Ok I'm totally PMSing and NEEDED a frosty and fries so I get the kids in the car to go through the drive through and get our kids meals, frosties and fries. Only had 1 person ahead of me and no one behind me or in the store they asked me to pull into a Mobil pickup spot so I did. Only waited maybe 2 minutes and they brought me my order. I was missing fries but everything else looked ok so I go in and the drive through person gets my fries like they already knew what I was going to ask. I took them without saying anything and walked out. Got home and my kid realized They gave us spicy chicken instead of regular chicken in the kids meal and now I'll never get him to eat another nugget again because he's picky AF and I barely got him to start eating nuggets. Also I ordered a frosty-chino and got a plain frosty. I'm just trying to understand how the 4 people that were working at the time could F up 1 order so well. I actually want to award them for not giving ANY F's. Wendy's is a terrible company anyway I think it's time to give up fries and frosties for good. They clearly don't care about their employees because they don't care about their customers. read more

Tried their North Pacific Cod Sandwich today and it was very good. Crispy coated flakey cod fish which taste fresh and not fishy, dry or freezer burnt. The fish was a good size and meaty. The pickles were deli style crunch dill pickles (not those soggy burger pickles). The bun is soft and fluffy and is nice texture contrast with crunch iceberg lettuce, fresh pickles, and crispy fish. Wendy's on bellflower Place is nice to have close to the hospital. Love the $5 biggie bag. Great deal. Place is always pretty packed. There is a drive threw there fast but also a gamble. I have had some orders not the way I wanted then other times was on point. This location is great location but some times there might be a homeless guy bugging the people while they are eating which is not cool at all. Other than that food here is yummy read more

They was speaking in different language to their workers and they was going to charge us for extra sauce when it should come with it. The service here was the worst I've seen ever. I ordered through drive in and the host told me to wait for a few seconds. I ended up waiting for 10 minutes just for them to get my order wrong. Pulling up to the window the cashier had such a nasty look on her face like she didn't want to be there making the service a complete failure as someone who works in the food service. Aside from the terrible service they somehow missed a complete order that I said multiple times over what I wanted and how I wanted it as far as customizations. If you want your heart rate to raise from trying to stop yourself from going off on the workers, then come to this Wendy's. The cashier Jose was extremely rude from initial contact, this location says it accepts Apple Pay but they do not, I told him to give me a sec as I run outside to grab my physical card that I left in the car that literally took 5 secs, I come back in and he's already canceled out my order and began taking other customers. I let him know I was just stepping outside to get my card, the customer he was helping kindly let me know he had some "choice" words to say about me after I left. I confront JOSE the cashier about it as I go to pay and let him know that he does not need to speak bad about a customer and it is not very professional, he continues to argue with me, even after I stop talking about it myself. He then purposely declines my card to embarrass me as his own unprofessional retaliation, because I know that I had enough to pay for the order as it successfully goes through the second time. This Wendy is THE WORSE service. Lady who takes your order in drive through has a hard time hearing and can't speak English properly. That's not why im faulting her, learning a second language is hard and I applaud anyone trying. However after not understanding me I kept repeating my order and then she started mocking me over the microphone. Who hires someone so immature? Benjamin is a great employe. As soon as I walked in the door he greeted us with kindness. I've really never felt welcomed to a fast food but this on thanks to him. When I started the order everything was busy but fast. I got my order and sat down at one of the fresh tables and enjoyed my time. As soon as I was finished eating Benjamin came to our table and started cleaning just a great and humble individual. Hello. This is my review of this establishment and franchise. Late, after midnight, I drove to the drive-thru and ordered 1 Grilled Chicken Sandwich and 1 Sour Cream And Chives Baked Potato. I then proceeded to the window, paid my $8.00 plus to the employee, and left the restaurant with the feeling of content that I was going to enjoy a quick fast and decent meal after a workout at the 24 hour fitness on Bellflower/ Spring st. I should've known better and checked the contents of my to go bag. Check, 1 Grilled Chicken Sandwich and 1 Baked Potato with Chives (Minus the SOUR CREAM). It's more irratating and disappointed of what I had ordered, was not complete. For the $1.50 more of what it USED TO BE, ($.99), I believe I should've been complete in the order. Lesson learned, ALWAYS Check the drive thru purchases before leaving. It can happen again, as you know. It's the details that matters. Just venting here. Alright, I get that fast food chains aren't exactly known for their outstanding customer service or gourmet menu items. They are there for the sheer convenience and cheap food. However, with that being said, I still feel like given that; I'm the customer I expect a certain level of service, though the bar is pretty low on that. Well this particular Wendy's gets a big and deep fried FAIL. Recently my husband and I were craving some shakes and chicken. I decided I was going to shake things up a bit and instead would give a Wendy's burger try. I've only every had their spicy chicken sandwich. I decided to keep things simple and go with a plain hamburger again a plain hamburger. I had my husband confirm not one not twice but thrice that we did NOT want cheese on my burger. I've learned that to avoid any confusion specially since some of those speakers can get muffled I always say "NO CHEESE" I don't say without or less the cheese or any variation you can think of. I keep it simple to "no cheese" and I've found that 99.99% of the time this has been very helpful. Well this Wendy's had to be that .01% to break the winning streak. Now, I take partial responsibility because I should have checked before leaving, but honestly do I really have to do that??? Anywho, we got back home and upon unwrapping my order I was met with not one but two slice of cheese on my plain burger. I was too tired to drive back and to upset to deal with them so I just threw it in the trash....$4 down the drain thanks Wendy's. After getting off at Bellflower, before I head to school parking structure, I stop by to get some food when I am really really hungry. I dont like their value menus. I dont know. Their burgers arent that tasty for me. But I do enjoy and love their regular chicken nuggets! They are so much better than the ones from McDonalds. Do not order through a delivery service as this restaurant will always skimp you knowing that you cant check the bag before leaving since its delivery. They will give you a bare basics burger with just the meat and cheese even though its supposed to have lettuce, onions, and tomatoes. Don't eat inside the restaurant at lunch rush hour. The recently remodeled dining room is very cramped and there were not enough tables for people to sit at. I felt kind of sorry for the guy taking the orders for the dining room and said "you seem kind of overhwhelmed" and he shot back it's because too many customers have no idea what they want to order. The line was about 10 people deep, and customers who wanted to eat in staked out tables ahead of time by putting a water bottle or some personal belonging at the table, then arrived to eat 10 or 15 minutes later. Wendy's quality has definitely gone down over the past some years now. I remember Wendy's used to be really good. The quality of food was better and tastier. I came here today w/ my fiance and was really disappointed with my chicken side salad and chicken go wrap. There was a lot of shredded yellow cheese in both items. The wrap was soggy and just kind of "meh"... The salad was just okay, but I prefer the salads at McDonald's. The woman's restroom was kind of gross (yea I get that this is a fast food place... but I just wanted to write about it anyway) I would say the only positive thing about Wendy's is their frosties. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, when I got my food I saw they forgot the lettuce, no big deal, when I went back to the counter they informed me they ran out of lettuce. That's something I should have been told before I placed my order. So my sandwich sucked, my partner ordered a Chicken bacon pub, but they gave her a beef sandwich, waited 15 minutes for the correct sandwich because they forgot after I asked for a replacement.
