came with my brother on a Monday at noon. ordered a burger, cookies, and an apple sauce not only did my food take a long time to come out but my order was wrong, the apple sauce was missing and when I asked the lady who took my order for one she handed me black pepper, i then told her that I don't want black pepper I want my apple sauce and she told me they don't have any...then what could i have possibly just paid for? she continued telling me that they don't have any until i showed her a picture of it on the menue. I got my apple sauce but I didn't get a spoon and had to drink my apple sauce with a straw. I felt very humbled, when I sat down and opened my burger I genuinly had to take a deep breath. I ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup and lettuce and instead got a burger with two patties,mustard,ketchup, and pickles. I went back up to the register and told the lady my order was wrong, she then tried to hand me black pepper again. I did end up getting my food tho and it was pretty good, I sat outside and was genuinly felt Like I was back in the hood, most the seats where missing and it was very trashy. read more

Had lunch at this Burger King on a Saturday early afternoon with my hubby, his mom and his sister. I ordered a whopper jr with a small order of fries and a medium drink. Others ordered a big fish sandwich, whopper, and chicken sandwich. The bun on my burger was so dry that I took one bite then discarded the bun. Fries were ok. We wanted a grilled chicken sandwich but they only offered the breaded version. The fish sandwich and whopper were ok. Overall it was an inexpensive lunch but won't be back anytime soon. read more

I used a coupon to get a $4.49 chicken nugget/ French fry order. The menu outside said a medium coke adds $1 without specifying how much a small coke goes for. Trash. This place is trash. I could end the review there but it wouldn't be much of a review would it? I like providing constructive criticism so that maybe management will see this and make proper changes to improve! I saw the ad for the new $1 tacos. I've had tacos from pretty much all over--from local restaurants, to shady location but excellent food Mexican establishments in SF and San Diego, to Chipotle, Jack in the Box, Taco Bell, and Del Taco. I have to say, the tacos I had here at Burger King were the worst of the bunch. The Shell was really hard and stale-like. The ingredients on the inside were okay but the bad shell overpowered any goodness the taco would have had. As I was eating it, I immediately thought to myself, "I'd easily rather get 2 tacos for $1.29 at Jack in the Box instead of this 1 terrible taco for $1." Jack in the Box has it beaten by both price and taste. I won't say don't get a taco from Burger King because if you're at Burger King and you want a taco, you can get a taco. It's edible. Just don't expect it to taste good. Okay enough of the taco. This review is for more than just the taco. The mini cinnamon buns. They were rocks. Might as well have been literal rocks. They were as hard as rocks. You cannot pinch or squeeze them and you'd break your teeth trying to bite them. In addition, the spread was not even provided or offered. How could an establishment sell something like this to customers? Of course the workers won't care so much, but management or the owners may need to do an Undercover Boss type of ordeal so that they can see how the place is being run. Back to the taco, they didn't even provide me with taco sauce. I was not offered taco sauce. So Burger King is releasing these new $1 tacos without taco sauce? And finally, the expectation for a FAST FOOD establishment is to have my food within 90 seconds of getting to the window after paying. It took well over 5 minutes from the time I placed my order and there was no one in front of me. I ordered the cinnamon buns, 1 taco, 2 cookies, and 2 large fries. I understand that it's 9:30 AM when I ordered these items but that's no excuse. Even then, the fries were lukewarm. The cookies were okay, hard to mess up cookies. Cinnamon buns were rocks. Taco shell was hard-stale. Need I say more? Terrible experience, but I'll be coming back, because it's Burger King, and unfortunately things may never change when it comes to fast food establishments just trying to get your food to you fast. read more

Awful customer service. Used to be a big fan of the food but have since parted ways with it. Would not recommend ordering from this establishment, either in person or through the app, as they will take your money, give you the wrong order, and then refuse to compensate you in any way. The manager, Luna, is especially rude and even told me to my face that she was refusing to assist me in compensating an order of mine they had screwed up. read more

