SO many folks behind the counter, and it's clear they have their process down to a science. They cook their burgers perfectly, juicier than anywhere else. The first time I went there, I was treating my aunt and mother to lunch. They both got soup, I got a caprese sandwich. The sandwich was good, however the soup was cold despite me waiting there and getting it right when it was put in the window. I brought the soup back and asked if they could heat it up. The lady at the window told me to use the microwaves at the front of the restaurant and that 'they don't do that'. I said let me get this straight you want me to heat up the soup you gave me cold less than a minute ago in the microwave? She said yes. I waited for a different employee and tried again, she took the soup back and I watched as the employee I already spoke to yelled at her for doing it directly in front of me. I felt bad, and it was so inappropriate. I gave them another try, I ordered for drive up since I have a dog and didn't want to leave him in the car. I showed up and put I was there on the app, waited ten minutes before I went inside. I saw my order sitting on the counter. I took it and said, I'm taking this, but you know you have other people waiting in their cars, right? The person behind the counter said 'we're too busy, they'll come in eventually, not my problem'. I was taken aback. I let everyone parked know what they said so they didn't wait like me, but that is absolutely unacceptable, both the service and the attitude. There needs to be a complete overhaul of this location. It's frankly not even slightly appropriate behavior or service. Pro, the Greek stuffer was delicious. My new favorite Panera item. And as always the Dubai chocolate cookie was amazing.
