Sunday morning with about 4 cars in front of me. After placing my order I sat in line without moving for at least 10 minutes. The employees should have instructed the individual at the head of the line to pull into the designated area so others could continue-they did not. Second complaint is the reduction in size of the medium ice coffee. It went from 22oz down to around 12oz. That's half the coffee for the same price. From now on I will go to Cumberland Farms which is just a mile or so down the road and get a large ice coffee for a buck. read more

Ok well it has been rebuilt, and it's got plenty of parking. Unfortunately, at the expense of seating inside! The dining room is HALF of what it was. What a stupid move. Parking for 54 cars but only seating for 38 people. How does that possibly make sense? And its an odd mix of seating types as well. On the plus side the indoor play area is there. But again, less seating. Not enough for birthday parties anymore. I won't comment much on the staff as they are all new. But I will say they were a bit noisey. read more

Check your food for human hair. Purchased chicken wrap with human hair displayed prominently when I opened the package. Drove back, received refund and was told by very polite and professional manager that hair nets were/are not required. They need to be to prevent this from happening at least for those preparing the food. Sent email to McDonalds Corporate. Received two canned responses saying they were sorry and they do everything they can to have high standards. How about using hair nets for those preparing food? Unless it's required they won't or don't at this store! Received call from store manager who was sincerely concerned and sorry. Acknowledged hair nets or something else may be necessary. Received response to my email complaint to Milford Board of Health indicating inspection will take place and thanks for sharing my concern. Fair honest complaints to the right parties may make a difference. read more

I have been eating lunch at various mcdonals in the metrowest area this summer during my sales jobs. This is by far the worst one in terms of customer service. It's horrendous. The kids dont even give you eye contact or apologize when they mess up an order. I rarley complain but I will never come back here and I'd reccomend you do the same. read more

Also takes forever for the food to come out and I found hair in my mcdouble, which is appalling. Another thing is how they just rebuilt the place with extra parking but close to little no seats. Today was the first time I've been here since the renovations. I found the lobby unnecessarily crowded due to the new kiosks. People were in line for the kiosks, crowding people in line to place orders at the counter. Compounding this, there was only one person at the counter. A lot of confusion and noise. Not a well thought out floor plan. With so many fast food options in this area, I won't put myself through this again. read more