I went to this Burger King last night at about 8:30. It was really dark and I wasn't really sure if it was even open went up to the drive-thru window menu and asked to wait a minute so I could see what I wanted the guy that was on the window spoke very broken English which is fine. I then wanted to change the fries from small to medium and he added it as another fry so when I got to the window I told him I only wanted one fry but I wanted a medium instead of small and he got all pissed off started slamming around I handed him my credit card he slammed the window when after he ran my credit card he opened up the window handed my card back not even looking at me slam the window again went over and got my food again open the window didn't even look at me handed the bag out the window and shut the window without saying goodbye thank you or anything at that point I started yelling and told them that he was rude and ignorant to be treating me like that. Next thing you know a woman comes around the corner and starts telling me that she's the manager and that they're short of help. I was like sure to help or not does not mean you can be rude to people and they may be sure to help but there was absolutely no one in the Drive-Thru and no one in the restaurant at the time that I was there. My food order ended up being wrong like I thought it would and I paid $13 for something that I ended up throwing away. This place use to be pretty good years ago but I now understand why the parking lot is always empty. I ordered a whooper with cheese that was ice cold, not to mention the cheese was not melted. Brought it back and received another one this time they forgot the cheese. I brought it back again and watched the girl at the register try to communicate with the person that was preparing the food that didn't speak English. I get that you're unhappy with the life choices you've made to put you, a grown man, on overnight drive-thru duty at a Metro West Burger King on New Years Eve. It's also a raw deal to get dealt the "looks like a doughier Zach Galifianakis" hand even if you weren't working New Years Eve, the federally designated night of easy lays. That said, you're at work, your task is to take orders, fill the orders correctly and receive payment for those orders. With two people on the grill you're essentially bagging food, taking cash and maybe cracking a joke about what a shitty night it is to be working to some customers who'll appreciate your levity. You succeeded at one of those tasks, which is why a Burger King's getting reviewed. We had a large order for a large party, my friend Lisa politely informed you of that before beginning. So I cannot fathom why you began sighing like a histrionic 12 year old girl (I teach middle school, you were acting like we confiscated your cell phone) after Lisa ordered two meals and confirmed that she was ordering more. A few more orders, a few more sighs and an "Are you done?" because midway through the order you morphed into a David Spade character. Then Lisa ordered "6 rodeo cheeseburgers" and you said "UGH, GOD" That was awesome, we laughed, you were serious. At the window in your cattiest tone you informed us that "You know, this is what grocery stores are for." Yes, that's what grocery stores are for, ordering Burger King at 3 in the morning on New Years Day. But the reason you got one star was your amazing performance opening the large paper bags in the most theatrical manner possible, you looked like a child after being told to clean their room or no video games. The disdain with which you flicked open the bags was hilarious, we all laughed AT you, at what a small person you are, how miserable and unfulfilling your life must be to be this angry over people coming to your job and asking you to complete basic tasks which are part of your job responsibilities. I mean we didn't say that, we mostly just laughed at you and shot video of your tantrum on our phones but I'm sure everyone else in the car was thinking it. Because Lisa and Ross are such nice people they even wished your mopey self a happy new year and a happy rest of 2012 (I'm sure they were kidding on the square but no matter), I was not so kind but do not regret telling you to "Eat a dick" as you earned my scorn. This a clean BK with a well presented menu on HD video screens. It has a big parking lot and child's play area. If you're looking for a quick bite to eat though, look elsewhere. I haven't been to a Burger King in several years, but I thought I would check out the new French Fry Burger and low fat crinkle fries. While others around me got their orders in a quick 15-18 minutes, I waited 22 minutes before finally asking what was up with my order. The manager grabbed my receipt and hastily tossed in the fries and burger, which were sitting there ready to go. He asked me, "anything else?" To which I replied, "no, but what happened with my order? Number 34?" He said "Well we already filled 43." We enjoy BK once in a while - but this location was severely lacking in speed of service. Even tho the restaurant was serving only a few customers, we waited almost a half hour for our order to be filled. The drive-thru seemed to be the only priority. Our server was lacking in proper customer service. Our visit was on June 23 at 1:44pm - well past any 'lunch rush'. Hope they can get some coaching and improve. The order was wrong and when I went to speak to the manager she was too busy and kept saying, "Thank you sir..." and turned her back and walked off. And there you have it. This is kind a peculiar Burger King. The menu is standard Burger King. The property has a stream running through the middle. There are some picnic tables and a lot of parking - which is convenient since they do a lot of drive through business. The weird thing is the lack of trash cans in the parking lot. You pretty much have to cross the bridge back to the building to throw anything out. read more

What a horrible BK! A truly bad experience all the way around. The wait in drive thru Lane line was 20 mins. And then when I went to pay , the amount due was $3 more than the coupon stated. A language barrier didn't help....and then, the manager says the number on the coupon didn't match what I ordered. Food was just like any other Burger King but it was so gross in here. The floor was sopping wet for some reason it wasn't raining either. There were none of the yellow signs out warning people for wetness. Also the tv's were on and some health channel was on and it was about a doctor. I typically love burger king and religiously come to this location. However, this time I was greeted by a lady over the speakerphone that was rushing through my order and constantly getting things wrong, then to approach the window and get attitude from the cashier. When i opened the bag I was extremely disappointed to find that my beloved chicken fries were soft and bendy to the point that i couldn't finish them. I crave the crunchy, fresh fries that are usually served but this was just unacceptable. My bag was also wet and the napkins were crumpled up and looked used. Terrible. They don't have a "do not enter sign" and there was someone driving the wrong way towards me in the drive-thru. I let the cashier know and she said a plow knocked it down. I don't go here often, but I had to post when I read all the other reviews which range from really bad to barely passable. I don't go often because it is too far away, but during travels along 495S, I have (about once or twice a year) stopped in. I have never noticed uncleanliness, which others have noted as a positive. But, I must say I am surprised at all the negative food reviews, especially some that have nothing to do with the location, but rather more about people who seem to like McDs better. In terms of burgers, there is no comparison....McDs is horrible. I have never had anything at BK that was terrible. It is very good for what it is. I also don't remember having bad service either as many mentioned. BK is great and this place has a nice play area, a nice parking lot and typical BK food, which is perfect for me. The reviewer who wrote about the lack of diaper changing station as the reason to not go back. Understood, but really? That is reason you won't go back? Sorry, I am old school I guess....always brought my own stuff, including a changing pad and didn't expect to find a diaper station everywhere I go. If it was such a problem, couldn't you have used your vehicle for this purpose? read more
